This is absolutely the BEST nail salon in the area! Ive gone to many other nail salons, and none even come close to comparing to this one! They are so detail oriented and so unbelievably nice! Ken is the owner and he is always there and works so hard. You can tell they all take pride in their work. I cannot wait to go back every time to get my nails done again. Thank you guys for making my self care even more special each time.

First time going, I struggle to find a place that can get a good shape and thickness for acrylic nails, and when applying gel polish, to have a clean application so it doesn’t get on cuticles and lift and so forth. I was totally blown away by how effortlessly easy it was to get nails I’m totally obsessed with here. I brought in a picture and she matched the colors to a T and then we kinda tweaked a few to be more to my neon liking. Such an awesome set of nails, she was quick, nice, and did a great job, and the salon overall was really comfortable and the gentleman that was at the desk and I believe runs the salon is a total sweetheart and super funny and nice to chat with. So happy, will definitely be coming back.

If you’re wondering about the longevity of your acrylics lasting. I’m at week two and just pulled an avocado pit out with my nails. Every time I come here they never disappoint. They will talk to you if you want conversation or you can just sit in peace if you like that too. Favorite nail salon in the country thus far.

I love it here Ive been a regular for some time I always get in fast and out fast and Im always satisfied with the end result. The owner is extremely attentive to customers needs here and I feel like a queen. I recently brought my boyfriend in with me for pedis and he loved it! Convenient location great prices plenty of technicians available for busy days, very clean nice ambiance.

Really nice employees. Wonderful foot and leg massage and my nail tech really took care of my nails and got rid of all the dead skin. I would recommend- I have had a hard time finding a salon since I moved- I will come back.

This place is absolutely ginormous with tons of nail technicians. I had the owner of the shop do my nails which is a plus and a minus. She was so full of energy and very sweet but kept getting pulled many directions so it took a while for my nails to get done. Everytime someone walked in she would ask what they are here for. Make an appointment but know when you get there youll be telling them all over again, maybe more than once. She would also be needing to answer her phone every 1-2 minutes. The other technicians didnt seem to get pulled aside. Its been about 20+ days and my nails have grown out but the manicure of still holding!

I have been here 2 times while visiting for my bridal shower and then for my wedding Ann has done both sets of my nails an both times have been absolutely stunning an have gotten so many compliments on what an amazing job she had done!

I got an infection after getting a pedicure here. I called to let them know and the owner didn’t seem to care. The quality of their work has never been great but my friend likes to go to this location so I dealt with it. Infections and unsterile equipment is just completely unacceptable.

Good at their job okay looking place. They do a nice job and I like their policy that if your nails chip in 7 days, they will fix for free. Esthetics wise, its lack luster. Its clean but dark and kind of unorganized. The people are super nice though!

First time I came here the lady did a super amazing job, however the last two times very rush even though not busy and didn’t even bother either time like cleaning my cuticles or the cuticle pusher or anything just slapped on polish and called it a day. Not going to keep going here in hopes I get good service, this was the last time especially when I’m spend $50.

The owner, Ken, is very friendly and personable. He is always joking around and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. My daughter and I have been coming here for nearly 2 years, and in that time they’ve consistently done an amazing job. We both have acrylics and get a manicure every two weeks and haven’t had a single complaint. (And my daughter gets some amazing designs)! We get complements on our nails quite often and I always refer those people to Heavenly Nails. They’re great at making the acrylics look natural and not too thick. Which can be difficult since we both have tiny nail beds, and it’s easy to make the acrylics look bigger/wider than the original nail. Yet, I’ve never had that problem here. Their quality of work is worth every penny (and their prices are very reasonable)!

The lady who gave me my pedicure got mail polish all over my toes and didnt even try to clean it off. Then I said I wanted the powder dip and they kept pressuring me into a gel set. Then I got the gel set and she didnt even even out my nails so they turned out bumpy. I was extremely disappointed in this nail salon. I spent $100 and tipped! I will never go back here again. I only gave 2 stars because the guy at the front desk was amazing!

Ive gotten my nails done here twice now and theyve been wonderful both times. Today I took my daughter (6) to get our nails done and her nail tech was wonderful with her even though she was being shy. My nail tech (I belive it was Julia) was very thorough and careful with shaping my acrylic set and it turned out perfect! We are both very satisfied with our pretty nails! Thank you!

I really dont want to leave a bad review. But I have to. My nails look like cheap plastic. They didnt have any other colors of glitter other than silver. What kind of nail salon doesnt have glitter? So I chose a little silver on the tips which took my full set from $25 to $40.. seriously? And the staff was cold and impersonal, we felt rushed, and my daughters French pedi looks like something done by a 10 year old. Ken actually asked us to tip too, and when my daughters boyfriend could only afford $5 (he was treating us, and trust me they didnt even deserve that much) Ken scowled and turned away. I used to love this place when we were regulars at the old location. Theyve gone downhill BIG time. So disappointing. We wont be back.

While I I was getting my nails done there was this lady was coughing and tossing on my way (she was a worker to) she didn’t even put an effort into at least covering her mouth or nose. I was going to ask for design but I was going to be $20 more for the design. Plus The nails look so plain like they used to be $20 like I understand $20, but $33 for just some plain nails?

Ok so recently Ive been looking for a new nail salon closer to where I live. I had been going to one for about 3 months now. Today however I had a not so great experience... 9 months pregnant and VERY emotional, I went in search of somewhere to fix my nails and ended up at heavenly nails. I was greeted by a man named Ken who is the owner. I was sat down right away and they fixed my nails. Ken was so nice! Offered me something to drink and was friendly and joking around with the customers and employees. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful! And the service totally put me in a better mood. Ken introduced himself as I was paying and told me if I ever have any issues there to please talk to him. For a business owner he is very involved, professional, and kind. I was all around impressed and grateful for my experience at heavenly nails today and they definitely gained a new customer!!

Amazing job

Something strange going on with this place. The nail techs appear really afraid of the owners. They kinda cower and wont make eye contact. I just really wonder if the staff is treated ethically here. I was surprised at the chauvinistic comments the male owner made. Was really turned off by his sexist behavior. Unbelievable a guy like that is running a nail salon with the majority being female clientele and thier money. I wouldnt want a young girl to listen to his misogynistic rhetoric. His wife is no prize either. A well set up 3rd world type of assembly line going on but somehow they miss the mark in quality. Pretty sure quality isnt as important as bringing in the money.

They are super efficient and make sure you get what you want. I highly recommend!!! 10/10 experience for me.

Ken runs a beautiful shop! I have never had to go back and get something fixed because it broke within a day like anywhere else Ive gone. Ive had this beautiful manicure for over a week now and no chipping or breaking- no matter how rough my job gets. I have never had a problem here, my mom and I have been going for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Quick and kind employees and a gorgeous interior!

Ive been going there for awhile now an have taken several people with me, seems like they kinda choose what they want, one time they charge me 25 the next time they charge me 35 an say I got shelack, I get the same thing every time, another thing is if they dont do a good job(and its happened) its my choice to tip or not but they hound you big time for the tip. Thats totally wrong in my opinion,I also find it very rude when you say something and they start going off in there language laughing rolling there eye ECT thats about the rudest thing they could do. Also many times they have done one of the nails a little crooked an I mentioned it her she says NO NO NO HONEY UT YOU NAIL IT GROW CROOKED THAT WHY, I NO PUT IT CROOKED IT YOU NAIL HONEY IT OK really I think I can tell when its crooked.After the way they have acted and treated me, by acting annoyed when I mentioned they charged me a different price last time for the same thing, I get the same thing over an over,I will no longer take my business there.Unhappy customer

Absolutely love this salon!!!! They treat me like a queen and always provide amazing service to my mom, sister and myself. We are always comfortable there and love the relationship we have created with the owners and employees!! I swear I go in for my nails but really I love the jokes that fly back and forth!!

I love the owners they always take care of me and make sure my nails turn out beautiful and perfect. They are very detail oriented and ensure all their techs reflect themselves. No matter who you get, you will walk out with a nice set. It can be kind of pricier than other places; but depending what service you get. A fill is a little more expensive than other places, but a fill with shellac is definitely a lot cheaper. So it just depends on what you’re getting but also consider you’re paying for quality service

I was in this nail salon on Friday 03/13 with a wedding party of eight. We all had varying services. I wanted just a basic manicure because Im a simple gal. The staff was kind and accommodating, but the final result was less than satisfying. I was talked into an upgrade to a gel manicure because it could chip and this would last me a month. Unfortunately, it barely lasted a few hours before it was chipping off and bubbling. So my nails looked terrible the next day for my bestfriends wedding day. I couldve paid $15 for these results, better yet $0 and done them myself, instead of shelling out over $30.

Desperately seeking adequate service. A friend referred this place to me. Nice setup and ambiance. Friendly staff, efficient service. Fast but not rushed. Mani/Pedi. They made sure they understand my needs before proceeding. Thats a bonus for me, saved me money. Love the color! 35 Red shellac. My only complaints are my natural nails were filed too thin, the shellac wasnt painted all the way to the cuticles, and the dry skin peeling from my feet was not completely removed. Other than that, I will be back! I look and feel Heavenly! Thank you Ken and crew!

They do great work. Acrylic nails stay on along time and the workmanship is good. I have tried to get more detailed art work but they want to charge much more or Im told that people to detailed work for photos, its just not practical! Unless I want to pay almost double! I have used them for a long time, and for now will continue to, just wish speed was not such and overwhelming part of it.

Ive been coming here on and off for 6 years and today was just horrible. The lady was removing my acrylics with a tweezer type tool and PULLED/PUNCTURED my REAL NAIL 4 times. Then got mad at me cause I complained it hurt and was bleeding, and proceeded to talk bad about me to the lady next to her and my sister sitting a few chairs away said they were even POINTING at me. She rushed the entire job and was mad I didnt want acrylics again. She even threw the nail cutter across the table at me instead of placing in drawer. I even still left a 15% tip. The owner was still rude and super unprofessional at cashier and told me to upgrade my designer bag to a birkin? What an odd comment, needs to mind his business. I even thought I misheard him and he repeated the comment again. Never coming here again.

Been going here since before they moved to this new location. The ONLY place I will go! Tracy has been doing my nails for over a year here and she does a FABULOUS job...never any lifting of the nail. I have acrylic over my own nails so no tips which CAN cause lifting/breaking.I always get a great pedicure there too, the gel/shellac polish can last 2+ mos if needed!Everyone is courteous, offering water or soda unlike other places I have gone. Ken and Teresa, the owners, are very kind as well.

Out of all the nail salons I’ve been at, this On my way! By far did the best work. Staff sweet, owner is chill. Prices are a bit high but it’s completely worth it. I’d pay 5$ more anytime if they did a much better job than someone who charges 5$ less. 10/10 for sure

Best mail place around Lynnwood/Everett area. Open every day. I can always get in quickly even though they are the busiest nail place I have been to. They do a great job on full sets and fills. Their shellacs are the best around. Seldom do I needed to get repairs, but the one time I did, they did it quickly and no arguments. Very gracious staff! Love this place!

This place did my nails the best ever in my life! I had gotten a full set somewhere in Marysville, and it came out thick and the shape was terrible. They fixed my nails up and they are naturally shaped now and thin. They look real but with the best paint job around. The owner is very nice and personable.

I always have a great experience at heavenly nails, Ive been going there for about eight years. And Ive seen them moved to a new larger location I have seen them being nice and Im always accommodating whenever possible with my nails are colors etc. And I appreciate their flexibility

Dont get matte nails here. Never looks good. Plenty of nail techs during the weekend. Service was nice and they offer water which was exactly what I needed at that time because it was scorching. Customer service was great from the nail tech but the guy up front who takes payment could use a little more interpersonal skills. He was not very inviting.

My nail tech seemed to want to avoid repairing a flaw after filing one nail. When I mentioned it she did not respond. After she polished it then she tried to pick the nail silver. She had to redo that nail. She wasnt happy.

She literally asked me the last few times you dont have cash? This time I stated yes, and handed her my card. Sad to say I dont know if I will be back.

I am a licensed cosmetologist, so not only have I had a ton of pedicures but I also know the correct way to give one. I started going here when I was pregnant with my son as I could no longer reach (or see) my feet. I have always gotten shellac on my toes and have never had an issue with nail damage. I noticed they didnt spend hardly any time using a scrub on my legs or removing calluses from my feet, as in less than three mintutes total which I found surprising and disappointing considering my feet didnt feel any softer after having a pedicure...which is ya know..the point of a pedicure. But the real issue is that I noticed they were scraping the shellac off my toenails instead of taking the time to actually soak it off. Still I assumed they hadnt done any damage. Well after my son was born and I was able to see my toes again I was horrified. They scraped off so many layers of my toenails that they were thin and soft and splitting up into the center of my nail bed. Its been four months since my last pedicure from them and my nails are still very damaged. I have had to do nail repairs every two weeks to keep them from ruining my nail bed. On top of that, the nail is so soft its growing into my skin. I have NEVER had an ingrown toenail in my life and now I have TWO. Its incredibly painful and I have at least another two months before my nails are anywhere close to healthy. I can not say enough to go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Ive gone there a couple times now. The first time was ok and my nails were nice. The second time I went was different. I think I got the owners wife. I asked for a shiny silver color of shellac, they informed me it would be extra, never said how much. She did my nails and it was cool until she put the color on. I could tell something was up because it took forever to find the color I wanted and when she put the color I it wasnt what I ask for. She put so many coats on they looks all thick and bulky. She was not very nice either. Wont be back.

Me and my mom have been coming to this nail salon since I was 8 Im now 18. I love this place the owners have always been so warming and welcoming forever now, the environment is insanely cool, their overall visits all around have always been the best, and my all favorite the prices. Cant bring myself to go to a different nail salon. 😊

Lady doing my pedi gouged herself and bled all over me and insisted it was polish, so of course that loses at least one star.But it was a cool stop and I was able to Actually overcome that of all things and the work was pretty good otherwise. Ive been through a lot lately, so I really cut a lot of slack on that scenario.I enjoyed the services I got overall, frankly. Believe it or not. Id return and recommend.

Had family coming into town, so all of us Ladies went to get our nails and pedicures. The owner and Ladies were wonderful accommodating our large group. We brought in lunch and had a fantastic time!

What I wanted versus what I got. They have shellac colors in bundles which are incredibly difficult to go through to determine the color you want. They rush you. Dont try to converse with you. All they care about is making money not ensuring a good visit. Mandatory tip. Very disappointed in the service I got. I went there to relax after a very rough couple weeks and I felt cheated of my money. My nails dont even look good :(

I had been having difficulty finding a new salon with high standards. I stopped in and treated professionally and with friendly attitudes. They were quick and did a great job! On top of that, the salon was very full but it still was quick!

Today was my first visit and I will definitely be back. Had a pedicure done and the attention to detail was fantastic. Made an appt a couple hours before and got right in. Would highly recommend this salon.

I was able to walk in and get a mani done for 25 dollars. The place was super clean and everyone was incredibly friendly! I will definitely be going back to them soon!

1st visit was great. Second one I made an appointment with the same girl I had at the 1st appointment. I called the day before to move my time out a couple of hours. The female told me ok. When I got there my appointment had been erased. I had to wait and then was told the girl I had the appointment with had been fired with group of girls. A couple of days ago my 16 year old daughter went there by herself and it ended up costing her $45 for a full set. All she wanted was an acrylic set with gel polish. They talked her into shellac and an extra polish in between. I have never had my nails cost this much in the 25 years I have been hettget them done. I feel they took advantage of her. I will not return! They lost what would have been a few loyal, regular customers.

I usually do not review nail places but this one deserves a review because my wife and daughter made an appointment there for the first time and Ken answers the phone and was rude with his tone, my wife really did not want to make the appointment but her regular nail place was closed, As they arrive there my wife called me and said they are still waiting there over 29 min and the guy still seems rude. After they finished she had to wait another 10 minutes just to pay. On their way out Ken literally screams at my wife and daughter don’t ever come back here in front of customers. They felt like bad people when all they wanted to do is have a good day in nail shop. I called Ken back and He said He has the right to kick people out as this is his store. I explained in America customer is always right and you do not treat them maliciously and scream because you are having a bad day even though they paid and tipped. I just hope that people really see this and see why a Dad is posting something about a nail shop but it’s just because his family was treated like bad people and not customers, there is 100s of nail shops and I will also contact the BBB. That’s what they really deserve

Only 4⭐️ due to it being my first time and I went with my wife to spend time with her I got a pedicure with her. The technician was falling asleep which made the experience not what I heard it should have been from other guys who go get them done, will be back just will ask not to have the technician again of course.

I have been to the new location a few times now. Great customer service. I was in getting a pedicure and a mother was in with her new born. The moment they started with her nails the baby of course started to cry. The gentlemen who runs the place picked up the baby to soothe him and held him for the next 20 min. Saved everyone from listening to a crying baby. I call that going a step above and beyond for there customers. Everyone is always friendly and never received a bad service yet.

Ive been sick for the last 2 years. Im finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I got out today and decided to see if they could get me in for a mani and pedi. They got me right in. Everyone was great. Its hot today and the place was air conditioned. I was very relaxed and happy with the results!

I called around to make an appointment for me and the girls to have pedicures on mothers day. It was the first place that I found a person that I could understand on the phone. I am patient with non-English speakers, but if we are doing business I really need to be able to communicate. Not only that but it was the first place that actually sounded knowledgeable when I said I wanted my 5 year old to get a pedicure. I was told they would customize it for her and charge me less, because some of the things in a pedicure are not recommended for a 5 yr old. That is something I really needed to know and I never would have known from the others. So far I am impressed. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, something I couldnt say for any of the others I called.

I used to go to this place a lot when I was a teenager and then I moved to Kent for a while. I recently moved back to Lynnwood and needed a fill bad and didnt want to go all the way to Burien where my regular nail technician is now. I have to say it has gotten much better in the last couple years that I havent been to see them. Nina, the nail tech I had was very efficient and detailed. I appreciate her seeing me even though I was late and doing such a great job. It was great to see how much the place has grown. I love talking to Ken and catching up with him. Of course I will have to hang my head when I go back to Burien and show that I have been somewhere else but it was totally worth driving in the Seattle traffic to come to this place. Thanks guys!
