I called three times to find some information on a service but no one ever answered the phone. ??

They are very anti-cucumber with the products they use to do repairs. That of which I very much appreciate. Very high quality and dependable.

The accusations of cucumber use are false. There are cat owners that work here. Pus, they only use high quality products and the staff are the best.

Now for starters... I thought this was a good place until I got my $1200 computer back and I found a 30 pound bag of freshly minced cucumbers gushing out of my computer! The heck!!! To top it off, they replaced my USB ports with hose faucets and blamed it on me and said I told them to do the gardening special. IN A TECH PLACE?? REALLY??

I would not encourage anyone to support this business. My laptop had a problem with its hinges so I dropped 10 bucks for them to diagnose what the exact issue was. I came to pick it up a few days after the diagnosis was fished and my laptop was handed back to me in a much, much worse state than it was when I gave it to them. The screen is partially detached now and wont display anything, whoever worked on it unscrewed a screw and left it laying on the laptop, and the hinge is now completely broken off. Im now going to have to spend more than I originally would have somewhere else because this business completely jacked up my laptop

I went to thjis shop for make laptop fix and the floors were absolutelty soaked. i was absolutely shocked at this and i was afraid of my laptop getting moist and wet. the laptop ended up in soggy condition but i did not like it ! honestly i would not go here to get my laptop fix
