The store is always clean and well stocked. If the manager walks by, she always has a smile and a how are you doing. Great meat and fresh produce. All the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Such a good variety. Clean store. Friendly employees and nice environment. Surprised I was able to restrain myself and didnt come home with everything in there. The meat/seafood cases are amazing! Based on items I discovered there, I am busy planning menus.

Good prices and friendly staff. Only thing I dislike is that every Food Lion is layed out different and the ones that have two frozen section at the opposite ends of the store can be difficult to shop in at times.

I love the little Food Lion on Timberlake Rd. Everyone who works there is so nice, and the people in the produce department are the best!

Recent renovation has brightened the interior. Aisles seem wider. Rearranged categories of products made shopping slower, but Im sure it wont take long to learn the layout. Requested a product be carried and received courteous response from a manager, Philip, I think. Deli personnel were excellent.My family enjoys ethnic foods so I was happy to see expansion of product varieties especially in Indian ready to serve items. Love the selection of pouch rice flavors from plain to fancy.The produce was passable but not remarkable, but the area was preparing for hurricane Florence and it was Wednesday morning, not the ideal time to shop.I found all my basic products as well and bread and milk had been restocked. Water was also available.I will certainly stop here again.

Great small town felling store....

I like ol Food Beast, mainly because theres never a long wait in line. For basic stuff its great. It even has some cold brew unsweetened. Most of its shelves, however, are chock full of big chain foods loaded with sugar, artificial sweeteners and additives. Recently FL moved to add free from foods plus great produce from local farmers. Going in the right direction but still bloated with low quality over-processed products.

Overall pretty good store especially the assistant store manager Melanie always goes above and beyond for anyone.

My go to grocery store. Good value with the MVP program and less crowded than the larger stores.

Clean, organized and friendly. Giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they didnt have the Stars potato salad and chili that we love.

The remodel of this store has vastly improved its overall appearance and design. While the parking lot and roadway leading to the store is in rough shape the interior of the store is emaculate. Clean floors, spacious aisles, easy to read shelf tags, friendly staff and fast checkouts. This location is much better and in my opinion more preferred than the remodeled Krogers just down the road.

This grocery store is my go to one. Not only is it closer by but they often run great sales longer buy one get one free on select products. Also they staff there by are quite nice.

A fine place to get the staples at good prices, but watch out for the meats. We have had multiple instances of meat spoiled before the sell-by date from here, and never have this problem elsewhere. Also, if you like craft beer, there is some, but the selection is mediocre compared to some other stores.

Im glad they were still open after 8 pm & close by my new house!

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. A peaceful and pleasant shopping experience, especially as compared to Walmart right down the street. Walmart Neighborhood Market on Timberlake is always out of something I want (varies) and they have limited choices.
