I am currently sitting here as they replace the tire on my black, f150 lariat that had a huge 6 inch wedge of metal in it. We came in short notice, stressed out and they bent over backwards to help us out! Always phenomenal service from these guys . I love coming here and know Im getting the best deal available

Very courteous and professional staff. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turned out I needed new tires. They didnt just tell me, they actually showed me how my tires were. Got me the best price, and even offered to give me a ride home so I didnt have to wait. Very happy!

The shop on 6th St. always does a high quality job and no high pressure up sales. It was okay, but I wish they knew how to re-attach my low pressure tire indicators. My car doesnt come with a spare so I rely on this. Now I will need to my mechanic for this. Experienced this before and the guy looked at his tablet and blew me off with a false stmt that my indicators were broke. Youre supposed to be the tire experts????

Other then the fact that the store had none of the tires they promoted in their sales ad. Which in turn ended up costing me 100 $ more to buy a set of tires. The service was good and the workmanship was great.

This is my first experience using American Tire Depot at this location. I would have to say that it was the best experience Ive ever had buying tires. I had interactions with three of the employees during my experience, all of which were friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out so fast I couldnt finish my coffee. I was there at start-up which could have accounted for that, but the speed and accuracy of service is just a couple of the positive attributes of this team. I highly recommend this location.

04/24/20 I went in to get new tires for my truck. Got the tires and an alignment, when i got home i realized that they left scratches on all 4 of my rims (got 2 sets of tires before, never been scratched). I went back to complain about it to Art, but he said that they couldnt do anything about it because the scratches were in the barrel of the rim, let alone these rims cost around $1000 new..So after me telling him, it was a big deal to me.. he offered me to fix them. His way of fixing them was sanding them down and *painting* over them, i told him these arent painted wheels theyre powder coated.. after that he basically said that they couldnt do anything about it.So i go home, and got in contact with theyre district manager, Andy, and he told me hell take care of it. Art, then happens to call me back after im done talking to Andy, saying that theyll fix my rims the right way and hell call me when he can take them in. i told him in the meantime ill find (buy) some spares so i can still drive my truck. And good thing i did.A Week goes by and no call, so i start calling. I called 3 times when its finally answered by Edwin. He says that Art is busy and puts me on hold but never answers it or that art is not there.Finally Art answers and i tell him why are you guys giving me the run around, i just want my wheels fixed and his response was that he was waiting on me to get ahold of spares and to call him. keep in mind Ive had my spare wheels for a while now and was calling but no answer or let on hold. I told him that ive had my wheels for an while now and i already swapped them my myself. I end up taking my wheels that day (May 8 or 9). I ask him when will they be done, he says in about a week or 2 and that hell call me for updates, he never did. So i start calling again, and edwin picks up for those times i call, when they finally answer, and, either left me on hold and never picked up again, or hell say that he doesnt much about them, only that he knows that there are in a shop working on them.The last time i called was june 10 ( a MONTH goes by) and edwin answered and told me the same thing so i get fed up and told him that ima go to there shop on friday, june 12. I get there and NOTHING has been done to my wheels other that theyve been taken apart(wheel and tire). Art tells me that no shop wants to work on them because the scratches are too deep, again keep in mind theyve been egging me on for a month, saying that theyre in a shop.He offers to refund me for the tires that i bought from them roughly $640, never got a receipt, but i told him i dont care about the money for the tires i want my wheels fixed.. then i tell him to replace my wheels if you cant get them fixed and he said hell call his district manager Tony. I end up calling tony that same day (06/12/20) because these guys will never call him. Tony tells me that hell replace them... 06/20/20, 2 months later and i have no rims and no tires, I believe I have been Extremely patient.Finally got my wheels on 07/15/20.. I personally will never go there again. I hope you have a better experience then me...Late review, havent had the time...*Side note*Only reason i got it handled was because I had to contact B.A.R. If you have problems with tire shops, body shops, etc. Contact B.A.R. they will get it handled trust me..

Ok. Honestly I’ve been coming here for a long time. The staff is very friendly and always treats me and my family with respect. Always shakes my hand and is always clear with price. Great, quick service. Went in right before closing with a flat that needed to be replaced immediately before a drive up to Merced. Staff treated us with respect and consideration and kindness, and despite the closing time replaced our tire and had us on our way.

This time I took my car in for all four new tires. On top of getting an AMAZING deal!!I received even more than I asked for! There was a little misunderstanding but Edwin definitely made up for it. He went well above and beyond to fix the problem and I walked out of the door very happy knowing that I will come there for any future services. Also the other man that was up front did his part in making my experience great I didnt catch his name. First of all, I was charged a fortune ($623) to have my breaks replaced. ( I’m not sure if its cause I know a lot about cars and I’m a women). Then within a couple weeks the breaks screeching and making weird noises. I took my car back to get it fixes. I took it back Friday morning and the guy said he would give me a call back in a couple hours. He never did i had to call back to see what was happening. After about three tries the guy finally returned my call. I Was told by the bee manager that the old manager had compromised my car by installing low quality parts. The guy told me he would fix it at no cost to me (only good thing of all this ordeal). It took them two whole days to fix my car. I got it back until Saturday evening. I was frustrated it took so long as that is the only I own. Won’t ever be taking my car back to them. Definitely do not recommend their services.

Angel and Art was the Best. They made sure I got to a wedding on time in San Jose. I had to buy a new tire because I step on a huge nail on the 99 and I had to find a tire shop in Madera. Angel was very friendly on the phone and made me feel very comfortable and trusted him that he could help me. That’s the reason why I went to their shop. Very Good Service and Fast.

Started with just an oil change when I was told about some uneven ware on my front tires. They recommend a tire rotation but also mentioned that if I got a wheel alignment that it would avoid happening to the tires being moved to the front. They offered free tire rotation with alignment so I went with it. I did notice less stirring wheel vibrations while driving. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I recommend this place.

Had a flat and they repaired it for free and did a tire rotation (their policy!) for me so I went ahead and got a much needed oil change and was charged only 45 dollars for the semi synthetic, oil filter, and full inspection. Great, friendly, simple & easy.

Super cheap without sacrificing quality. My chosen tire wasn’t in stock but Art bent over backwards to try and find them. When he couldn’t find them he offered a comparable tire. The wait time can be kind of long so make an appointment.

Went here about a year ago and got 4 new tires and last week I needed to take the wheels off for some maintenance and found that they destroyed 7/8 lug nuts on the front of my car. Ford says to tork the lug nuts at 100 lbs but they had it at over 180 lbs. Because of this I will never come here again and recommend no one else give them your money unless you want your lug nuts destroyed.

Come to find out the tire place we purchased from in the morning never balanced them before mounting the new tires!
