Very good experience. Wait time wasnt long was about an hour but i had brakes, roters, oil change an cabinet filter done all within an hour an no appointment. GREAT SERVICE. Service was done on Timberlake the only one i use. Thank u
Good with oil changes and tires. Had a power steering pump replaced. It has wined since day 1. I reported it and was told they could replace it again but I’d be charged for it again! Had emergency brake work done. I just had to have the same emergency brake serviced again because one of the cables was wrong (too long). This Jiffy was the last one to service that emergency brake. I moved out of the area and have had to get this work done again (brake and pump) because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. I don’t give 1 ⭐️ often but paying for the same work twice is unacceptable.
Dropped daughter’s car off for routine 5,000 mile oil change, tire rotation, and fluid topped off on a Thursday. The following Monday, had inspection done. They found 5 lug nuts missing and I had to pay $50; otherwise would not pass inspection. Contacted Jiffy Lube to let them know. Lug nuts not missing before tire rotation so would point to Jiffy Lube not getting them on tight and correctly. Manager very unprofessional in his response denying Jiffy Lube had not caused the problem. Manager did say he’d check video and would let me know outcome. Never heard back from him. I will not use Jiffy Lube again, especially the Timberlake location.
Not sure if he was the manager on duty but told me my oil plug needed changing and when I said I have a mechanic that takes care of all that he said when is the last time you changed your oil and could see that plug. Then proceeded to try and intimidate me by saying well if you dont change it are you willing to risk your motor blowing over a $7.00 part? Is that any way to talk to a customer? I would think not. I overheard him trying to sell unneeded parts like cabin filters and engine filters to other young people while I was waiting. This place is very unprofessional..
After some mistakes that were made at a different Jiffy Lube location, Joel stepped up big time for me! He made an in person visit to where I worked to look at my car and then got me to his shop right away. Within about 10 minutes he had me in and out with my problem fixed! Fantastic and efficient service!
I use Jiffy Lube regularly for convenience and the top off package makes the service feel like 2 service packages. The stores are all linked so you have the piece of mind across the country.
I did a G search looking for a car inspection near me, my first call elsewhere said I could drop my car off and pick it up tomorrow afternoon, maybe. Jiffy Lube in contrast had me in and out in under 45 minutes. Great service impressed! No appointment was necessary. Definitely the place to go for an inspection.
Very friendly staff. Pulled up, directed exactly which bay to go to, walked inside by a very friendly staff member. Was greeted by a smiling face that entered my information and was all set. Great experience!!

I visited this location for a standard oil change for my Chevy Cruze ($59.69). Not even a week later, my check engine light turned on. As soon as I could the next day, I brought my car to the same Jiffy Lube to evaluate the problem. The manager on duty said I was probably having a code error and to visit the dealership so that the codes can be cleared. They never checked the oil in my car. They claimed I would probably be alright. That next day, my oil light started blinking, so I made an appointment as soon as possible with the nearest available Chevy dealership. My appointment was two days later and they were shocked to find that the oil filter was NEVER TIGHTENED, and that I had lost nearly ALL of the oil in the tank. They made a comment saying that if I had waited one more day, my engine would have been completely wrecked. I was charged $53.80 for their service. Immediately, I drove to the Jiffy Lube to request a refund -- not only for their original faulty service, but for the service from the Chevy dealership, and, more for the seriousness and dangerous nature of this bonehead mistake. The manager explained he could only reimburse me for the cost from the Chevy dealership. I asked for the number of the Jiffy Lube District Manager, and when I called to explain the situation, he repeated the priors words and said there was nothing he could do.This situation is very serious and urgent. If I had taken the advice of the Jiffy Lube manager and assumed I was probably fine, my engine could have locked up and been destroyed. They offered me a refund - which is LESS than the amount I paid originally. I am beyond angry for the service I was shown. I was completely screwed over.
The man that greated me when I pulled up was extremely friendly. They were extremely busy but still took care of me.I will go back for sure.
The guys working here are a pleasure to have work on my vehicle. They are always friendly and smiling. Last summer when they had a problem replacing a light for me they remained calm and kind. They took their time and did it right and kept me updated along the job. They offer free top off between oil changes which is a blessing when you dont want to mess with oil and fluids yourself. And... IT IS FREE. BTW... This is TIMBERLAKE.
The only reason I didnt give five stars was because they didnt have the oil I normally use because of a malfunction. They upsold me to a higher brand which was ok. As you were.

To my knowledge everything was checked. The only thing I seen was strange to me where they did not put the sticker on my windshield for letting me know the next time it was do, it was handed to me.
Every person I came into contact with at the Timberlake location was wonderful. They are all very friendly and so helpful. I dont plan on going anywhere else for my car needs.

Went in here to get an alternator problem diagnosed it clearly wasnt working, no increased voltage when the car is running, they said I had a bad battery and the alternator was fine. The battery wasnt great but they were happy to send me off with a still broken car than to actually diagnose the true issue.
I have used this location multiple times and always leave happy. I use them for oil changes, brakes, and state inspections for both of my vehicles. They are always nice and knowledgeable. Today they were a little slow and I was in and out with an oil change in under 20 minutes.

Replace a air filter box on a 2005 ford focus with 200,000 miles. Not a listed service but they replace a lifetime filter that was dirty at my request. Engine sounds much better.
Changed oil here. almost all the interiors around the drivers seat were soiled by oil stains. It took me few hours && 10 more bulks to clean up

After getting my oil changed I asked if they had checked my tire pressure and was assured they did. After driving off I checked my tire pressure and found the tires pressures all low by 5 pounds ea plus they did not reset my oil change and my car kept telling me to get and oil change. So I had to waste time going back to have everything that should have been done finished.

They didnt wash the windows nor checked the tire pressure. Had to ask the guy to get the air filter checked. They had to send some down the road to get the oil filter. Seems to me they would have had plenty of time to do it. Been going to Jiffy Line for years. Thinking of trying somewhere else.

Joel was very rude to me. I had went to get my oil changed and serviced a little to fix my lock yesterday and after they were done, they had broke my window. So I drove back to see if they could fix it and they did. But my total wait was 3 hours. He said it would be 1 hour. Not to mention that my bill was almost $300 in which I felt was wayyy too much for an oil change and service. But after they fixed my window, I asked if I could have some sort of refund or discount because of what happened. Then Joel replied to me with a yell, “NOOO!” And then went on a rant about how they wouldn’t do anything for me and how they fixed it so there is no need to do anything else for me. It was very uncalled for and very unprofessional. I had something break and I had waited for 3 HOURS. And he was not willing to help me in any way. He did not treat me with respect and was very rude. I still hope someone higher up in this company contacts me to settle things with a refund or discount. I can’t believe he didn’t have any care or compassion for the customer. Very disrespectful and not okay to yell at the customer when I asked him politely and wasn’t showing any frustration. I had to calm him down because he was angry and I said to him, “Calm down. There’s no reason for you to be upset with me.” It was just not a good experience. Truly disappointed.

Do NOT get your vehicle inspected here. I have been a customer for as long as theyve been in business. Today they lost my business. Have a friend whos a licensed inspector tell me two days ago my tires were just fine. Had my wife take my car there this morning out of convenience because it expired last month and I had to be at work. They made her wait for 90 minutes before telling her a tire was not good enough, then tried hard to sell her a second tire to replace another that they said WAS good enough. She was there for more than 2.5 hours and our car was the only car in the shop for much of that time. You got $100 out of me for that tire so my car could be legal, but you just lost thousands in future business. Whats more, you took a perfectly good tire today and trashed it. Very environmentally conscious, right? I strongly advise you to avoid them. Say goodbye to my business.
Did not actually go, but called for an oil change price & was shocked to hear they wanted over $100 for a basic oil change with synthetic in my Titan. I have never paid such a ridiculous price.

Service was fantastic and very fast. Im not sure I was even there 15 minutes. So much better than other Jiffy Lube franchises that I have been to. Every Jiffy Lube costs a bit more, but having an older car that burns oil, having option for oil top off is worthwhile for me. The speed alone was worth paying a little extra.

The second biggest crooks on Timberlake Rd besides Mr Tire they should be ashamed to call themselves a business.
The place always has time for us for an oil change or quick fix/checkup. Prices may be a little high, but I mentioned I was military and theyre glad to discount what they can.Be careful of them trying to up sell you for stuff youre not there to fix, they mention every time Im there to replace the air filter, even if they replaced it last time, so keep track of what you can and do your own maintenance whenever possible.
They were courteous and quick. Everything was explained, what was done,checked and they told me what was recommended by manufacturer.

This shop went above and beyond to help me when my trucks brakes went out! Even stayed past closing to make sure I wasn’t stranded seeing that lived 2 hours away. Parts came in next day and they did a fantastic job! Would recommend this place to everyone! GREAT WORK 👍🏻

I went to get a state inspection and oil change, they said it would be an hour and 15 minutes. 2 hours laterthey said it would be another hour-and-a-half because they were putting an engine mount on a car.I paid for and left I really needed the inspection more so than anything which I told them at the beginning I will never go to a jiffy lube again
As someone who has become a local to Lynchburg, this Jiffy Lube location provides excellent and caring service and with Jiffy Lubes ongoing coupons and deals, this auto shop has easily become a preferred place to get auto work done.

I had to get tires replaced and the employee given the task complained in front of me to another about it. Not only did it take a long time, he broke 2 of my wheel center caps. They told me when I was paying by saying by the way, 2 of your center caps broke, but we will order new ones. I had to call to check on the order and contact district manager because that took a while. After talking with district manager and another manager, my caps arrived. Save your money and time, this business is a joke.

Went and got my transmission flushed back in February. Im driving my car and my wheel wont turn. Check my transmission oil and theres none in it. It was bone dry called them and left my number and nobody called back. The juffy lube on timberlake.
I’ve been waiting here and I’m still here for an oil change and it’s been over an hour for something that normally is 20 minutes!!!! I asked how long it would take and here I am still sitting don’t come here if your on a time frame!!!!!

I came in this morning to get brake pads replaced. The guys said they didn’t have them so I went to Auto parts to get them. It took him less than 30 minutes to install it and they charged me over $300. I’m definitely not going back, they stole my money. I’ve been a costumer for a long time. But guess what not anymore. Worst place ever.
I was just at the Jiffy Lube on Timberlake Rd. in Lynchburg, VA. They never asked me what I type of oil and service that I wanted. When they were finished and I was rung up, they charged me for a signature service premium synthetic. When I questioned them on why the price was so expensive, they told me that this is the service I get every time I come in. I paid for the service and then started looking at previous invoices I had in my car. Apparently they have slowly upgraded my service over the last two oil changes without my knowledge. When I came in November of 2016 and then in March of 2017 I was paying 54.99 for my oil change . Then in July of 2017 they upgraded my service to a 70.99, I should have noticed it then but I was getting ready for vacation and they gave me a discount so I did not notice. Today when I got an oil change they again upgraded my service without my knowledge to 80.99. This Jiffy Lube is cheating and deceiving their customers. I have no intentions of returning to a store that would intentionally cheat its customers. We work hard for our money and expect decent, honest service. That is not how we were treated today. We have been going to this location for 5 years and I am truly disappointed with the service we received today.

I went to jiffy lube for an oil changeWas greeted outside but when I came inside the rep was playing on her phone and when o asked if someone worked there she loitered over to me. Then this woman comes in and ask if I have a cheer I said no, I asked her how long it would be to get the oil charged she ignored me and started with another customer I went outside got my vehicle and left. They need to be more customer oriented and less on their cell phones

I reviewed 2 years ago and was a little negative. I went back yesterday, 9/1/2020, to have my oil changed and everything was excellent. They did a good job changing my oil and performing all the other things they check.

I always have an uneasy feeling when going to a Jiffy Lube. They offer you fixes for parts that dont need to be replaced for exorbitant prices.(Theyll bring in your cabin air filter and show you the gunk saying, This is what youre breathing! No, thats what Im not breathing, which is the whole point of a filter.) Unless theyre having a major sale on oil changes, you can usually buy a cheap lift, jack stands, a ratchet set, oil, an oil pan, and a new filter and change your oil for less than theyll charge you for a single service. Also, they intentionally tell you to come in about 2000-3000 miles sooner than you need to for your next change. Avoid the racket and go to a local shop if you have no experience with cars.

Cant tell you how many times theyve looked at me as a young female and tried to rack up a ridiculous bill. Last time I was here I watched them run up a bill on an elderly man that was absolutely ludicrous. Poor guy didnt know what hit him. Clear culture of dishonesty. Definitely recommend going elsewhere if you can manage the inconvenience of an actual appointment.
Good place to get an oil change but they wont let you just get an oil change you have to get all service so it cost you an arm and a leg or something that you dont need

Went in for a simple oil change and the team here went on to tell me that your brake fluid is bad and that my power steering fluid is dirty This was indicative of a classic scam done by oil technicians. When I declined to get the service done to my 2015 Chevy Malibu that only has 45,000 miles on it the lady shamed me and literally told me I was going to die if I dont get the service done, what a joke. I pay a large sum of money each month for Onstar diagnostics reports for my car and the report says nothing of the sort about an issue with the brakes. Stay away from this place, they are a bunch of hacks. Oil technician = not a qualified mechanic.
Long wait for inspection and I felt, after replacing my brakes, the reason for the failure, I think they looked fine as did my brither in law. Beware the convenience
Update on my car situation. Now 2 months and still unresolved. I went to Jiffy Lube on Old Forest Rd and they put the wrong type and viscosity oil in my Synthetic only turbo engine car. This caused some issues and my mechanic found the issue with the oil. I take the car back to Jiffy Lube to flush and change the oil. Which they did, but the car was still having problems with timing. I called a mechanic and was advised to ask Jiffy Lube to have it repaired, which I did. They had me meet their master mechanic at a different location(Timberlake Rd) to run diagnostics. Which i did. He did the diagnostics and had me come back the next day to replace timing sensors and flush out fluids and replace. He hands me the invoice stating all the work that he did, not realizing that I watched him put on the sensors and do nothing with my fluids, he never even pulled my car into a bay on repair day. I left thinking, I need to tell someone about this but it was a Saturday, I will call on Monday. Of course my check engine comes back on and within an hour, I have the car back in front of the mechanic asking him to check the fluids. He refused by saying that he just did all the fluids, they were fine. (Which I knew was a lie). He runs the code and it was about my boost, but he didnt think it was a serious code, I should be safe to make a 900 mile round trip to go see my family in GA. Needless to say, I am a woman, but I am not stupid. I go back to the Old Forest Road Location and get the name and phone number of the DM who chose to ignore me for 5 days until I made a public post on Facebook and Google. He first stood by his mechanic, but, to placate me pulled video and found that I was not lying. My fluids were not replaced. He advises me to take to the local Buick dealership and let him know what he says. I did, thinking they would make it right. Oh how I was wrong. The Buick dealership found there was not enough oil to register on the dipstick. They did a complete oil change and said drive it for a few days, hopefully, there isnt permanent damage due to this incompetence. Guess what??? There is!!! The car went back to the dealership the very next business day. Guess where it still is? Thats right...the dealership. Over $2000.00 damages and still not fixed. Hundreds and Hundreds of dollars in Uber and Rental car expenses, without any forseeable end to the need of these services, My car is still not fixed and what is Jiffy Lube doing to make this right? Not a thing. I have to prove that it was their oil that did all this damage. Excuse me, what oil? The non-existent oil that your mechanic did not put in my car???? I went off, now I am angry, distraught and exhausted. I get the name of the Regional Manager and his phone number. Guess What, NO RESPONSE from him either. Maybe this post will urge him to call me back and get my car fixed. I have casually had conversations with a lawyer about this. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they responded by using the falsified document as a measure of doing right by me. Steer Clear of this company, No Accoutability. No Integrity.
I went in for an oil change which they did do and they do have, for the most part, very polite customer service employees. However when I got the car back I did not think to inspect my car immediately, about 2 hours later I noticed a long flap dragging under the car. When I brought my car back they said they didnt do it. I asked why I wasnt made aware of this possible hazard and the manager said he didnt know. I tried contacting their district manager and left a message with a return phone number and never got a call back, its been almost a week. All in all a very poor experience, I had to get a mechanic to readhesive the flap down which to be done correctly is not cheap.
