Super courteous staff! I went in last semester to buy a new mouse after mine broke. The guy behind the counter was super nice and let me know that they didn’t have any at the moment but directed me to Best Buy (definitely a miracle on 34th street kind of thing). I thought it really showed that they care about everyone that comes in and not just customers.

This place is awesome! So much better than a pawn shop because theyre just Electronics. Great place to get games, phones, monitors or PCs. Old phones laying around? They also sometimes will take those off your hands and put some cash in your pocket!

Brought my Mac book in to sell and it does have a few years on it so not worth much to begin with only thing wrong with it was it needed to be rebooted with a disc of some sort but I took it to sell anyways. Ling story short I had the laptop on and told me about the reboot and was working fine then I take it here guy looks at it and all of a sudden now its not working. Literally never moved other than to town before I brought it here so now Im stuck with a paper weight. If youve got something halfway decent and newer Id say your safe to bring it but anything with a little age on it I do not recommend because I do believe they broke it to only give me parts value

Electronics To Go is a quality business that cares for the consumer. They have out-of-this-world prices on TVs, laptops/tablets, phones, video games/game systems, and plenty more. If I have ever bought from them anything that did not function in tip-top shape (which was only two of my several purchases), they have immediately and without question replaced the items with better items. I also received more store credit than I could have hoped for when I traded a Mac, 28 Vizio television, and a PS3 (they gave me $40 more than what Game Stop quoted for my PS3). A reviewer named T.S. appears to have given Electronics To Go a one-star review, but he appears to have based his review on one interaction with one employee. Looking through his review history, many of his reviews of other establishments are similar. Maybe he did have this negative experience, but this has never been my experience with this store, and it certainly does not call for a one-star review. Electronics To Go offers great products at reasonable prices and great services, and I highly recommend them for all of your electronics needs.

Have been a customer for some time but this past visit this week changed my mind about ever going back there again. They have a new person there who s not customer service orientated and seems a bit creepy. They gave partial treatment to certain customers who walked in and I wont get into the details but I wont be going back there again. The manager there is nice and fair.
