Had vehicle towed here only to tell me that vehicle had the wrong spark plugs, which they were correct on. Quoted 1000 to 1500 saying they needed to remove heads to get spark plugs out. Towed to dealer that did the work for 700 cheaper. Oh yea they didnt have to remove the heads. What a rip off. Definitely not honest on their work and will rake in whatever they can off of you .👎

I am a widow and my Husband always took care of the car. I took my car in for inspection and they said that it needed a lot of work. They lied,it only needed break pads on the back. My Son in law and Grandson fix it for me. They wanted over 400 dollars to fix it and my son in-law got the pads for 50 dollars. I am a Christian woman and I wasn’t treated with respect. Oh my Grandson took it to another place and they inspected it.

Had my annual inspection done today and when I arrived I was greeted with a friendly and professional looking staff. They immediately got me started and directed me to wait in their separate waiting room. The building was very nice and VERY CLEAN! Had a very nice calm atmosphere and coffee/tea and even oatmeal for you to enjoy. Service was done quickly and professionally. VERY Satisfied and will return!

I cannot speak highly enough of Timbrook. They are honest people that do great work! The owner truly cares about her customers. Their prices are fair and I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me!

Service was great, everyone was very helpful and polite, and in the end they chopped a chunk off the bill, which, BTW, I thought that the estimate was very fair in the first place. Then they left a nice little Christmas card in the car. So, in the future, if I need work done on my car Timbrook Automotive will be my FIRST consideration.

I had never heard about this place before I started calling around to get my car inspected. Really great people & were very accommodating on getting me an appointment. They have a separate building where you wait with snacks, coffee, cold waters & a cute sitting area outside. Was in and out in more timely of a manner than the other places I called. I went about a month ago to get an inspection done. Had never been there before, but thought I would give it a try. I really loved the people and the atmosphere there, so I took my car there to get an oil change and tires rotated yesterday. The people there were so helpful and nice and really took the time to check an engine light I had on. They even drove it afterward to make sure everything was running ok. They have a beautiful area to sit outside and a separate building that offers enmities while you wait. Very nice place and I would highly recommend them!

I had my truck serviced here because I did not have the proper equipment to do the work myself. They were very professional, honest, timely and their rates were reasonable. Prior to this I had only used them for State Inspections. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

Brenda the owner goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Shes like a mom more than an owner. She and her staff are some of the most down to earth people and have a great reputation when it comes to all things automotive. Brenda helped me out a lot this past year with a difficult transition to a newer car. My car was on its last leg and within a week of having it serviced it died and Brenda helped by allowing me to leave it there, recommend a tow vehicle and test a newer vehicle I was interested in purchasing. She goes a long way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend her shop if you miss the days of when visiting an auto repair place you knew you werent gonna get B.S. She is truly old fashioned and makes you feel loved.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!The owner is helpful, honest, and very courteous. Miraculously, the technician was able to find and fix my clogged air conditioners condensation line in thirty minutes! I could not believe it! Two years I have been searching for a technician who had the knowledge to fix this problem.Best of all, this was at NO CHARGE!!!This is my local garage for sure!

Excellent service and mechanics

While visiting from Wisconsin, our Ford 500 developed a problem with the lower ball joints. Timbrook Auto took a look at it right away and fixed it right away, too. These people are courteous, very professional, and great to deal with. You will not find a more honest, reliable and efficient repair center. I would rate them a 10 but it only goes up to 3 but let me say Timbrook is GREAT!

My wife and i have always received great service and as much detail on what everything would cost up front before getting to work. Very reasonably priced, and they will work to make sure that you as a customer are very satisfied. They took a look at a new car we had just bought, gave an itemized description of all the work needed, and didnt even charge us for their time - some places charge over $100 for that kind of service. Just great, down to earth people here.

Had car inspected there and the mechanic that did the inspection tried to say that I needed more work on my vehicle than it really needed. They did not know I work on my own vehicles. I immediately took my car to a trusted mechanic and he looked the car over and said that they were trying to take advantage and claim I needed more repair than was actually needed in order to make more Money .An inspection cost 16 dollars. The estimate they gave me came to more than 1500.00 . That included replacing rack and pinion, replace a hanger for muffler, tighten bolts on power steering pump.I had Normally I would have done most of these repairs myself but I had recently been injured on my job, so I couldnt do them. I had all the items repaired at a trusted mechanics shop for around 340.00 .They told me I didnt need a rack and pinion replacement and one muffler hanger should not have been an issues, the muffler was still very tight . After the smell repairs were done to my car it passed inspection with no problem. Where ever you take your vehicle make sure your are dealing with honest and trustworthy people because their are a lot of dishonest folks out there that are just waiting to take advantage of women and men who may not be knowledgeable about vehicles.

Above & beyond service! They had our car for Labor day weekend with engine troubles & gave us their car for the weekend for free! We only paid for gas! They found new codes for our car, so they didnt install the part we didnt need & instead continued to troubleshoot to find the correct problem. While they could improve with communication to keep the customer informed, they are above & beyond on every other aspect! Friendly mechanics & secretary, never trying to upsell you something!

Great repair shop. Its hard to find a place you can trust to not rake you over the coals.I had a 1985 s-10 with all sorts of problems, and they took great care of it, and let me know what I needed to watch, and what needed to be fixed past what I brought it in for.

One of the worst auto repair experiences I have ever had. They will start working on your vehicle without first telling you the price. They dont call back right away (like 6 hours) and they do not have good customer service at all.
