I can honestly say that never in all my years of dealing with people in the customer service field have I encountered someone as well rounded as Cody. I can really appreciate the sincerity he has had for not only my truck, but for me as well. Checked on me and my well being since Ive dropped the truck off, while keeping me well informed of the status of the unit. Was able to pull a health report for my unit within 5 minutes of me being there. Ive never been to another shop with the customer service these guys have at freightliner. My rear pinion bearing seal was leaking and oil was spilled over airbags. I came early morning on Monday but Cody told me that they were way behind and 50 trucks in front of me so I came back on Thursday morning and Cody helped me with paperwork and my truck was done by next day because have to wait for the seal. Thanks to Cody for arranging my transportation from shop to hotel and back to shop for free and also thanks to two great people who drove us. The repair will cost me more than $400 but it’s free of charge because still under warranty of previous work. It was excellent to have that kind of repair warranty on this Middle Isuzu and Freighliner dealership in Macon,GA. The new place is gorgeous and in great location I will recommend to bring your truck and RV here for repair.

It is stressful when I have to bring any of my trucks to freightliner simply because I try to do all the work on my trucks. With that being said, this shop makes it so easy to get your truck worked on. Cody is the guy out there, hell keep you up to date and well informed of whats going on.

This Middle Isuzu Georgia Freightliner Dealership is awesome. My pinion bearing was broken and they had to replace front and rear differential seals and some other stuff and the technicians done a great job and the lady at service counter was friendly and especially Cody the service manager is very helpful and friendly. The only thing is they don’t have some of the parts that have to be ordered that what made waiting time longer instead of 4 days it became 6 days and we have been checked out and have to check back into hotel again but overall are good. The most important thing is job well done.

This is their new location in Macon, Georgia and there are areas that are incomplete such as the Visitors Lounge. One thing that is not incomplete is the high level of professional service you receive from all employees regardless of their title or job duties. You can expect to be greeted with a smile and have answers to questions you ask immediately responded to. Let me also add that this location is struggling with some staffing issues just like the most of America due to the current pandemic but that doesnt stop this company from servicing your Freightliner expeditiously. Cody and Robyn are two of the best and you can truly tell that excellent customer service is at the forefront of everything they do. Id definitely recommend you having your Freightliner serviced at this location.

She was very helpful in getting the repair done fast. At my location we don’t have a parking lot full of trucks, when one is out of service it puts a strain on our system. Great company. They always take real good care of our trucks as well as keeping us in the loop. The last truck we took to them they did a work up to find an issue; we came to pick it up drove it to the shop and had to return it to them to fix the same issue they thought they had found the first time. Even though the truck had to be returned to them, they were very apologetic and had the truck back to us the following business day. Cody in service was very helpful and walked me through every detail of the truck report as far as the error code the truck was throwing.

I would like to thank Cody in the service department. He and the rest of the team took good care of my truck got it in and out in a reasonable time even in the mix of changing shops.
