Good place to buy a used vehicle just make sure you check the under carriage before purchase.My 2017 Jeep have several rust spots. When I took it back they said it doesnt appear to be structural so they wont replace. Rear shocks are making noise already. Those who know about rust knows that rust does not stay in one place. It spreads like a cold. They also will sell you an extended bumper to bumper warranty for around $3200.

A delightful and smooth oil change experience. The employees are very friendly. The waiting room felt as though it’s lacking some flavor. It would be nice to have coffee and crackers/cookies like some of the Honda dealers in the north east. If it’s a Covid thing, I understand.
I give them 10 stars! Never treated better and more professionally. They got to the root of a complex electrical problem and fixed it within an hour. They charged me a very reasonable rate AND informed me of a recall of which I had no idea. I have found my Lynchburg Honda mechanic. I had a very bad experience with a Honda dealer in South Carolina and never thought Id go back to the dealer but these guys are super!

My sales associate(Phil) provided good customer service and appeared attentive and answered my questions before purchasing my CRV. Once we got to the fiance department the finance representative seemed really hyper and a little scattered by writing all over the extended plan paperwork while having random conversations while trying to read the paperwork. I think its nice to chat but when purchasing a car people want to stay focused on the paperwork.

The customer service was great and the wait wasnt long. The man who assisted me didn’t seem welcoming but he was informative and offered me a product I didn’t go in for so I ended up getting an oil change and a back window wiper. A random employee offered me an empty desk because he noticed I was doing some paperwork and at the window, the woman who took my payment was able to give me quotes on future service I felt I needed. However, I went in for an oil change and told them I needed help because my display screen went blank. I’m familiar with Honda’s so I knew I needed a code they may have. The nice and informative man that assisted me said he press the reset buttons and it was on and working perfectly. However as soon as I got in my car I noticed it didn’t but he did tell me the buttons to push to reset it. Besides that, since I brought my van I never saw any lights on the dashboard. After leaving later that day I had the VSA Light come on, the battery light keeps popping on randomly, and my check engine won’t go off. I was patience and figured the car needs time to reset or let the oil run through but both the VSA and Check Engine light came on every time I started my vehicle. I called in the next day the same man, Mr. Nice, informative but unwelcoming gave me a call back after leaving a message told me to bring it back in for a diagnostic that would cost 130 and they didn’t have any appointments until the next month.....after paying for an expensive oil change because I wanted great service I didn’t expect to feel like they would railroad me out of my money because that’s exactly how I felt the employees were nice but never again will I take my van back.

My husband and I were in the market for a minivan. We looked at competitors in the area, but didnt find exactly what we were looking for. We decided to look at the Odyssey and fell in love. When the numbers were presented to us, it was extremely close to what a fair price was according to my research. Negotiation was quick and simple. I was picky about the color and a dealer trade was offered to make me happy. I know dealerships have bad reputations, but we had a great experience. I watched the other salesman while we waited, and everyone was extremely polite. Due to limitations in my schedule, I was only able to sign paperwork on a Sunday (when theyre closed) and my need was accommodated. Honestly had my reservations about this place, as I didnt have the greatest experience back in 2017, but they were amazing this time around! I worked with Darrell Shelton, who helped me get my dream car, a Toyota RAV4! It was over budget, but we knew going in that the car market had changed and that we probably werent going to be able to stay exactly in our budget and get all the things we wanted. Darrell was great about showing us what checked off our list, despite it being over budget, and then let us decide if there was room in the budget or if we needed to take somethings off our wish list. We ultimately decided to move our budget, rather than take things off our wish list. Highly recommend this place and Darrell!

Recently bought a new Honda at Billy Craft and it was probably the easiest and least painful car buying experience Ive ever had. I was talking to nearly ten different dealerships and none of them came close to the price I was first offered here. Jessica provided excellent communication throughout the whole process and made the whole thing very simple and straightforward. They didnt try to push a ton of extras at the end and got me out fairly quickly. Will definitely recommend them to any friends looking for a new car.
Arrived several minutes early to the service dept to have an oil change this morning. It wasn’t really busy so I thought it would be pretty quick. I made myself comfortable in the nice waiting area to wait. After reading my book, I checked my watch and realized I had been sitting there an 1 hr 45 min. I immediately went to the desk and asked one of the service people to check on my car as I had to leave soon. She called several people back behind a closed door, then a man came out and said “there was a mixup in your paperwork, we can get to it now.” Uh, I don’t think so. I told him I had to leave, not interested in sitting there waiting any longer. He brought my car around and I left, after wasting an hour and 45 minutes for no service.At the moment, I’m sitting in Jiffy Lube, and they are changing my oil and I can get on with my day. Wasn’t my first option, but turns out was a better option for an oil change, at least today it was.Not sure I’ll be back to Billy Craft for service, seems like they need have a better system and maybe check in with people sitting in the waiting room occasionally, to make sure everyone is being taken care of.Morning wasted, Jiffy Lube did the oil change so I’m heading out to start my day.

Bought two cars there and had excellent experience. However I have taken my car for service there 15-20 times and always had a poor experience. Everything takes so long, oil change averages 45 minimum, sometimes over an hour. They always ask my wife to add services each time she goes. Yet when I take a vehicle and ASK to have something extra done (tire rotation, alignment, etc) they don’t have time. Finally made up my mind and today will be my last visit as they let me drive away with a vehicle that badly needed an alignment.
I can remember my mom attempting to buy a car at this dealer in the late 1990’s. She left no sale saying how greedy they are. When I purchased a Honda as a standby car I tried Craft but like my mom refused to pay the ridiculous processing fees etc and purchased elsewhere. A cousin leased a new Honda at Craft despite my advice to shop elsewhere. Cousin was hit with return fees verbally promised would be waived but then mass amnesia at Craft upon lease end. My Honda has an airbag recall. Honda provides a free loaner car. Craft was too cheap/greedy/lazy to do the paperwork for the loaner to get reimbursed from Honda however happy to rent a car at my cost. I called the dealer in Roanoke and wow what a difference in attitude and service. Loaner was no problem and appointment five days sooner than Craft. I had a few other experiences where the cheap was on display at Craft over the years. They grind and fight not to do warranty work based on my experiences. If you don’t mind the drive elsewhere my bet is that you will save frustration and money.

In the market to replace wifes van. Heard good things about Craft Honda. Called and spoke with Ricky Hamlett. Told him exactly what I was looking for, white Odessey with black interior. None in stock but did some research and had one coming late September or early October. Put a REFUNDABLE deposit down. He called told me was in. We went up and yes, exactly what she wanted and more. Ricky was great. Spent time, unrushed, with us explaining the operation. Called our insurance agent and everything chaged for us also. Now another great thing, gave us a very fair trade in for our older van. Ricky was super to desl with. Thank you again.

Great experience with this dealership. Traveled 3 hours to pick up a truck but well worth the trip! Very competitive prices compared to other self acclaimed #1 Honda Dealerships in Northern VA and MD. I also liked the fact that we primarily came to a price agreement over email and phone and they didnt mark the vehicle up with bs that should already be included in a fully loaded vehicle. It has been a great experience so far with Billy Craft Honda and their outside resources! Darrell and his team stayed very late to make sure we left with a car that day since my wife was without one. 1st week of owning the car we encountered some falling ice damage to the hood. Their outside resources were able to perform a paint-less dent repair on site while performing the environmental package and have us back going in no time! I highly recommend the environmental package - really gave the car an amazing coat and shine.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. In fact I will do the opposite! My experience with this Honda dealership only led me to being forced to cut ties and taking my business to another Honda establishment. One of the part owners truly rubbed me the wrong way. I believe their best interest is not with the client but with their cash drawers. Money is their top priority not the proper fixing of a vehicle. Basically they will give you the run around and not fully complete the job!!! Like really why fix multiple things on a vehicle if it won’t even start or turn off? The 1st objective should of been making sure the car properly start/stopped. Then proceeded to any other fixings. Makes no sense to put a new electric computer in if the car can’t even turn off or turn on correctly. 1 start shoot, I did not even want to give that. Owners at this billy craft Honda are just money hungry, they don’t care about the customers.

Bought my civic here 2 years ago, and as part of sales agreement, I get free inspections for life. Made an appointment to have an oil change and inspection, and was told when I arrived I could not have free inspection because it was April 4, and my inspection isnt due till May. When I spoke with service manager, he was argumentative, and refused to honor the spirit of my sales agreement . Took my keys and left. Youve lost a customer. Just love how the owner responds personally to all the positive reviews here. What about reaching out to the unsatisfied customers? Guess you really dont care about us. Shame on you.

My wife and I had traveled to Virginia from Illinois. We experienced a flat tire on New Years Day 2021. Fortunately, a local 24 hour tire service plugged the tire, which allowed us to reach Lynchburg. We did not want to drive further on a plugged tire and Billy Craft Honda service worked us in immediately on Jan 2 (Saturday) and within 30 minutes, we had a new tire and were on our way. I enjoy driving our CR-V, but its the service that keeps me coming back to Honda. The Billy Craft service personnel didnt know me (obviously... we are from Illinois!), but they treated me like a friend. Very, very happy and I highly recommend the Billy Craft Honda service department.

We bought a Honda CRV in March 2020. For the most part, the buying experience was pleasant. SERVICE, on the other hand, IS HORRIBLE. Like other customers have reported, you can not trust or depend on them. Over the past year I caught them THREE TIMES not completing what they said they did. I submitted a letter with pictures calling them out on their dishonest and unprofessional service practices. After they received my letter, their service manager, Kevin Habermas, never responded. Not even a phone call. After waiting three weeks for a response, I sent my concerns to the General Manager, Kevin Hamlet. He also never reached out once. Nothing. They had been caught with their hand in the cookie jar and they had no response. Both of these managers apparently have zero skills in customer service practices. If you plan to buy a car from Billy Craft Honda and are not planning to let them do any service, you should be OK. If you do plan on using their service department, consider yourself warned. The Billy Craft Honda service department has made it abundantly clear that they just dont care. For me to take the time to write this review should indicate just how bad it is there.

Service Department Top Notch for my Honda Van. Kevin Habermas even had the time to talk to me about my Van, as he has been their for many years, and does a great job. My van was recalled and I talked to David in service and he was nice and set up my appt. on 12/8/20. He said it would take awhile, up front which is nice. It was the driver side air bag, and when I picked it up, it was fine, and the put a little polish on the steering well to make it look like new. I have a 99 van with 53K miles.They took good care of it. Kevin, tell your employees thanks from me.

My experience so far with billy craft has been far from even mediocre not only have they skipped over my car even tho I had an appointment and my car was there the day before now they are telling me they have no idea when they can get me in I have had this appointment for about week or so now and I am having to pay for rides and lose money because they dont want to do theyre jobs correctly if someone has an appointment who are they to prioritize someone else car over mine never EVER again will I go here you cant pay me to go here and I promise I will be leaving low reviews everyday until my car is fixed and returned

As soon as we got out Chris Wilmouth came out and introduced us and ask what could he help us with? We told him just looking at a CRV on the lot. He immediately said well let me go get some keys and show you what we have to offer in a CRV and then take a test drive around in one of them. He was never pushy, yet very professional, and very polite and just wanted us to be satisfied with a car!! He also worked hard to get us everything we ask for on the car! It was late so we made the deal and came back the next weekend to pick it up!! After the sale, Chris also took time to make sure we understood all the features on the car before leaving!! Jessica Hicks was so professional and efficient and knew her job very well, had a appointment and was out less than two hours fastest I had ever bought a car. She made sure to go over all the bells and whistles in the car, gassed the car got a pin stripe on the car had it washed all in this time frame. I had the best customer service from Paul Heckman and Rob Charte. They both were fun, friendly, and straight to the point. This was my first big purchase on a new car so needless to say, I was so lost and felt pretty stupid. They answered all of my questions and werent annoyed! Their new shop is beautiful! I just want to start by saying I purchased my first new car. Through the process I had Jessica and Ricky walking me through everything I needed to know! Just purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. Last year we traded our Van for a Pilot. Thought it was be perfect for us. BUT, I regretted almost immediately. We had both been driving a Van forever and I missed everything about it..So, I met Ricky on Wednesday and he worked his magic and we’re happily back in a Van. Ricky was so nice and not pushy at all. We actually had our sons Odyssey minivan in because the dealer in Pa did not do a good job. Craft Honda identified all the problems and fixed them whereas the other dealer did not. In addition to the quality of their repair work, they are friendly, nice, helpful and just a joy to deal with. You couldnt find a better place for an all around car experience.
