I previously got work done here by just walking in the next time I needed additional services done on another suv. Angela that I spoke with was un responsive, rude and did not provide me an estimate for work I wanted performed there. Her attitude and lack of help to do her job and speak with customers, I feel I wont go back there. If I could give 0 stars I would. The people in the shop are nice but that is one lady that needs to be replaced with someone else who actually wants to be there and enjoys there job. I will not be referring people here anymore.

Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Overall one of the more pleasant experiences Ive had at mechanics. Didnt try to nickle and dime me on every fix. Gave me the issues and outlined the severity. Great group of mechanics.

This place was awesome! I called a lot of places to price the service for an oil change. Nobody had the customer service like Midas of Lynnwood. Not going to lie, I called them 3 different times on different days. The first to check the price. The second to make an appointment (which I missed because of work) and the third to make another appointment. They were so friendly EACH time. I couldn’t believe the consistency. I found a coupon for somewhere else that was cheaper (their normal prices are already the best) but I decided to give Midas my business and not use the coupon I found because something has to be said for fantastic service. They were incredibly fast while I waited there. Very nice group of guys and thank you for treating me like a customer and not a “girl who doesn’t know anything” like most places do. Super pleasant experience

Good shop. Did some basic work on my car for a reasonable price, communicated well, and met timelines.

I found the staff very understanding, friendly and helpful. Specifically, they recommended I check online for a coupon to help with the the cost of my bill. They also let me know the best way to care for my vehicle to save on future repairs. I will definitely will recommend them and use their services in the future.

Owner is great. Staff is not. They behave chauvinistically (especially towards female customers), do not thoroughly check reported issues until they are pointed directly out to them, and they beg for your patronage back through freebies if you express potentially taking your car elsewhere. Really wish the entire staff was as competent as the owner.

Not really a Midas guy went in with a 1999 coupon oil change I knew that wasnt going to happen but they still kicked me down pretty good good peeps

I just want to say that Mike at this location has wonderful customer service skills I don’t know much about cars or repair of any kind and mechanics are known to take advantage of a situation like that, I had a wonderful experience here I had a little bit of difficulty and Mike was able to fix it easy Peezy with all the respect one would expect and more. The employees are friendly and nice and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful sale going on right now for oil changes I would definitely recommend this location. Coming from somebody who has been Treated poorly in the past at other car place is this place is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all the employees here all of your hard work and dedication to wonderful customer service.

Excellent experience, very friendly staff! Wed been told by our regular shop that the exhaust was a mess, which we could hear. They felt it involved an extensive replacement probably, and recommended a muffler shop. They also warned us how much it could be, so the estimate which was a quarter of what they thought was a relief! Hubby crawled under the van a bit and could see fresh metal and new welds, yay!

Been getting my car here serviced for almost a decade now. Mike and the fellas do a terrific job everytime. Theyre fast, friendly, professional, and affordable.

Place was pretty awesome. It took longer to inspect my brakes than I was hoping for, but everyone was very friendly, and there was no charge for the brake inspection. Id return w/o question.

This is the only place I have ever taken my SUV for service. I trust this location and the work they do on my vehicle. They have the friendliest and most supportive customer service and I always trust the quotes Ive been given as they never appear to try and make a buck off their customers. I have referred others here and will continue to do so. They try to acvomadate scheduling as much as possible.

Just picked up my truck from Mike and team. Even with the Thanksgiving holiday they were able to get my truck back to me quickly. Costed about half of what was estimated by the dealership. Everyone was friendly and the truck runs great.

A friend of mine took their vehicle in for an oil change service recently. After hearing a whining noise present when turning, she informed the service advisor before her service. Upon receiving the vehicle, the advisor informed her that they were unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle and that they had checked all fluids. After inspecting the vehicle myself. In less than 5 minutes, i found the power steering fluid to be well below the minimum mark. After taking a closer look, i found the high pressure line to be seeping. After inspection of the undercarriage, i spotted a large amount of fluid coming from the lower engine cover. Upon removal of the engine cover i found the fluid to be motor oil coming from the drain plug. Time will tell whether technician was just a slob or if he used the wrong crush washer. I also saw no indication that the canister filter was ever replaced. This type of service is unacceptable and the technician should be reprimanded.

Amazingly friendly staff, when I went to pick up my truck they were jamming out to Disney tunes in the shop and it was hilarious. They didnt upsell me when they easily couldve for my beat up old truck that needs all kinds of things, they took care of what I asked and did it in an efficient manner. Ill be back for other services for sure!

Mechanics have a reputation of treating women like they are stupid and know nothing about cars. BUT that is not the case at Midas in Lynnwood WA. They have been great answering all of my questions and treating me like the educated person that I am. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication to making my car run well with scheduled maintenance. They are great about giving me the information I need to make good decisions about the care my car receives. Thank you guys! You are awesome!

Less than 2 yrs the front brakes with premium ceramic pads are now worn away completely.

Very rude customer service. It used to be the bestAnswer to the owner!The customer service person was rude! Had an appointment for an oil change. I also wanted to get pricing for some upgrades. Not only was I told that they did not have time for my questions for the upgrades, my oil change was going to be 3 hours before they could get it started. Did I say that I made an appointment? DONT GO THERE!!

Very devious, beware of the tactic used here. I needed air in my tires 2 days ago and it was raining my car was sliding all over the road. I asked for help and the guy mentioned I could do it myself and he let me know the air machine is free. Feeling bad, I said sorry but he went around my car anyway, extremely quick and said he put air. Then told me this long story about my sensor and how if it doesnt go off it would need to be replaced. It was an issue for me because it was preventing me from being able to engage my traction control and I was doing my best to prevent an accident. However, the next day it did not seem any better and I went to check personally the tires and they were all below 30psi and 2 of my valve stem covers mysteriously dissapeared. I went back yesterday to tell someone else about what happened and the other guy gave me the same story about the sensor and asked me to pull my car into the garage. I said no, I just want you to be aware of the situation and know also that it is not ok. I went to the other place, next door, its located in the same parking lot and they put air in no problem, confirmed all tires psi was below 30 and saved my life because my sensor went off within seconds and I could again engage the traction control.

Quality service great for getting your oil changed anything more than that is going to cost you greatly. I reccomend getting a few quotes for auto repair midas was more than 3 times the repair cost for fixing a stripped spark plug than other shops in the area.

Didnt honor online appointment.Set up an appointment through their website and they were closed by the time I drove all the way there. Whats the point of having online appointments if theyre not accurate/honored???

Guy at the front desk was friendly but it took them about 40 minutes just to tell me they couldnt install my exhaust and told me I NEEDED a mid-pipe when I didnt. Only 2 cuts were required and the kit even came with instructions on where to cut. They then hastily crammed it into the box and back into my car. A few days later I went to another mechanic and he had it done in about half an hour.

Working in customer service, I am not easily impressed. And I have to say the gentlemen at this location went above and beyond. I am so grateful to Kenny being such a gentleman and accomedating me. To kenny, William and Bart, thabk so much for be so amazing and taking extra amazing care of me today. I am so grateful and will be a loyal customer. Thank for being good humans and making my day. Truly a satisfied customer. Good customer service is so Hard to find these days.

Mike is awesome! He is completely honest! I took my van to Meineke to have my breaks checked and they said that I needed everything replaced...$850! I was a little supecious so I took it to Midas for a second opinion. They said my breaks are just fine and I walked out of there spending nothing!!! I highly recommend!!

They did my oil change...and took forever even with a appointment...then when the work was done the cashier guy stood outside talking to his girlfriend for over 20 mins while i stood there waiting to pay and get on my way...another employee even yelled to the guy to come help me and he still didnt...then he rang me up and rushed me out...no report on what was done or the services i received or how anything looked???..i will not return..

Price isnt bad, but the mechanics are honest and amiable, which is more important in my opinion. No high-pressure push for something you dont need; just a friendly reminder of wearing belts or hoses or whatnot.

We had a totally different experience from the rest of the reviews. Last week we took our with Santa Fe there cause it was over heating. It took them over a day to figure out why it was overheating and they quoted us $1700 to $2200 to fix it. We thought that was overpriced (and quite frankly could not afford that) and we called the Hyundai dealership and told them what was going on with the car and they said it sounded like it was a different issue (which it was) then with what Midas was telling us. I’m so glad that we picked up our car and took to the Hyundai dealership because we ended up only paying $211. If anyone takes anything from this always get a 2nd or 3 opinions. I will never take my car there again.

I dropped off my vehicle there to get their Mid Week Special for $24.99 and also to check my breaks and a couple other things. They said they would call me in an hour and 15 minutes, I let them know I would be waiting close by. Two hours later no call and when I came back they just stated the oil change!! Two hours and 45 minutes later I pay $57 for and oil change and an over priced quote on my breaks!! I will go back to Mr. Kleen who is in the same business center as them, and get my oil changed for the same price and have my vehicle ready in 25 minutes and GET A FREE CAR WASH. Time is money and I just wasted both!!

Manager seems to be really honest. Did not try to push unnecessary problems for me to fix. I will be returning here.
