They provided me with accurate information regarding what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. Very personable, repairs look great and they kept us updated when the repairs took longer than they first expected (you cant fault them for parts supply chain issues). From the first time I walked in the door until I just left with my car everyone was great to work with.

Lynchburg Collision, has poor customer service. While, they do good work, my driver side window did not work when I received my vehicle back. Lynchburg Collision, did not want to take responsibility, even though they took the door panel off inthe repair. Turns out they did take the door panel off. Thanks to Terry Subaru, for helping me with the repair .Note-Lynchburg Collision, did call me apologizing for the issue, once I raised concern after a 2nd time.

Lynchburg Collision is the best! There are several repair shops in my area, but, its worth the hour drive to take my vehicle to Lynchburg Collision, they are that good! The repairs are fast and done correctly, the staff is amazing to work with, and as a bonus they will help deal with your insurance company. You wont be disappointed with the expert work that they provide.

Its been a month since I first went into Lynchburg Collision. There was some very poor communication. Well after a full month of waiting for Im not sure what (January 16-February 12) I called a different body shop and my car is going in for repair in two days.
