My car buying experience can only be described as fun! I did not ever think I would use the word fun in describing purchasing a car but Sutton Acura has proven that it is possible. Jimmy, Warren, and Steve made every step of the process enjoyable and stress free.I explained to Jimmy and Warren months ago that I was a slow shopper. Not only was I looking for the right car but I wanted to have the right kind of experience. It easy to tell how you are going to be treated when you let the sales team know up front that you are not going to buy immediately. Most places get in a hurry and ...well.. blow you off. Not once did I ever feel that way at Sutton. After stopping in 3 different times and the experience was the same each time, I figured I had found the dealership I wanted to work with.Couldnt be happier with my purchase or the team at Sutton Acura. I love Ashley and her team. I drive from Rex all the way down to Macon just to get my vehicle serviced. I had an airbag concern and found out my airbag was messed up. Ashley called me to keep me up to date on my vehicles progress. As long as I own an Acura I will always go to Sutton Acura.

Jeff Portzer is the Service Manager as well as my service consultant at Sutton Acura. I trust Jeff and the service that I receive. I have never had a problem after receiving any service.Jeff Portzer is very detailed when explaining what service is needed and will always give me a call if during that service visit something additional needs to be addressed. 2nd time in 4 months I have gone in for a scheduled oil change. Time for arrival was set but still waited well over 2 hours on both occasions for the oil and tire rotation. Simply too too long for a scheduled 30 minute procedure. Great people but just too much wait time.

Brought my boss’ vehicle to be serviced and Ryan Willis in the service department has done absolutely everything to ensure a perfect experience. I was never considering an Acura as my next vehicle, but this experience has perhaps changed my mind on the matter. I definitely suggest using Sutton Acura for all of your vehicle’s needs from here on.Clean and comfortable waiting area with complementary beverages, television as well as the option for a rental vehicle or to be driven to another location while you wait. He was extremely helpful, let us drive both cars and answered all of our questions. After the test drive he provided detailed information on the vehicles we were considering. I was in Macon and decided to see if the Acura business could find the time to replace my airbag. I was told yes and that it would take around an 1 1/2 hrs.I was met by the service adviser and was in the waiting room by 5 minutes.After around 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, I was one my way home. A nice gentleman tried to clean my car, but rain stopped his quest. I was appreciative of their attention to the customer.I will recommend Sutton Acura to others.

I am a habitual, every 2 years, car shopper. This is my first Acura and it is a RDX! I absolutely love it. I bought it brand new 2018. They did not have the color that I wanted (Blue) in stock (so over the Black, white silver colors) and they found me one and had it delivered the next day to the dealership. My purchase, salesman and the service department have been excellent. The salesman even told the finance mgr that I didnt need the extended warranty as I seem to buy every two years anyway. To me that meant a lot that he actually listened to me and knew it would be a waste of my money! 100% recommend Sutton Acura!!!

Everyone is always friendly. I had a loaner car and did not get it back on time and service worked with me. I appreciate that my car gets washed and that a loaner is provided. Several of my friends have commented on the fact that their dealership doesnt offer loaners. This is my third Acura and Ive never had anything but positive interactions with the service department.

Ashley and his staff are top of the line, high quality individuals, like the brand they represent here. Although I did not purchase from them, in my long and arduous journey to find a truck I can afford, Ashley educated me well, allowed me to test drive the trucks of my choice, including the one he was driving as a demo himself! The staff were transparent, extremely professional and respectful, zero pressure, they were all quite knowledgable of the vehicles on location, and seemed to be auto/truck enthusiasts out right (versus just car/truck sales people). Purchased a used MDX here and was very impressed with the level of service provided. Our salesman Mason was like an encyclopedia and new every technical feature from bumper to bumper. The sales manager Warren didnt waste our time with tricks or gimmicks like the four square and got us as much as we could have hoped for on our trade-in. We were going to finance through our bank, but the finance man Steve was able to get a great rate on the spot. I came in for our complimentary first service appointment, and they provided me a loaner vehicle even though I hadnt called ahead to arrange it. Whereas most dealerships are trying to knock your head off, Sutton Acura went the extra mile to make us feel like family. I will be sending all my friends here for their next trade.

I had the worst experience with Sutton Acura .. I went on a Saturday test drove a few vehicles. I went home did the credit application online. Called the following Monday and asked if a certain car could be found for me. I was called back on that Monday evening and told the car would be there on Thursday. Friday morning I went to the dealership and the car was not there. I found a Acura truck that I was willing to settle for that cost $30,000. My credit was ran and approved but I was continuously told that I could not get the 2016 used vehicle but I could get a 2018 truck that I did not want that cost $32,000. I left Sutton Acura and went a to a dealership down the street and was approved for a 2018 car with 2 miles on it for $35,000 and no money down. I will NEVER recommend or buy from Sutton Acura.

I dont even know where to start...should not even receive a 1 star. I legit went to purchase a vehicle, an MDX, they might remember me after posting the review, but I walked in and was greeted which is pretty normal among anyone that is going to sell you a car, I asked to look at an MDX, took me inside to look at the one on the show room floor, then I asked to test drive one and we went outside (May have been the manager), turned around and asked me if I was a secret shopper (I am here to buy a car, not everyone is going to be a secret shopper, and he just looked at me like I was lying). But took the car that I was interested in for a test drive, and pulled back into the parking lot and was hoping to get some prices out on the table and the manager or whoever comes outside with a price in his mind, not even on paper, and says that is the price, which was OK and all but turns me away buy saying we wish you good luck in finding a car now what type of dealer turns away customers, That is rude and not only have they lost my business but also business from my friends and family (large) as well.

I am updating my previous review of this dealership. We had an excellent car-buying experience from them originally and I could see why they won so many customer service awards. However, since then, we have had nothing but bad experiences. They said they were going to take care of the registration of our car - in fact, they forced us to allow them to by withdrawing the money of over $200 from our refund and making the check out directly to the tax office where we live - and they failed to do it, costing us an additional $500+. Not total. Additional. The person who sold us the car told us in an email that it was the dealerships mistake, and that he would refund it and has not yet made any attempt to do so. He then told us he could no longer help us and that he would set up a time where we could meet with the dealership owner. Over 5 days later and we still have not heard back. The car they gave us also had horrible tires that he claims pass Georgia inspection but when we took it for an oil change, they did a complementary inspection and refused to even put oil in our car because the tires and many other things on the car were in such bad shape. And our brakes started having problems within 2 days of getting the vehicle and they need replacing too. We are putting this through the BBB in hopes of a resolution, but my lawyer is already working on the case if they decide not to do what they promised.

Called service dept due transponder key being lost but still have a non-transponder key ... car is not in the area as was explained but even with the title and registration in hand they would not give us the brake code to bypass the transponder unless we brought the car to them so they could reprogram it there..... sorry Crystal i will not be doing business there

I was very displeased with the customer service that I witnessed today. My mom dropped off her car for a two-hour service due to the recent recall. No one called her cell phone, yet called her home number. She lives 50+ miles away! She gave her cell phone number to her service rep, Joel, but he repeatedly insisted that she didnt give him a cell phone number. My mom is a very patient person, but left very disheveled and feeling highly disrespected. An apology would have gone a long way today! Highly disappointed that your names reputation doesnt match your service.So much for best service after the sale! She has bought her first and last Acura, unfortunately.

Terrible service, they will lie to you about whats wrong with your car so be prepared. I called corporate Acura and they said they get complaints about this manager Warren all the time but cant do anything about it cause he is as high as it goes for an independently owned dealership. I think the only reason they are in business is because they are the only dealership aside from Atlanta. The amount of disrespect i received was absolutely amazing. Again, dont worry about filing a complaint because Warren will just push it aside.

I used this dealership for all of my car needs since 2011. I moved to Lakeland Florida and my experience here at this acura dealership is just nothing like Sutton Acura. Ryan is the best service representative that I have ever came across and he truly cares about our safety and needs to take care of our automobiles. I still try to have my oil changed tires rotated and any maintenance needs done in my trips back to Georgia whenever possible because the shop is outstanding. Not to mention I bought my vehicle from private owner and they still treat me as any other. Acura is Acura in their eyes no matter where you purchased your vehicle and Sutton Acura is the best.

Hi, my name is Cristina Ponzini. I would like to write a review. I was rear ended in May. For two months I had so much trouble finding another great car to buy. My uncle, did some research and found Sutton Acura which was such a blessing from God. When we arrived at the dealership during the end of June, we met Mr. Beck. Mr. Beck was extremely professional. He had two options for us to see that my uncle found on the website. In addition, Mr. Beck took the time to research and suggest a third option just in case. We wound up going with the third option because there was low mileage and it was a great car. In addition, even more so a great deal worth every penny.The reason I am writing this review, is my boyfriends brother was killed on a motorcycle accident on July 2, 2017. Not only did they hold the car for us for a week. They assisted us with every step of the transaction. I never met any individuals or car dealership like the men that work here. Mr. Beck, and Ashely Sutton are not only hard workers they are excellent men. Both patient and kind.When you are looking for a car you want someone to be understanding to your needs. They made us feel special, and answered all questions. Also they look out for what was best for us.The usual feeling I used to get when going to a car dealership was of getting a hard sell...WHEN GOING TO ACURA SUTTON, THEY DO NOT DO THE HARD SELL. THEY TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND PRESENT OPTIONS FOR THEIR CONSUMERS.Also, Ms. Williams in the title department is excellent too. Purchased an 2014 Acura MDX Advance soley for customer service and convenience. I️ am very busy and stay on the road with my job and the ability to be accommodated with a loaner in case of emergency repairs was a very important factor to me! I️ brought vehicle in today for “tail lights not working” due to water damaging tail lights and blowing fuses. This has resulted in me being pulled over by cops on 4 separate occasions.As always, no loaner available! Interestingly the promise of loaners when needed was made after each of my last two brand new vehicle purchases in less than 4 years.The service advisor stated she would check with manager to see if they could find a loaner as they had to order parts and the schedule was heavily booked. She then came back and said sorry we cannot get a loaner however we may be able to fit you in on Friday. After I️ asked her the name of said manager she goes on to say “oh I’m sorry we didn’t check with him.” She went to check at that time and returned stating, “We do have a loaner available.”Sutton Acura it is hard to keep repeat customers when service advisors do not at least do what they say they are going to do.For some consumers convenience and customer service are paramount. I️ was willing to pay the added cost of a luxury car for convenience however I️ feel quite shortchanged. No repairs necessary for me! It’s time to trade for convenience and good service. It is so unfortunate that my next vehicle purchase will be outside the Acura brand.

While driving from Atlanta to Savannah in my Acura TL, had an engine malfunction light come on in Macon. Recalled there being an Acura dealer (Sutton) on Riverside Drive so went by to see if they could check it for me. Expected they would have to fit me in later in the day, but to my surprise they said they could run a diagnosis immediately. An hour later they had discovered a frayed vacuum hose and replaced it. Soon afterwards I was back on the road. Kudos to Ryan for such exceptional service and attention. These guys turned what I expected to be a half day or worse nightmare into a short delay. And they even washed the car for me!

Salesman was very knowledgable and helpful when purchasing a 2015 MDX. Ryan has been helpful on all the other times Ive been to get oil changes or additional parts. When my vehicle was not washed well the enening I bought it, he made sure that was remedied the next day the service department opened. Always there to say hi and ask how things are going when I am able to make the 2.5 hour drive down.Based on the last visit, I had a 10,000 mile check up, an oil change, and wash. I ended up washing the back and all windows again myself... Hoping the service wash will be better when/if I return.

I have found the sales staff to be very courteous and professional. They have demonstrated exceptional product knowledge, giving me the information I needed to make the right choice for my needs. The finance department was also very helpful, even able to beat the finance rate offered by the bank. I have had all of my cars serviced at Sutton Acura and have found the service department to be efficient and timely as well. I give Sutton Acura 5 stars because they have repeatedly provided a very pleasant and comfortable shopping experience and delivered quality products over and over again!

Drove 50 miles to look at a 2013 Cadillac SRX PRemium after talking with Angela. When I get there the car is not a Premium at all. The computer put that information on the website is the excuse.Thanks for wasting my time and money Sutton Acura.

Unfortunately, my family just had a very negative experience at Sutton Acura. We purchased an ILX less than 2 years ago from Sutton and went back to trade it for an RDX. We did our research before going and knew the value of our ILX as well as the pay off on our loan. The salesman offered us well below the value of our pristine, 2015 ILX with 16,000 miles. Then to add insult to injury, he said the reason we were being offered so little was because of the airbag recall and the fact that our airbags had not been yet replaced. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS FOR SUTTON ACURA TO GET THE AIRBAGS IN AND REPAIR IT! So, we were penalized for buying a car from Sutton Acura that had defective airbags and penalized because they cannot get the new airbags in to replace the defective ones. Next we were told that cars just depreciate a lot. In other words, I guess we were wrong to buy an Acura because they do not hold their value??! We left Sutton Acura and went directly across the street to another dealership. Yesterday I picked up a new vehicle from them for my daughter. We got EXACTLY what we wanted in $ for the trade of her old ILX. They said even though they were not an Acura dealer they could get the air bags replaced. AND, we bought a vehicle from them for exactly a mid range of what NADA, Kellys BB, and Edumnds said we should pay. My advice: If you shop at Sutton, know the values of the vehicles you are working with when you go into the dealership. Know your facts and protect your pocketbook!
