Solid group of hardworking guys, Robert treated us like family since the 1st phone conversation and provided more assistance than we could have ever expected, my daughter was broken down 12+ hrs away from home and these guys made it a priority to have her safely back on the road ASAP and they did exactly that, for around half the price Firestone quoted me! Very good staff, went into great detail about what was wrong with my engine.

Im disappointed to say they are unprofessional, rude and dont communicate accurate honest information. Please do not waste your time. My vehicle sat for over two months and I still had to tow my vehicle to another shop even after I purchased the part that they attempted to purchase from a junkyard twice. Then they didnt even attempt to install the part because it was raining and they a six bay shop.

Very attentive, great customer service skills

This place is unorganized and doesnt seem to want my business. Ive had my front brakes done here and the work was good but took much longer than quoted. However three times Ive tried to have other work done (twice oil change and once a power steering hose) and was basically asked to take my business elsewhere because they were too busy. I dont think Ill be wasting any more time even checking with them in the future.

Had a problem removing my wheels after I lost the wheel lock key after I had purchased some new tire. Thank you Nathan for working me in so quickly and getting be back on the road.

Only giving one star because I have no other choice. WORST SO-CALLED MECHANICS EVER! DO NOT waste your time or money with these people. I took my car to them because of a rattle sound. It was driving fine, just a rattle sound when running.They kept my car for months and months. Turned out, the rattle was simply the heat shield was loose and had to be tightened back. We had to take it to the dealership to repair everything IAMCO ruined. My car would not even crank when we arrived to pick it up.I paid them over $2,500 to destroy my car. The dealership found they had unhooked my A/C and did not reconnect it, removed my air filter and did not replace it, left bolts out of my timing cover, valve springs were over-tightened, and the connector terminal retainer was damaged. I had to pay an additional $950.00 to repair all the damaged they caused.When we confronted IAMCO with this information, they refused any refund and the manager of the shop, Nathan Mauldin, became angry and began using profanity. My husband had to remind him that he was a customer and he wanted to discuss this issue as adults. Very unprofessional and horrible service.They promote themselves under false pretenses. Their mission statement from their website is “Honor our Founder by providing valued products and services to our clients through our passion for quality, ingenuity, and dedication to success.” In my experience, the only passion they have is to make as much money as they can with the least amount of service possible.

Great family owned business.

These guys helped out big time . Fuel pump went on on I-75 and they jumped right on it... although my check engine light has been on ever since.

They will destroy your vehicle.
