Upon my arrival, I was met by the service rep with friendly greeting. I was escorted to the waiting room. The waiting room was clean and organized. My wait was not long and my checkout was quick and easy. The experience as usual was very good.
Amazing customer service from the minute I talked to the front office person to everyone else that was involved in me buying my trailblazer. It was well worth driving over 2 hours to buy my car from butler Chevrolet. The only down fall I wished they were closer for all my needs when it’s time for my oil changes. 😊
Sherman Holland is amazing! He made the process of getting my new car so easy and without any stress.
The worker greeted me in the morning. My work was done in less than 40 minutes. At first I was charged. I informed the employee that it should be free. She took the time to look it up and it was free.
We brought our Chevy truck in for a diagnostics test. We made an appointment for Saturday 11:30. They said they close at 2:00 and we could pick up truck before service department closed. We pick up truck, but no test was performed. We then re-scheduled for Tuesday. They instructed us to drop off truck in morning and they would perform test. We dropped off truck at 7:15 AM, filled out the envelope, inserted key in envelope and dropped in the designated box. We called in early afternoon, was put on hold for an extremely long time, was forwarded to Butler Toyota, then forwarded back to Butler Chevy, and finally spoke to service department and was told that they didnt know truck was there! What?! You make appointments, dont check your drop box and then tell you did not know the truck was there?! Phillip in the service department told us they would do test the next day. No! We made two (2) appointments and at neither time did the test get performed! Why would I inconvenience people another time, not knowing that the test would be done. Absolutely the worst! Griffin tried to make excuses but again, I would think it would be protocol to check your drop box daily! Griffin actually said that the drop box is not where you drop you keys, you should drop your keys in the mail slot. Why would I do that when the instructions state to put in drop box. Service, what a joke!
I had a pretty big ordeal that started with a used Chevrolet I purchased at another dealership. I brought my Chevrolet into Butler and the Service Advisor Misty was extremely polite and helpful. The process involved communicating between two dealerships and myself. It was handled very professionally and while it took a while, I was effectively communicated with the entire time. Everything was transparent and not confusing. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership for service and I recommend if you own a Chevrolet in central Ga to do the same. 10/10
I called and was given an appointment for an oil change I got there a little ahead of time but service personnel got me checked in the service was performed I didn’t have to wait for any long period of time which was great the price was reasonable the people were friendly I paid and was on my way back home to do what retired people do I had a great day thank you
My Equinox needed to be towed in as it wouldn’t start, even after being jumped. Britany was most helpful, very professional, and efficient. It was found that the battery was shot, so it was replaced. I am most appreciative of the military discount you gave me!Thank you so much…I am new to Macon, and will be using Butler Chevrolet for my service needs:)
Service advisor Brittney was excellent on professional, prompt and prideful in the approach she displayed in making sure not only did the service get completed in a timely manner, but kept me informed of the progress. The drive for personal customer service was well worth the drive from Atlanta to Macon for unbeatable service and attention to detail.
They could only do body repairs to vehicle and very minor engine or mechanical stuff. Youd think they would have the best of the best mechanics for Chevrolet vehicles.
The only complaint I have is that I arrived at 7:28am and the servicemember I spoke with on arriving told me to wait in my car until they opened at 7:30am. Which is fine. I didnt realize I was early but he wasnt nice about it. If I had any other option, I wouldve left. I was already scared and worried about what was wrong w/ my car & wanted to cry. Thankfully, at 7:30am, I got a new servicemember and he was very friendly. It was my rear hub and I was very thankful that Butler could fix it that day.
Tammy was very warm, friendly, and accommodating to my schedule. I could not ask for anyone to be any nicer to me. She made me feel that I was important to your organization. The service rendered was expeditious and efficient.Suggestion: When you deliver a high-end vehicle to the customer after servicing, how about having the vehicle washed and vacuumed? This suggestion does not reflect on Tammys work with me or the services rendered. Your competition across the street always delivers my Lincoln washed and vacuumed. Just a suggestion ...
As an update to my prior review and after going to a non-dealer for diagnosis of my vehicle. I was given an understandable explanation as to what was causing my vehicle acceleration to stall at times. Understanding the issues and having a thorough explanation was the disconnected experience I had at Butler Chevrolet. However, I would like to mention that there was one staff member (a mature aged gentlemen) by the name RICK, who was courteous and expedited customers through the process of check in to avoid long waits, Thank You, Rick. To be clear there was a younger male staff member that directly handled my situation that could use some coaching techniques on customer service. At the end of the day my negative experience still remains the same, however, now that I have been enlightened on the issues of repair I felt it necessary to amend my prior review for transparency purposes.
Prompt, courteous, and treated me like a valued customer. Verified what service I needed and took time to listen to my questions. My vehicle was returned sooner than anticipated and I was very comfortable in the waiting area. Misty was my service advisor.
They was able to do my oil change and fix a constant problem I’ve been having with my truck and the sensors.
Service was great! Everyone was accommodating, helpful and kind! I appreciate it!
It was great I didn’t have an appointment & I was expecting to be a wait but I was out in 30 mins.
After having a bad experience at another dealership, I tried Butler Chevrolet.I worked with Alonzo, and he got me exactly what I wanted (2021 Chevy Spark LS) for a price that was very close to MSRP.I was happy with the price, and the service, and how quickly the transaction was completed.
Yule salesman was very patient. Very thorough on his job, knowledgeable of the vehicle. Went out his way, to show other vehicles on the lot is Will off the lot.
Everyone that I interacted with at the dealership was both professional and friendly. Special thanks go to both Dexter & Larry, who made the experience easy and enjoyable.
They tell you one price and charge another which is definitely higher.
The goal for a visit was hopefully do a trade in. They had low inventory. The folks customer center we have been dealing with Chevy dealers for the last 10 years. When we took our vehicle in for oil change they customarily rotated our tires. This Chevy dealer did not provide this service. Their staff was not very friendly. When our car was finished I did not notify us. Id wash our cars at the 15 minutes before I went out and inquired the car had been service and was ready to be picked up. Needless to say we will not be returning. However I will remain a loyal Chevrolet customer.
I’ve been using Youmans now Butler Chevy for many years. But this time on the service was the most outstanding. My Buick broke down; Southern Elite ( Great tow Co) towed it to Butler by 11:30. Rick the new Service Mgr called me to advise of the problem. With Brittany’s help (Service writer) my SUV was fixed and able to be picked up by 3:30. Great news because my wife is to catch a plane and there’s no rental cars available and Groove is booked to the airport at the time needed. Many thanks to a great crew and dealership. Will continue to do business as always with them.
This place is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever had to deal with the service department as a black customer I feel they handle you differently than the non black customer I am spending my money I feel like I need to be respect better
We love Dexter (our salesperson) and Griffin the service tech. We have never had an issue with Butler but our second phone call in regards to our truck was very unpleasant. The young man that answered the phone was not very customer service orientated. I do not know his name but he informed us that our power train warranty had ran out. Which we were aware of that. But we had purchased an extended warranty on the truck and I even explained to him we purchased the truck from Butler and our salesperson was Dexter. He informed me I did not purchase it from Butler but from Youmans. He told us Burler purchased it in 2018 I told him we just bought the truck last year. So then he proceeded to tell us that he could not look up our warranty from hi computer. All we were trying to figure out was how much we would have to pay out of pocket. I called back and asked for Dexter Dexter immediately had our file made copies and carried the information to Griffin. Griffin called us back and asked us what was going on. He was very helpful and we handled our issue. Thank you so much to both of them and Butler. While we were traveling we went to a dealer in Pooler named Vader. We went there to get our engine light checked because we were pulling a camper. The service techs informed us that they could not check our light since we didnt have an appointment that we had to go to an auto parts store and get it checked. We wanted to make sure there was not a serious problem before we tried pulling back home. I was very disappointed in the fact that customer service is gone. We went there to the dealership Vader just in case we needed repairs. I understand we didnt have an appointment and it would be a week before they could get to us but if it had been a severe issue we would have scheduled an appointment and made arrangements to have it repaired and extended our camping trip.My husband is a chevrolet man 100 % and we love our High Country.
David Henry was the best. Professional, smart, enjoyable car buying process with him. Was a quick and fair negotiation. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a car.
Looking for a new car, look no further! Butler Chevrolet will satisfy your needs. I purchased a 2019 High Country Silverado in November 2019, and a 2020 Bolt EV in January 2020, I love both these vehicles. I would like to thank Sherman, and the entire Butler Crew/Staff for their Excellent Service and Courtesy. I have purchased many vehicles from different dealers all over the country and Butler by far is the best, you will not regret it!
I am a 10 year service customer. Since the Service Manager was replaced, the service has gotten worse. For 10 years, the service department has gotten my vehicle and brought it up to the service drop off bay. The last 2 times, I was given my key and was not told where the vehicle was at. In essence, go find your vehicle, we dont care about you. My last service with tire rotation, the TPMS was not reset. I just had another service and the TPMS is correct. Of course, they may have rotated the tires back to their original location and no learning required. I dont know. Not a happy customer.
I know the way we buy vehicles is changing but buying from Butler Chevrolet is like buying from your hometown dealer!! We were looking for a 2021 Tahoe LT specific options for our daughter. Quinn was our representative and she was AWESOME!!! Butler Chevrolet made every attempt to work with us and make the deal work! Our daughter was completely surprised and we are ever grateful to Quinn and the others that made our purchase come to fruition! THANK YOU, BUTLER CHEVROLET!!
I had an 11 AM appointment today. I was at my appointment on time only to be told that they wouldn’t be able to look at my car today. I responded to the female representative, “why would you not call me and tell me this before I drove 25 mins to have my vehicle serviced.” In short the customer service was nonexistent. This dealership appear to care more about overbooking to ensure their bottom line is met rather than meeting the customers needs and appointments. It’s not that difficult as a business to call customers and let them know that you are overbooked as opposed to turning them away once they arrive on time for their appointments. It’s ridiculous, unprofessional and incompetent.
Missy always takes good care of me. In and out in a jiffy. She is always kind, polite, and very efficient
Joe was awesome, actually everyone was awesome. They took their time and helped me get exactly what I needed, my wife and I will definitely be continuing to see them.
Put a deal together, sold the vehicle out from under me, called 30+ times in the past month trying to work out another deal for a different vehicle, was avoided many times. Left the Internet Manager several voicemails of which Mrs. Quinn never returned my call, Christie the sales consultant was not available for 20+ days, finally said screw it and contacted a new consultant only to be greeted by Manager Brandon Howard saying that because I dilly dallied that my trade is now worth $7,000 less because 3 weeks passed by and I hadnt contacted them. The truck I switched to is about $8000 more expensive than any other one on the market and I overlooked that to just put the deal together. Met with nothing but hostility after attempting to buy their overpriced truck (which christie told me was sold 6 days ago) here I am blasting this company with a 1 star review. Buyer Beware and if this helps atleast one person its done its job.
Always have the best experience whenever I come. Mr Terry is amazing! He tries his best to get you going and hes always so friendly and very knowledgeable. Great job!
I was over charged, I paid for a couple of things, and one was an oil change and my oil did not get changed. When I came back the next day, showing my oil wasnt change, the red headed girl brushed it off and simply lied to my face saying they changed the oil. I paid $550 plus dollars on a diagnostic,a battery change, and a oil change. Now I need to get a full service somewhere else because my car is not driving like it should. Thanks for the horrible service.
The staff were very friendly and professional, answered all my questions, fast service
Misty took great care of me. Super Fast Service and good communication.
Came to get a diagnostic test done on my vehicle. Turns out I need a motor and transmission in my Acadia. Devastating news as that is the only vehicle I have at the moment and to make it even worse Im still paying on that suv. But anyway your tech did a great job confirming and explaining the problem to me. Thanks.
I had a horrible experience at FiveStar but Butler was easy to work with. They provided me with the car that I wanted and was honest with me. I’ll definitely do business with Butler again. Thank you😁
We brought our car in for one thing, and found out about another problem we were aware of, bit didnt know what it was. They took care of both issues, and at a reasonable price.
Greattttttt excellent customer service even my salesman that sold me at came back to to service dept tocheck on me .Mr Dexter and the service Representative she was excellent polite and prompt
Great service. Everyone was friendly.
Service was great and they serviced my vehicle in a timely matter.
Had my truck for 3 days, for 2 issues. Picked up truck and neither of the issues are fixed. No loaner cars so for 3 days it cost me money for them not to even fix my truck. Very annoying and now I have to figure out how to get it fixed because they sure cant seem to do it.
Everyone we meet and talk too was very nice. They when out of their way to explain everything about the car and the purchase of said car. I checked a number of dealers in my area and received the best price from Butler Chevrolet in Macon GA.
This vehicle was the fifth one I have purchased from Butler Chevrolet, and they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales department is always attentive and listen to the customer. They strive to give the customer exactly what they are looking for without using high-pressure tactics. Butler Chevrolet truly gives 5-star service and has made a lifelong customer with me.
Great Dealer. Great staff !!!
Great friendlt, timely service!
It was good I was just in a hurry because I didnt have transportation but it worked out fine
I purchased a 2020 Chevy Tahoe back in July of this year and could not have asked for a better experience! This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, let alone purchasing one by myself. Previously I had gone to another dealership in Warner Robins and was very displeased with the service I received. I spent about 3 hours at the dealership in Warner Robins and did not purchase a vehicle. I decided to check out Butler Chevrolet in Macon since it seemed to have some good reviews. When I first walked into the dealership everyone was very friendly. I already knew the exact Tahoe I wanted and when I talked to the sales rep (Dereck), he was EXTREMELY receptive and helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. Within about 20 min they were able to locate the Tahoe I wanted and they we worked out pricing. They were helpful and worked with me on lowering the price where they could. I never felt pressured or forced during this entire process. The sales rep and General Store Manager (Tommy) were just fantastic. When it came time to work out financing and payments, the financial managers (Larry and Joe) were just amazing. They were so helpful in explaining what all the costs were and answered any and all my questions, which I had A LOT. For a first time buyer, I hope I continue to have experiences like this in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you buy from here!
I spoke with Quinn on the phone and she made the deal happen. I looked all over and I had giving up but she made it happen with the finance manager.I will call them again in 24 months when this truck is paid off.
Quick and efficient service.
I purchased my 2020 Silverado LT Z71 in August of 2020 and it was a pleasant experience. In early December I noticed my back window was leaking in the rain. I travel a lot so when I called the service department on 9 Dec, I explained I only had a two week opportunity from 21 Dec to 3 Jan 2021 to get it fixed. They made the appointment for the 21st and assured me they would have a vehicle for me to drive while they repaired it. When I arrived on the 21st I was told I didn’t have an appointment, I presented the two emails from Butler showing my appointment for that day and a conformation code. They signed my truck in and I explained my situation of only having two weeks. My service advisor then told me they did not have a vehicle for me to drive, after speaking with the service manager twice and an hour later they got me another truck to drive. A week and a half later I called and they had not done anything with the window yet. I informed them I need to travel out of state for work and they told me to bring in the truck and they would put a dealer plate on it so I could cross state lines. When I went for the plate I discovered MY NEW truck sitting outside in the rain! I had them open it and sure enough rain was trickling into the cab and the carpet was wet. I then had the gentleman helping me call the GM, who told me he would get to the bottom of what happened in two days when he was returning to work and would personally call me. They moved my truck inside before I left. On 21 Jan 2021 they finally finished my truck (YES over 4 weeks). I was also promised my truck would be detailed since they had it over a month, it was raining when I picked it up so I didn’t judge the exterior but NOTHING was done on the interior, there was dirt on the floor, dust everywhere, windows smudged etc… It had been 18 days since I spoke with the GM Mr Sherman Holland when I picked up my truck, along with 5 messages I left for him to call me, and to this day I have not heard a thing from him!
Manager of this store offers no customer service, very rude and un professional.i would suggest that the owners look into how this individual treats their customers. and send him to a school on the importance of customer service.
Very nice staff and attention to details! Thanks
Went in for a scheduled service appointment. Got in and out in a reasonable time. Wasnt bugged about purchasing any unwanted services. Was only asked if I wanted to get my tires rotated, which I declined because I had just had it done at my tire shop.
JOE HENDERSON IS AN AWESOME SALESMAN HE WAS ABLE TO HEP ME WITH MY PURCHASE AT BULTER CHEVROLET. I WOULD RECOMMEND JOE HENDERSON TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW OR USED VEHICLE . HE WILL GET THE DEAL DONE. VERY PERSONAL
Art Fastow and Larry Joiner are the best to deal with. You tell them what you want/need and they make it happen! We just purchased our 3rd brand new vehicle from them in less than 7 months for our little family!
Andy Mason, from Youmans Chevrolet helped us enormously. He took the time to find the right truck that we could afford and even helped us acquire the right wheelchair lift for the truck. I couldnt be more happier! The service attendants were prompt, courteous and attentive to my concerns and were enormously helpful.
David Henry is the best very professional and welcoming! Choose David Henry as your Salesman!
Great service! Everyone involved worked hard to meet at an agreeable price on my trade and on my new truck. It was really a pleasure to work with everyone.
I had a wonderful experience with Butler Chevrolet of Macon. The sales team was very friendly. The finance department was so easy to deal with and Buddy was exceptionally helpful.
If you have a bad experience theyll definitely call back to rectify the situation. This was my issue. I wasnt satisfied at 1st but in the end the service team came through.07/22....I had a scheduled appointment and put in the comments the services I wanted when I made the appointment. I received a text asking me to confirm that I would be there the next day for my scheduled appointment. I took off work to make sure I would be there and on time only to arrive and be told there was no one there to provide the service and to come back almost a week later. I have a horrible experience every time I try to get services from this place and they always promise you a better experience next time. No thank you. Please work on treating your customers like they matter when they’re trying to support your business instead of inconveniencing them. You’re asking for the type of services you need when you schedule online. It would be nice if you read it and notify the customer in advance if you’re not able to provide the services. And the last supposedly manager I spoke with when I called was trying to compare the restaurant business to my experience by saying when you go out to eat how you have to wait a long time because they’re short staffed.....uummm....that has nothing to do with me. Tell her to come up with another script!
I have been through so much trouble at this dealership. First when, I bought the car I told them that i would prefer a car with tinted windows. I didnt receive that. Then, the passenger door was broken when they sold me the car. Then, come today my tag has expired come to find out they didnt even include my tag fees. This has been by far the worse car purchasing experience ever. If I could rewind and take it back I would.
I admire the professionalism and customer service that I received. My overall experience was awesome.
Everyone is so friendly. I purchase my truck from another dealership. But at Butlers Chevrolet they treated me like I purchased it from their dealership. This is the place I want to do business with.
I have a great experience. Art has been a friend for years and I knew he would do what was best for me. Give him a raise!
The check out process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped for but everyone was nice and professional. Anthony did an excellent job on my car and he was so professional! I want him to take care of my car again when I return!
I’ve been taking my car here since I purchased it. (I purchased my Chevy Malibu in NC or else I would have bought it from Butler Chevy as well) I have never had any problems and the service associates have always been willing to look at any concerns I had about my vehicle. I’ve dealt mainly with Terry in service and he is a God send. Without him I’d be lost and clueless about maintenance and up keel on my vehicle. As long as he’s there and I’ll stay a Chevy driver for life!
Everyone that I encountered was really great and helpful.
Havent decided on a purchase yet. Very impressed with Mr. Dexter Whitby as a sales rep!
Edit: The service manager, Edwin, called the very same day to apologize and get a better idea of what happened. He was very professional and assured me it wouldnt happen again and would address the problem so it doesnt happen again. I will be giving them another shotLet me start out by saying that Terry was the only good thing about this trip. He was great to deal with and a pleasure. The rest of the experience was a nightmare and one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I called and scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change on the morning of 10/13 for 1PM later that same day. I was told it may take over an hour to complete so I requested shuttle service so I could get back to work. When I arrived everything was fine, but I was told the shuttle was driving someone and it would be a few minutes and I could wait in the lobby. After an hour of waiting I go out to ask about the shuttle. This time I’m told the driver normally takes lunch from 1-2 and he should be back any minute and they’ll try and call and text the driver to get an ETA. First why wasn’t I told when I scheduled that he normally takes lunch at this time and I may want to pick another time? Second why was I lied to when I arrived and told he was driving someone else when he was on his regular lunch? After all of this I’ve waited so long that by the time the driver gets back my vehicle is almost done. Throughout the experience I never received a single apology from the staff. I missed my personal lunch and an hour of work because of the unprofessional staff at this service center. I would think twice before scheduling anything here if you’re under any sort of time constraint.
These people are great!
Friendly and reasonable priced service
Brittany was really nice and good about keeping us informed. Shes a great asset to your company!
A bunch of lying snakes!! The Car is nothing like what you see on car gurus!! I had a one-way flight to GA to pick up the car, it was dirty with a broken fog light, on my way back to minnesota the oil light came on had to emergency stop, air filter was 50%. a lady named Quinn will talk to you if youre shopping on-line, she lies about everything. Lied to me about the seats being leather, I bought the car they only gave me one key, Quinn said I will over night it to you first thing Monday. It took two weeks and they didnt tell me it was 175$ to program. They sent me a new light for my truck and never reimbursed me for the service. Save yourself some headaches and avoid these weasels. They dont answer your calls after you buy!!
The biggest thing is that they listen. And if something else is really wrong with your automobile they let you know before they fix it. The dealership warranty when fixing your automobile its much better than the smaller places. I learned my lesson the hard way at the smaller places. I will always go back to the dealership for work.
Everyone involved from the sales lady to financing guy to the lady who delivered our new vehicle were very nice and helpful.
My experience was not pleasant with the service department customer service Reps however the Service Manager did rectify the issues as best as he could I think.
Very professional and knowledgeable . The technician explain in detail if anything wrong other than an oil.
Visited the service department, because my engine light came on. Spent over $600 here, parked it for a week right after, because I went out of town. Came back and 3 days later it cuts off on me. I take it back, they keep it just under a week and tell me my battery cable wasnt tightened. Charged me $150. Never going back here...
Last time I was there they over filled my oil and I had to take it back to get it fixed then this time they busted my tire so I want ever take my truck back to them
One of the top dealerships in Macon,I’m a Chevy guy,got a great deal,so I will b referring u 2 my family & friends,thanks.
Does a good job of service.
My overall experience from start to finish was amazing 👏🏾
Did great job
Terry was my direct contact regarding the status of my car. He did a great job keeping me informed, was very professional and friendly. However, I made one call to the Service Manager to check the status of loaner vehicle, and the Service Manager was very rude and dismissive on the phone.
While on a trip from Tampa to North Georgia last week, the oil change light came on in our motorhome. We called at least 15 dealers/service centers trying to find someone who could squeeze us in that day. No luck until we called Butler Chevrolet and spoke to Tammy Bolton in service. She explained that they were booked but would try to work us in if we came by. She explained the best route for us to get into the dealership since we were also dolly-towing our car. When we arrived, the service tech came out to our rv in the parking lot, and did the oil and filter change on site. Wow!! No need to disconnect our car. We just want to say thank you for the prompt, courteous, and professional service from Tammy and the entire crew. We were back on the road within 90 minutes. This type of service and courtesy are very hard to find anymore, especially for someone just passing through. Again, thank you so much for making our trip a little easier!
Brittany is awesome!! :)
Great employees. There should be a little more guidance into knowing what exactly is wrong with your vehicle. Especially for ones who don’t know much about cars. However, I feel like the employees had integrity and made sure there was no spot of errorneglected.
The employee that helped me was not very knowledgeable about the service I was asking for $150 I paid for services that was not done thoroughly..
My wife went to Butler Cehvrolet for a regular, scheduled oiled change and tire rotation. While she was there, the mechanic told the customer service staff that the front rotors needed to be replaced due to them being cracked. That staff member informed my wife of the issue and quoted her over $600 to replace the cracked rotors. My wife left without having anything done besides the oil change and tire rotation. I purchased new rotors from a local auto parts store to replace them myself. After I came home, and removed everything to get to the rotors, it was to my surprise that the rotors appeared to be completely intact. I reached out to Butler Chevrolet to inform them of this and decided to have a face to face conversation so they could see the rotors for themselves again. It was confirmed by two other mechanic shops in the area that these rotors were not warped, cracked, flaked, or heat damaged in any way.The General Manager Sherman Holland was very unprofessional, argued with me, and even called my wife a liar even though their own documentation at Butler states that my wife was quoted that amount for that purpose. This is why women dont want to take their vehicles to a mechanic shop. I wouldnt recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. It seems they are only in business of ripping people off.
Our salesman, David Henry was phenomenal! We were in the market to pay cash for an older vehicle and stopped to look at a small truck. He was not judgemental when we jokingly told him we needed “bottom of the barrel.” He has just gotten a trade in the night before of a 2005 Silverado. He worked diligently for us by negotiating with his manager so that we got the truck for the price we were looking for. He communicated so well with us without being pushy. He is truly the best best care salesmen I have ever encountered! Highly recommend David Henry and the next time we are in the market for a vehicle, we will be looking for him!
Excellent salesman who showed us specifics about the truck wanted. And also finance manager was very helpful.

As we walked in the door, we were greeted with several smiles. People were very friendly. We werent interested in buying a car that day but, we did. Mr. Dexter made it easy for us to purchase a car for my son who wasnt with us. Butler, you made it happen. Thank you.
A great place to buy a Chevy and a good selection of used cars
I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW MY APPRECIATION AND THANK, TOM AND LANCE FOR HELPING ME ALONG MY JOURNEY OF FINDING A CAR! THEY WERE GREAT TO ME AND WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP ME IN EVERY WAY THEY COULD! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE SO GENEROUS AND UNDERSTANDING. I COULD ON AND ON ABOUT HOW THEY WERE GREAT TO ME! WITH THAT BEING SAID, I LOVE MY CAR TOM AND LANCE YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!
I was initially wary when we brought our 2017 Volt here for a shift to park issue as it appeared they had not had a lot of experience on EVs and shift to park is often more complex than on normal gas combustion units. The fix on our car took longer than expected but was flawless, and the GM service bulletins were totally covered so we had zero out of pocket cost. They even replaced the ECBM- which was above and beyond! Will be a repeat customer here.
I purchased a vehicle from Butler Chevrolet with Dexter as my salesperson. Dexter is a great hardworking guy. I started having a service issue with my car and had to take it to a different dealership because I was not in Macon. I called Butler and Edwin was able to help me communicate with the other dealership to get my car repaired. Then he called me the following day to make sure that my vehicle had been fixed. Truly above and beyond!!! If you are looking for a vehicle or you need one serviced, give Butler a try. You wont be disappointed.
