Great service as worker showed me where the fedex box was to put my item in for same day pick up.

The person on the phone WAS helpful enough to start a claim after we did not receive our package, even though they have marked it delivered . Unfortunately, weve had numerous issues with packages being delivered with FedEx just this summer. I fear the issue lies with the drivers .

Since Walmart clearly isnt training their staff, I had to come here to send back a marketplace item, which I was told I couldnt do in store, even though I have before??? Anyway, very nice staff here got me squared away with minimal issues. Will use them again if I need FedEx.

Employees are great. My only issue is management refuses to print a label. Every other single FedEx I go to just gives me an email. I send the label they print it, this manager will not even attempt to go above and beyond

Last Monday morning, my husband paid $220 to have a very important package shipped two day delivery from Atlanta, GA to Lynchburg, VA. On Wednesday at 9:46AM it was marked as out for delivery by 8PM. He stayed home all day and late that evening is was marked as Delivery by 8PM Friday. Lynchburg is a small town. If they had notified him at any point in the day, he would have gone to the distribution center to pick it up. Customer service was very rude. They repeatedly blamed weather in Memphis, TN as to why the package that was already in Lynchburg could not be delivered on time. They also incorrectly told him that it had gone to Roanoke Wednesday evening and that it may not even be delivered Friday. He asked that it be held at the distribution center upon its return to Lynchburg. It was not. It essentially took 5 days for delivery. When he called and asked for a refund of the price difference between two day mailing and four day mailing, he was denied. What is the point of paying for two day mailing if it is going to take five days? FedEx, you did not deliver on your word. You did not hold up your end of the agreement. We are disappointed in your policies and in your customer service. We will not be using your services again.

I ordered a computer and fedex traveled the package. Now I have some ladys cups and she has my computer that I saved up for. Fedex said they would look into it. NEVER USE FEDEX!!!! They do not care about the customer and will only give you the run around.

A package I received a while back was broken open and missing an item. Now, the tracking site says delivered, but no package is anywhere to be found. Very frustrated, and no one answers the customer support line.

This is about as good as it gets in Lynchburg As far as shipping. I cringe when I have to deal with the rude, slow, people at USPS here who move like turtles and are rude BUT fedex shipping center is always staffed well with friendly folks who will go out of their way to help you. I use this for my business which ships exotic gems and they provide insurance and have lots of business specific shipping programs. So far so good.

The delivery person came by my house and put a door tag on my door and never knocked!!!! So now I have to wait an additional day to get my package!!!! Highly dissatisfied

My shipment could not be delivered as I was not home and a signature was required. I showed up here and showed my ID and had my package within a matter of minutes. Very convenient!

The lady working the counter was very pleasant. Ive never personally shipped and item that couldnt be put in an envelope and she set me up perfectly.
