Yesterday a hose pipe at a car wash pulled my awning off my camper-van. I was supposed to meet a group for camping in an hour so I was in a panic. I called 4 Wheels Parts and Jarrett, the manager, calmly said, Bring it in and well see what we can do. I arrived 20 minutes later, they drove it straight into the shop even though they were working on other vehicles, and 15 minutes later, it was reinstalled. Everyone was calm and kind, considering I arrived in a frantic state of mind. They didnt charge me a dime and I even got to my group on time! STELLAR SERVICE!!! Theyve got a lifelong customer in me!

I purchased a pair of mountainoffroad JM200 through 4wd.com, which is a sister company to 4wheelparts and The mounts fit! Thank God! The JM200 bolted right in to my 1976 cj7 jeeps frame and to my V6 engine (off a 1988 S10 blazer 4.3 v6 engine Z vin TBI and th700r4 transmission and cj7 Dana 300 t-case!!!)This is the third pair of DIFFERENT engine mounts Ive tried. The other mounts were weak looking and NOT one bolted in where I needed them to. And the other mounts didnt give me enough room for the front driveshaft. But FINALLY these just bolted in! And I have plenty of front driveshaft room as it lifts the engine up nicely in the engine compartment! I Love that they are not only strong and heavy duty but they are also good looking too. I still need to have them welded in. And, due to my experience of not so honest and fair auto shops, I may have to buy a mig welder and do it myself.~Now if only MOORE made a good transmission crossmember to go with this combo.. ;)also, I tried to have a local auto repair shop install them but corey fibbed and said the jm200 brackets wouldnt fit my 76 cj7 and that he could buy another more expensive pair elsewhere. And he basically charged me for $281 to tell me this. I reviewed his business too

We had an appointment that we made over 2 weeks ago. We dropped off my vehicle at 9 am today. They called at 3:30 and said they couldnt get to the job as they are understaffed. They offered a new appointment in 9 days. I need the work done before this Saturday.That is why we scheduled the appointment two weeks ago. I understand that people are understaffed right now, but tell us that when we dropped the vehicle off. We would have taken the parts and done it ourselves today as we took the day off to get this done. Communication is the key.

Since buying my jeep 2 years ago, I have had extensive aftermarket products installed by theLynnwood 4WP location18121 Alderwood Mall Pkwy Lynnwood WA 98037They are the most reliable and knowledgeable sales and tech force in the Seattle area. I wont use anyone else for mods to my Jeep. Service is fast, effecient and they complete their installs exactly as they describe them and how it should be done. Also, they are patient and listen to your needs, giving you their expert opinion on how to best complete the mods you have in mind. Yes, everything I have had done I could complete myself, but, why bother when space, logistics, time and added expense for tools and hardware just add up to a larger expense and wasted time and frustration. Just take it to them, let them get it right the first time. Now, dont forget, parts and labor warranty, priceless too. You wont get it if you do it yourself. So, its because, hitting the trail is what its about, not breaking your knuckles trying to cheap out on labor costs, or have bragging rights saying you did it yourself.

My little Haulie trailer fell off the hitch while driving very slowly thank God it was slowly. No one was hurt luckily. I called the nearest business, these guys. Didn’t get names because I believe people work as a team and not just individual. The front desk guy came out, took a look and found the ball was not seated properly (you know who you are) 😊 and showed me how to securely fasten. Thank you for your awesome service. I was intimidated being a woman coming into a shop with BIG wheels, springs etc. but felt right at home with the staff. I would recommend you any day.

I was sold the wrong parts, in a repackaged box, was not told that they were non returnable until reading it on the receipt after the transaction. Talked to the manager (?) Jarrett and he says he doesn’t take my word that I was not told parts are non-returnable. He even said that 4 WheelParts likely repackaged the wrong parts into the box. So he admitted it’s likely their fault. He’s not interested in making this right. I feel very cheated. This is very wrong. I was trying to fix my truck to move away from people like this.What ever happened to good customer service? How can you expect to retain customers with this type of business practices?4 Wheel Part’s Website claims that they have a five star rating with the Better Business Bureau but they’re actually not. Their actual rating is 1.5 stars. Literally untrue statements all around.

Came in wanting new springs for vehicle that was sagging and had product in mind I had researched that would fix my problem. The sales person steered me to their in-house product instead quoting it would be a much better product and would fix my sagging problem. Also the quote for the install kept creeping up from the first verbal quote when I ordered the products. There was no way to schedule, lock in the pricing or pay for the install until the parts came in. So on day of install, the quote went up several hundred dollars. Springs were $350 and install was $650 so I was a bit frustrated with a bit of a last minute sticker shock when I handed over my keys for install.Paid for the installation and parts totaling $1K to find out it did nothing to fix my issue. The installer called after install and said the spring werent rated for the install and still sagged. The sales person said sorry, no return or refunds and stated that once its installed there is nothing they can do. How can they not be held accountable for recommending a product that doesnt fix the problem.Contacted corporate with feedback knowing it wouldnt solve my problem but thought it might help them for future considerations. Did not hear back from them so leaving this comment instead.I ended up ordering the springs I came in for and installed them myself. It fixed the problem and I should have went with my instinct.Ive had previous problems with this particular 4WP and a previous one in my hometown. I am done with 4WP. Its just not worth me trusting them anymore.

Outstanding customer service, I called and put the order 6” lift and control arms with collins and he was giving me update through the time we were waiting for parts to come in. He also send me pictures throughout the installation process. Shop did a good job for custom trimming fender and liner to make my wheels fit without any rubbing.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Their lack of knowledge costs the customer money. They order shocks for my truck I waited over a month to have them installed. When they did show up they said that the shock won’t work for my truck and had to charge me restocking fee. Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge is very disappointing.

I spent around 5 grand on suspension, wheels, tires, and installation here. They didnt realign the headlights (not a big deal, but a heads up would have been nice), they left some cables dangling after the install, and the alignment was completely jacked. I took it back for a realignment and it was exactly the same - TruLine Seattle fixed it. After two years the suspension started making horrible noises. I took it to Lee Johnson Chevrolet and they said none of the joints were lubed during installation. The upper ball joints needed replacing and Im glad the other joints could be saved. I think they really need some more experienced techs. I would look elsewhere for your off-road suspension needs.

Avoid having 4 wheel parts installing for you if you can unless you just love their branding and logo, or your buddy works there. Bought a pretty straightforward part there. I purchased it online from 4 WHEEL PARTS. From beginning to end its clearly apparent they are making no effort to benefit the customer experience. The integration between the online and local store is seriously lacking. You have to actually wait for the part to arrive at the local shop to have an install done.The you schedule a specific time to bring in your truck and they wait 2 hours to start on it with no communication of that fact to the customer.There are local auto shops with much Better customer service than these guys. They must think they are competing with the cable company or something.

Ordered an item from them 3 weeks ago. There are parts missing and they still can’t get it right with the vendor. I have had to call every few days just to get any updates on things like shipping status. The last interaction was with an asst manager that hung up on me (but I never had that problem with anyone else that works there fwiw). I was offered a return, but only after I’ve started modding my vehicle and a promise of parts delivery. Now I’m going to have to get OEM parts fixed too but 4wp is refusing any cost or compensation for any of those repairs, they will only cover the item, leaving my truck in a half finished state for installation. Even after all that I’m giving them yet another chance to get this resolved because I’d like to install the parts I ordered. Soon I may have to start filing complaints to get appropriate action, but I’ll revise this sentence and maybe add a star or two if I get a resolution. Again, all the staff, minus the asst manager have been super at trying to get it fixed at least. The lack of updates and how long it’s taking (will it be resolved appropriately?) are my primary complaints.Be warned that while the employees there are great, I can only take from this that their Mgmt cares more about their suppliers than their customers. I know they’ve spent a long time trying to get these parts but I still don’t have the parts so the job isn’t done. Good customer service makes your customer whole. Due to their mgmt attitude and treatment associated with this debacle- even if I finally get my parts- I will not spend any more money with 4wp, I simply want an acceptable resolution and to be done with them (thanks again to the asst manager for that one).Updated to add 2 stars because the parts finally came in and Dan is great to work with.

Got a 2” lift and some nice 33” aggressive tread tires here a couple months ago for my 2012 Silverado. While they were in the middle of the work they informed me one of my ball joints and some linkage needed replacement and with everything it would be another $2800 to fix it while they were working on the front end anyway. I passed and just worried about it until I finally today got an oil change and inspection at Meineke today to provide a second opinion on the linkage on the front end that needed so much work. Meineke told me everything is tight and fine with my truck. Ball mounts and whole front end all good.

I ordered a Thule cargo box for local in-store pickup three weeks ago. Ive yet to receive a phone call about my order and every time I call Im placed on hold indefinitely. I tried calling their corporate office and was put in a queue with 26 callers ahead of me. Thats not a typo.This company is sitting on $800 of my money, wont take my calls, no updates on my order. This is a joke. If/when I finally get ahold of someone Im asking for my money back.I opted to order from this company because Im all for supporting brick-and-mortar and I think theres nothing like the in-person experience. But with customer service like this, Im afraid I made a huge mistake.EDIT: I finally got ahold of someone who cancelled my order, it was quick and painless so Ill add a couple stars. They do seem to be understaffed, especially their corporate customer service line.

Zero effort to work on the customers behalf. Bought a BAKFLIP MX4 bed cover with a manufacturers rebate ($100). Paid for the item in full 4 days before the deadline. 4WP installed the part and issued a receipt 2 weeks after the deadline creating an issue with the rebate company. 5 months later the rebate company is declining to pay out the $100. A lot of back and forth and finally I give up with the rebate company and gave BAKFLIP and 4WP to make it right. Nope. Every person I spoke to said its beyond their control. When I ran my auto shop, I would have gave the customer a $100 out of my pocket to make it right. In the long run, that would pay for itself multiple times, but these people can only see the small picture. Id take my hard earned money else where, because they definitely will not advocate for you.

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. Firstly, they make you pay upfront at the time of booking. This payment can apparently be used later as credit torward services or products. However, they cant book you in before the credit expires. Then, they refuse to let you use the credit for store products, despite saying at the time of booking that you could.The staff are all amazingly rude. They are unwilling to treat people with even basic courtesy, let alone actually be helpful.Almost every single price tag in the store is incorrect. When you go to pay, the price is higher than marked. Upon showing the staff the labeled prices, with matching product code, they refused to honor the marked price. This is on many products, not just one.While in the store I heard numerous phone calls from other customers. Seemingly, nothing is available and everything is on backorder, without apology. Services and appointments are all late.On top of all this, none of the staff members are wearing masks, despite it being mandatory.Id recommend avoiding at all costs.

They upsold us on a warranty and then told us they could not get the shocks we had on our truck! So upsold us again for Fox and told us it would only be $150.00 more finally they got in went to pick them up and it was $150.00 each. Not a fan and will not be going back 👎👎👎🙄

Well I had been happy with their customer service. That ended today. I ordered shocks on 4/30/20 that I was told would be drop shipped from the manufacturer. I called today to get an update. They said the manufacturer never put the order in their system. I asked if they were going to speed up the delivery because of the mistake. They said they could only put a note in the order as it was the manufacturers mistake. Thats bad customer service.The right way do remedy this is to pay for faster delivery THEN recoup the costs from YOUR supplier. DONT MAKE THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE. You lost a customer for life.

Free install of airlift help bags, had an added 40 dollar shop supply charge on it. The truck is clean on the underside and this is a complete bolt in install. So 40 dollars for shop supply really? Not to mention my personal number was input into the system as the store phone number so I received about 25 phone calls asking for 4wp from other 4wp locations. My other order picked up before this one arrived was under a store employees name and he was like how did that happen..... idk man you work here... this place has turned into a joke.

I called this store to place an order over the phone. The rep I spoke to couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and hurried through the order. He tells me it will be in stock the next day and charges my credit card.I show up and they drag out the bed cover to the front counter. I had to ask them to help carry it outside, which felt like a request they should have offered since it was a hundred pounds and an awkward box. Once we load the box into my truck I look at the packaging and see they gave the wrong product. I go back inside to speak to a rep. After waiting around for one of them to ask why I returned, I explain their mistake. I get no apology and they offer to order the correct product which won’t arrive for two more days. I asked if I could receive a discount or a gift card due to the hassle (Amazon was same price, same delivery day, and would be the correct item). Manager flat said “No” and again offered no apology for the mistake.Their customer service from my phone call to place an order, to first attempted pickup, addressing the issue, and picking up the corrected item was piss poor. While I understand mistakes occur, a solid company makes efforts for their mistakes to keep the customer. Sadly, I won’t be shopping at 4Wheel Parts again and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I bought an arb awning from here 6/9/2020 I finally emailed them since 2 weeks passed and my order was still in processing. Come to find out the part is DISCONTINUED and no longer available. 4wheel parts happily took my money and would have kept it if I haven’t email asking what was taking so long!!! Why have a product on your website that is no longer available! HORRIBLE COMPANY. if I could put no stars I would. They lost a good paying customer and every other person I’m in contact with who buys through them.

A lot of people told me they were pretty shady. After reading the reviews I kind of got that makes feeling also. I called him to see how much a lift kit would be and they told me how much it would be a A hour and they even took the time to walk me through what website and what to order. I finally get my part in and they want to charge me 40 more dollars an hour for install since I didn’t buy through them and another $180 fee for using my own parts. He made me order from a different website so they can make more money in our in charge an extra $180 fee they are a scam

I seen 4wp had a sale on proComp add-leaf, like70$ and 2 front shocks. cheap ones before I lifted 93 Chevy Old simple right! Plus it was sagging. The little guy quoted me a bite higher than what the online checkout cart quoted.But it was a 100$ more. So I would stay away and order online. Im sure their work is as good as their checkout youll end up regret it or over spending. I dont trust them. Seems shady!

I was too unsure of what I needed to buy online so I decided to buy local at 4 Wheel Parts. I asked some questions about “spring perches” and quickly realized that the person helping me knew nothing other than they exist and you should only buy what the book says is compatible. Was thrown off and decided to put in more research and buy online.I also required a set of bushings for my new springs I purchased earlier online. I give them the part number and manufacturer and they tell me they have to order and it will be in in 2 days. I agree, they ask for payment, and then go right back to what they were doing before I asked for help. I was interested in getting some new seats but the sales people did not seem interested in helping me so I decided to leave. Sad as I really wanted some new seats and was unsure of what would work best in my Jeep.I was told my part would be in on Monday by 2pm. So I call at 2:30 to be told they have received it but have not sorted out their shipment yet. I ask if I can pick it up in 30 min and was told by an irritated voice that they have a large shipment and they will call me when it’s ready to be picked up. Never received a call and decided to go in next day to pick up.Overall there sales people are rude, seem to lack interest in 4 wheeling, and give you the feeling they are there only to take your money and provide virtually no assistance. I would strongly advise everyone to spend your money elsewhere as supporting these types of shops just hurts everyone in the long run.

When I went in to get collect it, it was NOT in stock, & not one of the staff members were wearing a mask. this was the first week of August 2020 and there is a State wide mask mandate.Disappointing customer experience,and upsetting disregard for the safety of their employees and customers.

Do not stand behind their work.I had an Icon lift kit installed on my vehicle with several issues they refused to support. Without too much details they had moved factory hydraulic lines (as expected) but they did not secure these properly and it started to make a clunk sound. After many return visits to 4wd with their expert Toyota technician, they suggested I take it to a dealer. So I took it to a Toyota dealer and they found the issue in two hours.I got stuck with a repair bill from the dealer due to 4wd lack of service that they refuse to make right. Its a small issue but the manager absolutely refuses to correct this situation and basically will not even take a phone call to discuss.

I would highly recommend not going to this crappy store. Had to wait almost two weeks just to get a clutch installed when supposedly the books were open. They never contacted me to tell me what was taking so long. I had to contact them just to see what the hell was taking so long. When I got my jeep back the was an open switch blade I would assume the mechanic left on the passengers seat. Very poor customer service

I normally do not post or write reviews publicly but I figured I would like to give everyone a heads up... I recently invested over $5k in wheels/parts for this company. Prior to making decisions I was warned by others not to do business with them. But, I figured it’s a local business and everyone has their own opinion so why not to give it a shot right?Well... I should have listened. “I ordered wheels, waited over a month to find out they ordered the wrong wheel bolt pattern.” So I had to wait additional 3 weeks to finally get it. Ordered more additional parts for manager to say it will arrive on the first week of June to find out it won’t arrive until middle of July... we’ll see what will happen. I’m crossing my fingers.I am in the customer service and management field myself for the past 15 years and I can definitely let you know this place needs a lot work and attention. Be prepared for the long waits on the phone and all the broken promises. I’m hoping corporate office will read this review so nobody else will experience the same troubles as I did.

I scheduled (2 weeks out) and dropped my jeep off at 9am for an inspection of some steering issues. They said it would take an hour and theyd call me. 2.5 hours later and no call. I call them and the shop manager said the jeep has been done with the inspection for a while now and has been sitting out front of the shop. I get back to the shop and they said i needed a long arm alignment. (my lift isnt even a long arm) and possibly new shackles. Quoted me around $360 minus the inspection fee I already paid. After we discussed it I said okay, lets get it done. The guy kind of laughed at me and said, oh no, we cant do it today, well have to reschedule the actual work. Why bother having me schedule the inspection if you cant do any of the work that day?! I said Id have to think about it and went home. Later that day I called to get it scheduled and the manager answered and said he has no quote or any documentation. He said hed have the guy I worked with call me first thing the next day. I never heard anything back. I finally called a couple days later and talked to the original person, he said he didnt have any notes or documentation on what was wrong and said that they could schedule 3 hours of work in the shop in about 2 weeks. If you care about your time, money, and your vehicle, take it to another shop or do the work yourself. Dont waste $140 for an inspection that they forget even happened.

Update:The manager called me back after he incident happened and straightened things out. I was able to get the right shocks for my Tundra. I give 3 stars only for the initial trouble I had. I just wish it hadn’t taken so many phone calls to get what I needed.I order a set of shocks for my Tundra and ended up receiving shocks for a Tacoma. This was likely a mistake in communication. Apparently these shocks are very similar and we were able to get part way through the install to find that they are a bit taller in length. One of the shocks got damaged in the process of disassembling it. They gave me another shock under warranty(correct one) and I figure this was my mistake so I paid another $125 for a shock to replace the other side. They took my $125 and said they would order a 2nd new shock but never did. Basically they just want me to tell me one thing and then draw this out to where i have to pay for 2 sets of shocks.

Ordered some tires through their website and had them shipped to this store. Got a call and voicemail to confirm my order and that the items should be there the next day. After a few days I called them to make sure they showed up, which they did but just seems odd that no one would call about that. Dusimpl my conversation over the phone I asked if they were able to mount and balance tires, which they do. I asked how much, the employee answered and broke down what i get for the price which was quite fair. So I say great Ill bring my wheels down. --at this point you would THINK the employee would have mentioned that no shop time was available for 2 weeks and that there was absolutely no way to mount and balance tires that day...you would think -- but that didnt happen. Now i know to be much more thorough and concise when conducting business with this place. Otherwise, the experience was simpe and easy, although ultimately I left a little disappointed.

This is the 5th time I visited this store. They never have had the parts Ive needed. Went in today with cash in hand to buy new tires and rims. No salesman ever contacted me or greeted me. Gave up went to Discount Tire bought new tires and rims.

They honor their products if they fail. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are worth the 45 minute drive. They help and try to find products and help with finding the best deals. They might be a little more pricey but it is worth it in the end. After having a bad experience at a shop in Snohomish called Olympic 4x4, this is for sure the only shop Ill come to. Thank you

I bought a product from these guys that unfortunately didnt fit on my truck properly (I failed to do my research properly and instead bought what I thought would work on my truck). Even though the product was completely new and nothing damaged or broken, I had already removed it from the package and was worried that I wouldnt get my full refund back. I called and the customer service worked with me, told me to bring it in and they would refund me all 100% money back. I got my full refund back and because of this great customer service, it makes me want to shop there more and recommend the shop to other off road enthusiasts.

I had a great experience in this store. The manager Dave was extremely knowledgable. He had the best recommendation for my F350 front stabilizer shock. I would highly recommend Dave and his team for all 4 wheel part needs.

Pretty bad experience here. One of the employees at the computer is extremely arrogant and definitely doesnt seem to care about keeping customers. I have bought suspension components, fender flair kits, and interior parts from this company. After this last visit I will no longer be buying parts from them. While i was waiting in the lobby I overheard them saying disrespectful things about customers after hanging up the phone with them.Im just done with this place, there are far better shops with the same products in the area.

Horrible customer service! Went to warranty out a broken axle, waited in line for 15 minutes. Told me they needed to talk to the manager because they did not have one in stock. Told me manager was busy in the shop and they would call me. Waited a full day never got a call so decided I would call them. So I call them and wait on hold for 10 minutes. They tell oh we had to order it out Chicago its going to be 5 to 7 days. Asked if they could at least 2 or 3 day shipping and got the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO TO OLYMPIC 4X4 IN SNOHOMISH!

Horrible customer service. Ordered parts online to the store. Was told I would be called when they came in. I had to call myself multiple times to find out they were sitting in the store. Went to pick up wheels and tires, to find out tires were not mounted. Went back later in the day for the time when I was GUARANTEED they would be ready for pick up and was told they were too busy to get to it and to check back tomorrow. Total waste of time and horrible customer service.

Worst tire buying experience of my life. Waited almost 5 hours to get wheels and tires installed the first time. Several months later most of the wheel weights had come loose. Tried to make an appointment to get that fixed and was told “come by anytime”. Made the hour long trip in the next day only to find out they don’t have any wheel weights in stock and I would need to come back?! Go elsewhere for your needs.

Four wheel parts store are very helpful people they helped me out on my 1988 Jeep Cherokee I have to find out what type of rare and I have what type of front end I have and what I need to look for it to have lockers my funding I can get a locker for it cuz its a Dana 30 but my rare in is basically harder to find because there are Chrysler 8.25 29 spine Series where in but I need to find a Dana 44 they told me cuz thats going to be the best way to have lockers in the back end and they have more stuff for my rear end if its a Dana 44 they took their time and help me out and learn more things about my Jeep Im very satisfied with their customer service and help they give

Time is money.. Save both and just go to les Schwab or similar business that guarantees their work.In May we purchased a vehicle and had a laundry list of things we wanted done. We decided to bring it to 4 wheel parts because it was close to home and could get everything done at once. The end of May we went in to have our truck lifted, new tires, brakes, ect and anything else that was needed to get to our vision.. After spending almost 2 hours there, find out they were booked out 3 weeks. So we put down a deposit and scheduled an appointment.Brought our truck in for the appointment, was told they would have it ready before 5. We drove past at 4 to go to Costco, when we saw our truck circle around the building, then get parked. We decided to run in to 4 Wheel before shopping. As we walked past our vehicle, we visibly saw no new tires, no lift, and no new brakes. Walk inside to wait almost 30 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us. The kid grabs the paperwork for our vehicle and says, its all done!, and asks for the remaining portion of our balance. When stated the obvious visible work had not been completed, the employee was confused why our paperwork was upfront, and went to talk to the person whom worked on it. After sometime he comes back stating some extra work needs to be done before the work we paid for could be completed (even though they had permission to do whatever needed prior to service). The employee stated they could do the work needed but it would be another 3 weeks before they could get us in!At that point we wanted our money back for being misled on timely completion of services and lack of communication between the company and customer. The employee went into the managers office for a long period of time to discuss the situation. But the manager would not come out from behind his, visible from the counter, desk to talk with us. Which came across as very unprofessional. The employee returned stating the manager approved the refund but first we HAD to sign a form stating they werent liable for not completing the work needed on the vehicle.

Please take your truck somewhere else! I recently got my 2018 Silverado lifted here and would never go back! First of all I’ve sent several emails to Jarret as well as Dave stating my concerns and haven’t received a call back or an email for that matter. Before I took my truck in I was very specific that I wanted them to be careful with my truck and all the parts going on it. They assured me they would be careful and I would have no problems. Well after getting my truck back the first thing I noticed was that someone put a wrench on the fake bolts on my wheels and scratched every single one of them..then there was grease all over the door handles and carpet...then after a closer examination I noticed that almost every pet they installed had been scratched or galled in some manner..I realized there’s bound to be a little grease here and there but this was excessive. And when your installing expensive parts on an expensive truck you would think they’d be at least a little carful. If you care about your vehicle take it somewhere else!!! I will update this if they ever call me to try and make it right or explain themselves.

I waited around looking at stuff for about 20 minutes. The counter guy was on the phone the whole time, he kept answering calls instead of helping people who were in front of him. Everyone else was standing around a overly lifted bro-dozer street queen Ford truck parked outside, smoking cigarettes. No one person said hello, or even acknowledged me being there. My JK is at home broken, I was in my wife Commander. Maybe since there isnt much stuff out there for commanders, they figured why bother with me. Well, had someone helped me, I may have left with a set of gears, and various other axle parts I need to complete my repairs. I just sold a bunch of stuff and had a pile of $100 bills to spend. Their loss.

The Staff do what they can do! 4Wheel auto parts needs to spend money on more staff!Plan to spend 10 minutes on hold,1/2 hour waiting to be served, an hour to get your order in, 2 weeks to get parts, and a week to get scheduled for install.4wheel autoparts is going to get passed up by the competition if they dont spend money on the company infrastructure!

Worst customer service I have ever had. They sold me a brand new bent rim and made me pay the shipping for the new rim and pay for the new rim. On top of that they next day ordered a tire from their warehouse and with out telling me charged me the freight when I picked up in person in their store and I told them whenever it got in that was fine no rush. I am never spending any hard earned money with this company even if I have to pay way more money they were rude and not helpful.

Good prices and install follows the quoted price even when the job went longer. ARB on a 16JKUR. Had to move some sensors and do some extra work not on manuals. I was expecting a call saying hey it took longer you owe us more but they just worked till it was done and delivered a nice clean install.

I came in to get a rear driveshaft for my Cherokee, the employee brought up a front driveshaft... We started to look into it when he took a phone call and started looking up parts for someone else. No sorry cant help you no lemme put this call on hold real quick. He just took another call in the middle of our conversation and moved on. That was very rude
