Uh what the hell happened here? Shelves are bare, their product availability is scarce and they hire anyone regardless of knowledge or not. I had to remind one staff member that blue and red make purple, a simple elementary knowledge thats pretty vital in this industry. Theyre prices are more than most retail stores and this one baffles me, on clearance on their website several products are MORE than original price, ON CLEARANCE. More. On clearance. And they put it on there saying so. Dont get that one at all. 50/50 chance that what you need is in store anymore or carried at all.

Theyre so sweet here! They really have everything from hair dye to hair care supplies to nail and face care! Customer service could not be better!! All the employees deserve a raise! Will 100% be back later!!!

They have what I need and all the stores are set up basically the same so I can find what I want. Reputable and responsible. The employees are helpful and always busy.

During this terrible time we as Americans are facing fear, financial inability and uncertainty for the future. On a recent out with my family for must needed hair supplies. Not only was I charged for what I purchased but the representative decided to shop on me I came home with 8 items paid for ten go to another business that will not jack you. Best place ever for questions regarding hair. Jennifer is awesome. Walked me through all my steps, helped me with the product questions and was so happy to see me each time I came in. Seriously, she is awesome! She eased my anxiousness and went above and beyond being helpful and supportive.

I was followed around the store by a blonde, middle aged female employee (wearing a gray plaid shirt and wrist brace) who was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I dont know her name, but I do know she was not the manager, who is also a blonde woman.I didnt do anything for her to follow me. I knew exactly what was looking for and she still chose to follow me around this tiny store. She did not ask of I needed help, but she did feel the need to tell me that the boxes of hair color were empty because they walk away. She was clearly telling me this because she thought I was a thief, and I have reached out to corporate to make an official complaint. I refuse to be treated like a criminal for simply walking in the door.

Terrible service. Its worst when I comes from a manager because thats what happened. She treat my wife in a racist way and kick her out of the store because she wasnt taking any questions. Never going again, never recommend this place. The worst employer ever.

I purchased “Color Fix” at the recommendation of an employee here to remove the black hair dye out of my hair. What she failed to mention was that the product would BLEACH my hair. My hair looks ridiculous.
