Great service from what I can tell. I had a nail in my tire and called accidentally called them instead of my usual tire place but got a great response from them and they had the full set of tires I needed in stock. They have nice employees and got my new tires set up.I really appreciated that they lifted the car by the proper points which Harris tires at forest has never done the few times Ive been there. This is very important because the car has batteries all along the base. Lifting it by the batteries could damage them. I dont plan on going back to Harris tires.One thing to note is that my cars recommended psi is 42 (Tesla) but I think most sedans go for a 32 so just checking with the customer would be nice.

Excellent service given when do the state inspection, they do gave me full check list of the vehicle which was great, you should get an appointment befor you go in.

They are the most honest and customer focused auto service center in the lynchburg area. I have come here plenty of times and they are always very friendly and quick with services. In the past, I came there for just oil changes, tire replacement/rotation and would go to other auto centers for more intense auto repairs. After receiving multiple high quotes for a compressor replacement from other auto centers in the area, I had the mechanics at mr tire look at it and they were able to replace the belt and compressor for more than half of the cost of going somewhere else. They also explained it and broke it down in a way I could fully understand what was wrong with my car. On a last minute notice, I had my car towed to them Friday night and they had the car and ready to go within a couple hours on Saturday. Mike even waited 10min past closing time so I could pick up the key/car and it really made my day. The front desk is always super nice and makes car troubles not so scary and stressful. I can tell that they truly put their customers first.

Ive always been a mom and pops shop kind of person. I needed an alignment like last week. I read some reviews figured Id try this place. I called and spoke with Will(manager) my initial phone call set up an appointment, long story short I had to come back to the shop. Will kept his word, doing what he said he would do. Tyler the mechanic did a really good job on the alignment. I recommend doing business with these guys and they are a military friendly company!

These guys are the only place I will go for any car issues/ oil changes/ anything at all! They are awesome my wife and I had a flat tire at 6:45 the day before we had to move into a new place they let us bring it by and patched it up 15 minutes after they closed. Fast forward 3 days later and my car ended up having an exhaust problem and the price they charged us was extremely fair. Not to mention every oil change I’ve gotten there has been on average $40 less then I paid at jiffy lube. I will never go anywhere else!

First off I dont really leave reviews but I had to for these guys :The maintenance techs are awesome, friendly and very professional! My trucks braking system went out on me in lynchburg while visiting one of my tower crews there. Being a construction manager, I travel alot and these guys helped me get back on the road ASAP on a Friday without an appointment and short handed on a one of there brake techs ! They understood my situation and got on it immediately!Thanks to Will ( manager ) and his team I was able to get home to my wife and kids Friday instead of Saturday!Thanks Guys !!

Mr. Tire always offers superb service with professionalism and expertise. In the past, Ive worked with Joel and Will and every time, issues with my vehicle were described accurately and recommendations were given without pressure. I would highly recommend their service, especially in this particular location.

Dont trust this place.. very disappointed. Went in with my car, due to an engine light that appeared 2 days ago and then disappeared. Got the diagnosis through auto zone.. to do thermostat replacement.Arrived to Mr. tire, and they told me they cannot quote or get me a rough estimate to replace the thermostat and I have to leave the car to have it check by a technician, so I left the car. 3 hours later, they call me and quote me $900+ for thermostat, coolant replacement AND spark plug replacement. So I had to pick up the car and leave because I cannot pay for that much.. And they charged me for the diagnosis $70... which they never mentioned.. I bet they could have mention that beforehand.. (u run a diagnosis in the beginning right?) but they never did.. They told me they would waive the diagnosis fee if I did their suggested repair.Went to another shop, they gave me a rough estimate of the repair/replacement (for coolant and thermostat repair) and they told me beforehand the fee for diagnosis as well. The shop found no issues... which I conclude that Mr. Tire just offered services that were not required... cant trust Mr. Tire anymore..TLDR: YMMV.. but they might suggest services that dont require and charge you an arm and a leg for it.. this is not business.. :(

I took my vehicle there to get it looked atAnd they could not fix the problem they told me it was the computer well I took it to another place and it was only a fuse they dont no what they are doing the change me 55 just to tell me they dont no what wrong with it I was sitting in the waiting room the phone kept on ringing no would answer it the man that works the front desk dont no what he doing all he does is walking around and talk to the employees no one was wearing a mask I see why they dont do business

I came in today with a brake issue at first I was going to make an appointment for Saturday but the manager encouraged me to come in right away. I told him I had my 2 toddlers with me and he did not care what so ever. The manager has been so patient and kind I cannot recommend this place enough! I use to come here years ago when it was called Moore’s tire and I’m glad I came back!

If I could choose a zero I would 😠😠 my daughter has had trouble with them with two different vehicles. They keep giving her the run around and blaming other things that is wrong with the vehicle well when you go in for a break change and the your axles and ball joint breaks they charge 800.00 to fix that then they didnt even test drive the vehicle before giving it to my daughter she takes it back and they tell her its the transfer case.. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. I had trouble with a oil change on my vehicle and I have not been back since

Absolutely sickening to deal with I called in and made an appointment for 230 and I got there at 2:35 and I asked for the person who I made the appointment with and he took his own cool time to come to the front Dess and eventually ended up there around 2:45 and was like oh I’m sorry you’re late by 15 minutes so we can’t take you because we only work in those appointments. But in reality there was no one even there in line ahead of me waiting for that. Guys name was Mike utterly disappointed in their service will never go there again or recommend to anyone to go

I was in a rush and told them I simply needed an oil change. They got me out within 15 minutes. I think it’s a little pricier than my normal people, but for the quality and quickness of service, I’ll take it.

I had scheduled an 8AM appointment for a state inspection today. Upon arrival I was greeted with a sign that read no Inspections this week. I then confronted the guy at the front desk. He went on to tell me my name was not in their records and that their inspector was on vacation. I called around to the other Mr. Tire locations just to double check that I hadnt scheduled at the right location. They all assured me the Timberlake location is the only store that offer state inspections in my area.Im not sure what happened to my scheduled appointment, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time you may want to consider somewhere else as well.

Mr.Tire on timberlake has always been a great place for me to go get my oil change I make an appointment n they pull me on time never have to wait to long.

Mike at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain how my car works and what I should keep an eye on. You don’t get that much from shops anymore. Quick tire rotation.

The service is always Good and the employees are kind. Just takes forever. That, and they forgot to put the donut back in my car. Thank god I checked before leaving. I have a 100+ mile two hour commute every day to work. God forbid I drive without my spare.

Took my jeep here to get a front alignment done. I called an i got it scheduled that same day and I dropped off and it only took 1 hour and Im leaving this review to say that they did a great job so I will be doing more business with them again

I had such a great experience here! I made an appointment the night before and was in and out in an hour the next day. They were short staffed, with only one person working that day, but he was very kind and apologetic about the delay, but honestly the wait was not long at all. I have had really bad experiences at auto repair shops and this really exceeded my expectations!!

I went in three weeks ago because I had a flat tire. I said that I thought it might need new tires but wasn’t sure so asked them to check it and let me know if they thought it should be changed or patched. They said patched and that the tired still had over half their life left. Went back today for an oil change, they said the same tire has another leek and now needs to be replaced and that the front tire now also needs to be replaced because it’s old. Three weeks ago it had over half it’s life but now they are saying it’s bad anyway so I should replace it. Also, the tire light didn’t go off so we took it back right away and they said it was fine and should turn off in a couple days. Well it didn’t and I’m not convinced they fixed the problem in the first place.

Waiting room is comfortable and they always change the tv to something appropriate for my kids while we wait. Bottom line- take your car here. They are awesome :)

I stopped in for an oil change thinking that probably they would already be full with appointments, but they were able to fit me in. They worked fast and efficiently, were very clear with what needed to be done with my car, gave me tips for things to look into in the future, and all for a very good price. Awesome experience here! I called in a panic to get tires put on my car and an alignment done ASAP......and after confusing myself on the app I gave up and called the store. They were so helpful and gave me a great deal on 2 tires, an alignment, and an oil change and also got me in and out quickly.....exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this place. Went in there for an oil change and alignment, customer service was great and was greeted as soon as I walked in. They looked pretty busy but they serviced my car 5 mins after I got there. I dropped it off so as I was leaving they called and told me my tires were very bad, which makes sense cause it did have a bad shake, but while it was a little pricey for 4 tires, it was totally worth it. A lot of other shops wouldn’t have said anything about how bad they were, so they replaced 4 tires, did oil change, and alignment In under an hour. Definitely going back

This has to be one of the best auto repair shops in town. They are quickly diagnosed my vehicle, got the parts in, and I had my car back before I knew it. They’re very fair on their prices. I definitely recommend speaking with Will he literally tries to help anyway he can!

I asked for engine light to be checked but they did an oil change. My car didn’t need an oil change since it was changed a few weeks ago .What they gave me on the paper shows the error my car has and they said they will fix it for me. I never asked for oil change. I trusted them and they took advantage of that . After all mess they did, now they are telling me they dont have the part and I will need to go to Ford company. One person says he can fix it and the other person says they dont have the part. This doesnt makes sense at all. They are avoiding to fix my car because not to make up for what they did. I’m a busy mom and it was so hard to find a time to drop off my car and go to work and come back and pick up and they wasted my time ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!

Mr. Tire is my go-to for an oil change. There staff is always friendly and helpful. Their service is quick and their prices reasonable. I also appreciate that they dont try to upsell me on the type of oil I put in my vehicle.

This place has excellent customer service and I enjoy taking my car here. However, their website needs some work in the scheduling area, as I scheduled an Inspection that apparently was on top of another inspection for someone else. Had to end up calling to schedule this. The guy i worked with on the phone though was helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place, just call for an appointment!

They did a great job. It took a little forethought so they could get the tires I wanted on site, and it took a little longer than quoted. But they got the job done and were very courteous. While waiting I experienced many other encounters between Joel and other customers. He was genuinely trying to find affordable resolutions for each persons car care needs but was keeping the safety factor in mind as well rather than just trying to make a buck.

Although their shop was slam packed, cars parking in the grass behind the building, and a full shop they were still able to get me in an out within the hour! Top notch.

I do not recommend this location. A past oil change they completed has now caused an oil leak in my car. They put the wrong plug in, causing my cars oil pan to be stripped now. I also got new braking fluid put in at this location. That was completed wrong too. I just had to get my cars braking fluid replaced and oil pan fixed because of the incorrect work this location did. They charged me nearly $200 for work that ended up causing more damage to my car. I also needed my cars timing belt/water pump replaced a few months ago. This location told me it’d be $950+. My trusted mechanic instead replaced the same thing for $700. When I went here, I was asked to leave a review. This was asked while my car was still being worked on. I was told by the person in the waiting area that they didn’t see my review yet and would give me a discount if I left one. I now deleted that review, because I don’t recommend this place. The workers here are very nice, however from my experience, the work they complete can be done wrong. All of the money I spent here was a complete waste and ended up causing me more money in the long run.

Well first impressions say a lot and so far the impression is good! I went for a state inspection and while the online system isn’t made for scheduling state inspections they worked with me to get it inspected the day of in a short time. They didn’t try to sell me on unneeded extras because I already knew what my vehicle needed from previous servicing at another shop elsewhere and they pretty much said I needed only one hose items. Nothing extra. I’m definitely liking this shop so far and considering them for my maintenance techs from here on out.

The customer service at this place is beyond amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and does everything they can to ensure that your needs are satisfied. Auto repairs are often pricy, but this shop is always straight forward with you when it comes to cost which is something that I’m always appreciative of.

Timberlake Mr. Tire is fantastic. Mr. Joel Foster and his crew are super good and very professional. Got the tires I needed at a very fair price. Had no way to get home and back to his shop, so one of his mechanics drove me home and back to the shop when my mini van was finished.They also serviced my father-in-laws van the next day and did a safety inspection that was about to run out. Everybody here is rock solid. Joel knows his stuff too; hes a true expert. Great service and the pricing is too affordable, especially for college students. I know that Im not getting the run around here either like I feel at other places. This is the only place my wife and I come to.

I’ve been taking my car here for well over three years now and have never had a single complaint. They always take such good care of my boy! 100% trust them. The customer service is friendly & transparent, and the work is exceptional & swift. Definitely the best place to get your oil changed, your state inspection done, your tires changed, etc. Reasonably priced and almost always some kind of special or promotion going. Strongly recommended.

The guys are friendly and helpful, seem to have a decent time while they work.Ive had everything from an oil change, to a flat tire fix, shocks replaced, full tune up, even my bushings replaced. Never had to go back, complain or question the work, which says a lot compared to other shops around town.

Took my car there on Tuesday the 25th of August explained what was going on with the car. I was told that they would call me the next day, well that never happened. I called that Saturday only to be told that they are trying to figure out why its misfiring. Its very frustrating and disappointing to be given the run around. Its almost Tuesday again and I am taking the car to a different shop. Never going back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I called last minute needing to get a leaky tire patched up so I could make a flight 2 hours away. They were so accommodating! Made sure I got exactly what I needed to make it safely to my flight in time. Very kind, caring staff. Will definitively return for all my tire needs!

Excellent service. Excellent people. After my car failed inspection, I thought I had fixed the problem. When I took it back in, they found I hadnt actually fixed it; they replaced the part and reinspected it all free of charge. The owner really seems to care about his customers and has gained a customer for life.

The men working here were extremely kind and proficient. The environment was welcoming and was a nice place to sit and wait while they gave my car an oil change. Would recommend to anyone and will be going again!
