I just want to give a shout out to the sweet woman who went out of her way to deliver our business cards after she got off her shift! She was so kind and selfless. I really appreciate her going out of her way to do that for me today, she even saw that we did not open until 4pm and that was when she gets off and she offered to do it tomorrow as well when our other cards were ready. 10/10 for that woman, she is amazing! I wish I remembered her name, I believe it started with a J. Thank you so much again!

Paid for express printing to have wedding invitations done. Not only did they not get them done on time, they waited until 5:15 to call me and say they werent going to get it done in time. Then they didnt even offer to give me the money back for express printing. I had to request it. They likely didnt tell me until 5:15, just so I couldnt get them printed somewhere else either.They said they werent printing 12 orders that day so its not like they didnt know sooner. They also said its because one of their employees wasnt allowed to work after 5 and they havent trained anyone who works evenings to do printing. Terrible service, terrible store. Never seen a Staples so awful.

I placed an order for a chair and was told that the order would be shipped directly to me in 2 days. I got the shipping information for the currier the next day, and on the day of delivery got an update (at 11:30pm) that the truck had broken down. The next day i got an update that they were unable to deliver the package by 5pm. The next day the same thing. The next day the same thing. I used the chat on the website to go ahead and cancel the order because no one could locate the package, and now Im being told theyll mail me a check for the refund in a couple weeks rather than issue a refund to my card. Now Im out the $300 for the chair and have to wait 3 weeks from when i needed it to get a replacement for my old one. The customer service over the phone and through chat was useless. Will not be shopping with Staples again.

All their notebooks are tacky and overpriced. I was disappointed because I came to the store with a bunch of stuff in mind I wanted to buy and couldnt find anything close to what I was looking for.HOWEVER, I absolutely love and admire their care package charity idea they send out to local schools. You can contribute by buying a $5 care package and I think its a wonderful and noble cause! Its very transparent too because they have these prepackaged supplies, so you can actually feel the paper bags and be sure it has in it what is listed on the front. They have a whole bunch of these paper bags, so you know every single one someone purchases will go to a local school.The cashier was super nice, and I got a bunch of coupons.So overall, I would not recommend their products. I would look somewhere else, possibly even online, but their service and social efforts are really great!!!

I will never deal with this place again. Wanted to charge me five dollars to make a copy. Plus the use of a credit card. No cash excepted. Everyone seems to have an attitude. Go somewhere else

Highway Robbery!!!!! I wanted to scan a document and was told with their SELF SERVE machine (mean you do it yourself) it’s $0.50 per page. I can print the document for $0.10 a page. I will not be coming back to Staples for any print work or even to buy office supplies.

I shipped a time sensitive package that had unfortunately gotten delayed. Wanetta and Scott went way above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered overnight so as not to miss the dead line. Many thanks to them.

Customer service super nice and was able to get my online order fast

If youre in need of fast, affordable and professional printing services then Staples will be a saving grace. We have used them to print up cards and invitations using the online ordering system and were surprised at how fast the order turn around was. Upon inspection the items were perfect, exactly as we had designed them and were very professional looking. The staff and the print center have been friendly and helpful every time weve dealt with them as well. For those times we cant wait on our usual printing service, Staples has become our go to place!

I needed to print a few headshots for some last-minute auditions the other morning and the manager helped me immediately get what I needed the minute the store opened up. Thank you for dropping everything to help me as well as the folks who came in right after me with an emergency of their own. You saved the day for all of us.

They had to redo my print work multiple times and it never came out perfect. I am perpetually disappointed by the lack of professionalism and skill.

Today, we were there to print Memorial Programs for my sisters father-in-law. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, kindly made an improvment change to our document, all while being conscientious of my sisters and her daughters grief. He maintained thier privacy, noting the sensitivity of the situation in the presence of other customers. He even made sure to handle our order from beginning to end, ensuring itd be exactly as we ordered.This is where Staples sold me...not with thier ability to make prints, but with the quality of personnel supporting thier customers needs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, 2 STAFF IGNORED REQUESTS FOR HELP, BUT THE METER KEPT GOING UP ON MY CREDIT CARD, WHEN I FINALLY PD AND COMPLAINED WAS TOLD, ALL MACHINES IN THE PRINTING AREA WERE SELF HELP, I WAS TRYING TO READ A FLASH DRIVE AND PRINT FROM IT, I PURCHASED THE FLASH DRIVE FROM THEM 1 MONTH AGO, THEY GLADLY TOOK MY $ THEN ALSO, 5 STAFF ON DUTY ON A QUIET TUESDAY NITE.NEVER AGAIN..They offered to help after I became upset, and they refunded my $.

This is a normal store with great staff. Only negative is that the bathrooms are not in good shape.
