Five stars is not a good enough rating for Grinsteads Garage. From the moment I arrived I received nothing less than VIP service. Chad and the mechanics were top notch. They are honest and do all they can to accommodate their customers. If you need your car repaired I highly recommend them.

Solid knowledgeable shop with a high degree of integrity (as far as I can tell). They are a bit pricey for my taste, but, do professional work. I recommend them for any mechanic job you may need done.Note: If you have an older (80s) European auto that needs semi-major work (water pump, A/C compressor, etc.), this is outside of theyre level of expertise and experience.

Grinstead Garage replaced the clutch in my 2008 Santa Fe. He was the only repair place to ask me the date of manufacture for my vehicle, which was important in identifying which clutch needed to be ordered for installation. Not only did they do a great job, but they kept me informed throughout the process. They were good guys, hard working and did excellent work at an excellent cost. I couldn’t be happier and gladly recommend them!

Chad and his staff are Great! They have been on an unbelievable journey with me after purchasing a 🍋 car from US auto sales. His staff is very knowledgeable and honest. Chad helped me understand every component of the process from what was wrong, what most likely happened, the parts needed for it to be fixed, what would happen if I did or did not fix it right away, and of course what was covered by insurance. It’s been just over a year now working with them and ultimately I give Grinstead Garage 5 stars for not taking advantage of the situation and providing outstanding services. Also this is NOT a place that will leave your car sitting up for days waiting to be serviced. They will definitely get you IN & OUT!

Got my car towed BY these people;they broke my steering column...denied doing it made me pay.”Mysteriously when I would take car here for hundreds of dollars worth of repairs...it would have a new problem shortly after.If you catch my drift they screw up your car so you can keep coming back.This Guy is the spokesman for “Crook” you’ve been warned.....with that being said it’s your money!Regards,

Read other reviews and was a little confused. Grinstead does not have towing service. They did however contact one and had them come to my house to pick up my Jeep and deliver it to the garage. I had a slave cylinder go out in my Jeep, I called around and Ginstead had the best price by far. No runaround, no delays they got me back on the road in no time. They even came in the day after Thanksgiving and saved me from calling into work on Monday. Ill be using them again next time I have issues.

They told me to go back to my own country because I spoke another language although I am American they told me I didn’t look American I’m very confused on that Who knew racism still exist it in Georgia

Seemed knowledable but a small oil leak turned into several other visits and problems. I would not recommend.
