The people that helped me were great. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they really were nice people. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because after I left the place of business, the system would not validate my breath; it continued not to read it. I called the office back on the way home; the lady said I may need to bring it back later. At any rate, it never would read my breath. When I got home, the system gave an error and then said it would lock in seven hours. Im hoping they will be able to help me straighten all of this out once I can get back over there.

Very friendly and efficient service. These people made the process enjoyable.
