Great Customer Service means a lot and that’s what I received today. Mac was very patient and gave me the best service and advice. I verified the info he gave me and it was correct. Dealership tried to overcharge me for parts and I nicely ask for my keys and left. Just because I’m a woman don’t mean I don’t have enough sense to realize when someone is double charging me. Thanks Mac!

The website was very informative and helpful. The prices were competitive but I found much cheaper amounts at area salvage yards and as far as batteries were concerned, Wal-Mart. If you want to save big bucks consider the salvage yard. But for lower costing items I think these type places will do the trick...😜

Had trouble returning an oil filter Advance Auto is the Only place that sales this particular brand so far my experience has not been Pleasant With Advance Auto in Macon. It wasnt just the shurling location it was the one that I originally bought it from on Hartley Bridge Road. It took two separate trips because they would not let my boyfriend return it because he didnt have his ID. I think the young female that checked us out didnt get my phone number put in the computer.

Manager was rude. Did not have what I needed. Go somewhere else for your parts needs. These guys prob wont have it in anyway.

Friendly staff just wasnt as knowledgeable in the part I needed. Received the wrong part, but I did receive a refund with no problem so I cant complain.

Best AAP Ive shopped at. Almost always have what I need, and when they dont, they help me find it at another one of their stores or point to to places that may, even if its not their company. The guys who work at this location are a great group, and I enjoy shooting the breeze with them about cars whenever I visit. Always a good experience here.

I like the store but today morning. I go there and ask them can you check my truck engine light on there is white lady she is very rood and she say our machine break . I she her before she is very nasty no respect to coustmer. Very bad lady I dont know why she there if she not want to do job. Rest of staff is good I not say lie.

Bernard has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.

I went in with a bad battery, so they hoooked me up a new one. My idle was off and my engine was making an odd noise. FRED and ARD were very accommodating. Professional, and strove for excellent service. These two went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I wouldnt be stranded . This store will always have my business. Advance Auto is very lucky to have these two gentleman working for them. Thanks a million times over Fred and Ard!!!!

Walked into this location because my check engine light was on. Upon walking in the door, there was only one person at the register and they were with another customer. I waited in line for more than 30 minutes while the other customer was being helped. 2 more employees kept walking past me and not one time was I greeted by anyone. I finally got another employees attention and as I started to say my check engine light is on, she interrupted me to say Nope, our machine is broken. Refused to help me any further. I went down the street to the Autozone and was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy.

There hasnt been one time any advance auto parts has got anything Ive ordered correct. Its Saturday evening 8:25 pm and oI go to replace motor mounts on my vehicle and low and behold wrong f#ing part even had the lady double check before i left the store. I believe there should be some guide lines for their employees.
