I needed assistance concerning an issue on the front bumper of my car and Daniel Jones provided me with great assistance! I really appreciated his help and willingness to assist. I and will be returning for additional service.
From the start, my experience at Craft Collision Center was professional and positive. I was promptly greeted, and the service that I requested was completed to a level that exceeded my expectations. Chris was very easy to communicate with and left no questions unanswered. I will recommend this business and not hesitate to use them again as the need arises.
Had the unfortunate occurrence of having someone run into the rear of our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. My insurance company allowed me to take the vehicle to the shop of my choice so I chose Craft knowing the reputation they had for good work. Well we picked up the van today and I was just blown away by the finished work. The van did not look like it had been struck, it looked like it just came off the show room floor. The folks at Craft were nice and helpful and obviously are skilled at what they do. I am including before and after photos and recommend their service to anyone who needs repair work.
This is the place to go for auto repairs. The work exceeds the word perfect. It would be nice to have an SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) document to give to customers. For example, I did not know that tire repairs and replacements had to service another company, e.g., Billy Craft Honda. The alignment does not seem quite right, but since Craft Collision did not put the tires on, it is not their problem to rectify. The only other thing is I believe the paperwork should be submitted as soon as Craft Collision makes their own estimate of the final work product, they should communicate with the claims office the final amount for vehicles as soon as the financial assessment is determined. If the estimate is sent sooner, Craft Collision would not have to wait an eternity to receive payment from the said insurance company. I say this because the insurance company I deal with now expects people to pay their invoices but refuses to abide by their own policies. I am fully covered, but trying to get them to respond to Craft Collision nearly caused me another stroke. Overall, if you want your vehicle to look absolutely perfect, just go to Craft Collision. Just be sure your insurance company is willing to abide by their own protocols. The last time Craft Collision serviced my vehicle, my insurance company sent them a check. Now, they want to send checks to the customer, which makes no sense to me because the funds are derived from the insurance company, not me. Due to the prolonged shenanigans of an insurance company, it would cause less heartache if the insurance company is lollygagging on their responsibilities, to accept a customers out of pocket money, or, if the insurance agent is allowed to give Craft Collision a check in the event the claims office adamantly refuses to pay them. As I said, earlier, their work is absolutely excellent, its just the paperwork is frustrating and without clear communication, the customer is left to calling claims companies every hour on the hour. It would be advantageous if auto-repair companies let insurance companies know as soon as possible the amount they should be paid so that the vehicles can be released to their respective owners. If an insurance company stalls or refuses to submit payment to an invoice, a customer is left on their own trying to expedite payment, which can lead to frustration and irritability. This is the 21st century. An insurance company has the platforms to submit e-payments and not lie to the customer they sent checks when they really did not. All the insurance companies need to do is submit an electronic payment, and the customer would not have to be rushed to E.R. in the event of a stroke.
I backed into a car in a parking lot and damaged my rear bumper on my new 2021 Toyota Avalon. Craft Collision did a wonderful job repairing it and no one would ever know it had been damaged. Being a new car it was especially important to me that it looked as good as the rest of the car. And it did!! It looked great and I couldnt be happier with their work.
Customer service here is spot on. Kind, very friendly, and professional. This business was recommended to me and Id do the same for others.
The company SUV got rear-ended the other day. They worked with the other persons insurance. Got us in and out in a couple of days. SUV looks great. Very happy with the service.
Thanks to Billy and all the employees at Craft Collision our 2011 Dodge Avenger looks and runs great now. Friendly employees. Updates you regularly about what is going on with your car. I hit a deer on my 2011 Dodge Avenger it took them about 3 weeks to get it back.
Im very well pleased of the repairs Craft Collion Center done to the vehicle, theyre polite, professional company.
Over spray, miss parts no fallow up on issues after jobs is preformed still waiting
They did the work well and in a very timely manner! From estimate to complete work it was only 5 days and they had to replace and paint the whole bumper. The costumer service was very helpful and they gave great updates throughout the process.
I live in Upstate New York. I traveled to Lynchburg VA on Friday 5-28-21 to spend Memorial Day weekend with our family who lives in Lynchburg. I had a small fender bender with a concrete poll at a local gas station. The front “bumper trim kind of popped out”. My family recommended that I stop at Craft Collision on Graves Mill Rd. to have them look at the front bumper. When I walked in I was met by a lady at the front counter. She was very polite and understanding of my issues. “mainly wonting a professional to tell me it was safe to drive home Sunday the nine hours”. The lady (who I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) proceeded to get Chris Smith the location manager to come out and access the situation. Chris came out and in about 10 minutes in the rain “popped” the “bumper trim” back into place. He said I wouldn’t have any issues with the ride back home.I am in the HVAC industry in Utica NY. We know more then most about customer service. The lady at the front counter, and Chris without a doubt know about customer service, they went above and beyond for a complete stranger. They certainly are an asset to Craft Collision!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you for all your help!!!!!!!!Mike Kowalczyk
If you value good customer service, quality work, and professionalism find another shop. This is not the place. My bumper had so many flaws it was unbelievable and I was told it was normal. They ruined plastic parts when attempting to buff their mistakes and didn’t even fix them all. They had to repaint the bumper after I complained to the insurance company. Then they let it leave again with flaws.
Good customer service during the painful time of the accident.
Customer service and communication was excellent. I was really impress with the outstanding work they did on my car. Keep up the good work!
Very professional. Did an amazing job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.
Great. I got my truck back good as new. They kept me posted on the progress.
Awesome experience! Chris was very helpful, he supplied me with multiple estimates for all the options for fixing my car. He was able to schedule the work done in a timely manner, and kept me up to date with the process. The quality of my repairs met all of my expectations and then some. I highly recommend Craft Collision
Very Fast Turn Around. Super Attentive To Detail. I Recommend Them.
Was very satisfied with the quality of work . Was kept in the loop weekly. Will be a lifetime customer for sure.
Awesome customer service, they kept me informed threw the whole process
I was very impressed with the work done on my vehicle and would gladly recommend them.
Fast turn around on repairing my car and paint looked better than factory.
Quick and painless. As it should be.
They did a really good job on my daughters car. She dropped it off on Wednesday and it was ready by the next week. Paint job was great. Very professional and answer all your questions.
If you looking for a great team that works together to help their customers look no further! Crafts gets a serious thumbs up!
Was involved in a accident (not my fault) took it to Craft, this is how it came back. Mind you this was not like this prior to bringing it to Craft, this is how I got it back. there response, it was involved in a previous accident Yeah, at there shop! They refuse to fix it.Save yourself some grief, obviously they are not a reputable place. Go any ware else, but Craft.
They did an amazing job on my car! Their waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. The staff is very pleasant and considerate. Id recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
Kept me informed the whole process.
Great place to have work done. They did an amazing job. All of them are so nice and they went above and beyond to satisfy and make sure you are safe in your vehicle. They were very patient with my hectic insurance issues due to my accident and kept me posted on everything.
Paint matched perfect and quick work!
These guys have never let me down. My go to spot in town for body work (which is unfortunately seems to be a regular thing 😂). Lots of times they have to fight with the insurance companies on your behalf and they always get the companies to pay out. Ashley especially goes above to make you happy.
Great customer service and fast turn around
Took my vehicle there two separate times for two separate incidents.First time it was repaired the estimator missed a cracked driving light. There was also a fairly nice run in the paint. I never said anything about the run.Last week went in for the second time and when I got the vehicle back and before I left the parking lot I noticed some kind of over spray. I went back inside, first guy came out and said he would get Chris. Chris came out very defensively and barley looked at it and said it did not come from there. The over spray wasnt there when I took it in. It wasnt on the back of the vehicle. He stated it was. I definitely can see it is not on the back of the vehicle.I do not feel like Chris cares for repeat business or customer service.Truly disappointed.
I have used many ships in the past with mixed results. So I gave Craft a go with a wrecked vehicle I was trying to get ready to sell. The team there were very professional and I couldnt have been happier with the results
The staff here was top-notch. Shana at the front desk was always willing and able to answer any questions that I had. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do, I know where I will be going.
Theyre great
Kirk Hicks and his experienced team at Craft did a fantastic job in helping me navigate the options we had in repairing our vehicle. They were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. They made a stressful experience easier and I recommend them highly!
Very bad communication. Manager nice and ready to fix any problems. Work is good.
Went for estimate after deer ran into car. Friendly staff. Timely appointment. Gave me a printed estimate and went over everything on it. Clean. Comfortable waiting area with snacks, drinks, and tv. Lots of room. Recommend.
Weve had our scrapes, dings, and one totaled car over the years. Craft Collision has provided us with top of the line service on these occasions. The people explain things clearly, provide options, and make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. I think they tell it like it is. State Farm now doesnt include them as a place to get estimates from but once you get the estimate you can bring it here and I would and I did.
They did a wonderful job! Its horrible when someone hits your cat but Im so relieved that you cant even tell. They even vacuumed my car. Fast and friendly too.
If customer service, quality work, and an overall good experience are important to you then do NOT bring your car to Craft Collision Center. I brought my car in for an estimate and the shop ended up losing my spare key in the process. I went in to try and walk through what happened with the staff and explain to them that my car is a keyless start so if the key was somewhere misplaced in the car then the car would be able to start regardless. That is not the case. I immediately contacted them after I realized they only had the keys in the car I left in there and not the spare key I had given them. After speaking with the tech who was unable to remember the incident I spoke to the manager who then proceeded to yell at me that “we don’t have your key we never had your key.” I explained they had to have my key when I first gave them the car. He then proceeded to say “well maybe your car was unlocked.” I explained that I just wanted to figure out what happened to my keys and he continued to yell “we don’t have your keys.” I left there defeated and discouraged. I have never been treated so poorly by a shop, especially a manager, in my entire life. Especially as a woman I have never been in a situation where a male manager has used aggression and intimidation as a way to take control of a situation and discourage a customer from figuring out a solution. I’ve never had a manager yell at me without any regard to common courtesy or respect. Most managers want to ensure that the customer has a positive experience and will try their best to somewhat redeem the situation, even if they cannot fix it. Not Craft collision center. If this post can save one person the headache and stress it has caused me then it is worth it. Please save your money and take your car to any other shop in town. I promise you won’t regret that.P. S. If I could give negative stars I would.
Excellent service ... Highly recommended ... :-)
Great place to get your car fixed. They stay so busy, but it’s worth the wait!
The worst collision place in Lynchburg possibly. Took 2 and 1/2 months to do the repair and the car still looked awful. Didn’t provide updates on the car as promised and after addressing the issue about differences in paint color they still didn’t fix it. I will never take my car back to craft collision. Would’ve been better off at a smaller collision shop.
Took my daughters car here to get fixed and they ended up increasing the estimate so much that the insurance company totaled out the car. I purchased the car in the unfixed state so that we could just go get it fixed on our own.During that time...The windshield was broken during the start of the repair which ended up not being completed. My insurance company didnt want to pay for this added cost because it happened there and I certainly didnt so they did work with me and I end up paying $70.99 for part of the windshield. Apparently, received a deal but seeing as how we have full coverage insurance and we didnt have a broken windshield when it arrived there I didnt feel I should have to pay anything. Clearly it is what it is and I paid it to retrieve the car. When we went to pick up the car a light had been left on and the battery was dead and the radio no longer worked. It was just dead.We take it back today and after trying to figure out why the radio is dead the conclusion was that the radio just died and it was just a coincidence. It was noted while we were there that the power/volume button was loose and it wasnt loose when we dropped it off.A little while later she starts the car and the radio is now on with NO power/volume controls and its quite loud. So my daughter is driving around with a loud radio that she cant turn off or down.I call back to Craft Collision and the story is that its a strict policy that employees arent allowed to touch the radio so it couldnt have been them.Bottomline..Im calling my insurance company to report this vendor and Im paying out of pocket to replace a radio.Seems shady to me!!
I had hit a deer with my Red Tundra and they fixed it perfectly. Red paint is hard to match and they got it just right. They were done when they said they would be and it was done right. I would highly recommend!
This business is splendid! They recently did a repair job for me on a 4mo old vehicle and one cannot tell that it was ever damaged. It was on-time, at the price they had thought it would be and the staff was superior. I would send any friend to this place without hesitation.
It took four phones calls over the past 3 weeks to get an UPDATE on a vehicle they have had since 7/10/20.I finally got in touch with the representative at the Graves Mill location, who told me that he couldnt get messages off his mobile which is the number he left for call back. That doesnt explain why he didnt call after I spoke with his colleague on 8/4/20 and asked for a return call. I finally reached him today on my 4th attempt.
Great experience! Made a bad situation as painless as possible. Would highly recommend!
Good service. Great work and friendly service personnel
They served me well. My appointment was scheduled, they started & completed my vehicle as they said they would and they did a great job!
The first time, they did awesome. Second time, not so much. The put old rusted parts on myNEW car, they lied about documentation and could not prove any work they had done. Took my car to Ford they fixed it in 8 hours.
Worst customer service Ive ever witnessed. They did a shoddy repair, completely overcharged me, then refused to fix it when the problem was their fault, instead trying to make me pay for yet another entire windshield replacement. Now Im working with a local company thats cheaper, more customer friendly, and most importantly knows how to do something right the first time. If you want to keep a customer, then act like it! I would never and will never recommend this company to anyone.UPDATE: the wrong windshield was put in by them. They cant even check to see that theyre doing a job correctly.
Always nice and helpful to me
Even during the peak season, repairs are done quickly.
Excellent customer service. Did a great job of giving me updates. Overall great experience!
Kirk Hicks is the only reason they are even in business.Poor customer service, almost filed a police report to get some customer service.Do not let your kids bring there cars here. Especially if they are girls.
We were absolutely disappointed by Craft Collision Center. We brought our 2016 Jeep Cherokee to them to get a dent in the passangers door repaired. We had 2 issues with them:a) When we picked the car up after repair, we identified some new scratches on the left quarter panel that must have happened on their parking lot. We immediately complained but they refused any responsibility although it was clearly proven by pictures they made when we dropped it off. Even the Location Manager was very unfriendly and didnt even want to go over the pictures with us to find a solution. Absolutely inacceptable behaviour!b) The quality of the work was also inacceptable. All they had to do is painting two doors. On both doors I could find bubbles and lints in the coating all over the repaired locations. We had to bring it there a second time to get this fixed, but there is still a minor bubble visible. What noobs! Our conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!
Thanks Craft Collision, great work and environment. Staff is very helpful.
I just picked up my Jeep and it looks brand new!!! Beautiful, professional workmanship!!
Top notch service to my vehicle. Wouldnt use anyone else
Would not recommend doing business with this company. Chris was shady and refused to answer my questions directly. Find another company to do business with.
Entire staff is very professional and they take the time to make you feel confident in the repair job.
Do not use this shop if you have any other options. Travis Dodgion was the person assigned to my claim. He inspected the damage on 6/22 and then couldnt be bothered to submit the estimate to he insurance for another 6 full days. I know sending emails is hard work (sarcasm). Whats worse is when I called for updates on the schedule I was repeatedly ducked by Travis and when I tracked him down he (falsely) informed me he was waiting to her from the insurance company.*Long story short*Theyre unprofessional, dont make you a priority and there are much better options out there.
No complaints ts yet
Took my car here for an insurance claim, big mistake the only thing that was needed. The only reason I took my car here was because it is a Honda. This place is horrible, 7 day job took 28 days? Unbelievable, gets better. Go to pick car up, car has tape glue all over it, bumper sticking out both sides, has trash all in paint, paint runs everywhere. They trashed my $300 light bulbs, so they say? Started off being late with the guy handling you claim, he no longer works here? Okay so you have no Procedure for this? Paint does not match, no where near. I called complaining, and a manger took over the car because I refused to pick it up. Well he was great on customerservice and tried to get it fixed. 4 days later I go to pick it up, slot better but still alot of flaws. I called complaining, only to be told excuses. Well he refunded for a charge on glass removal and wheel repair due to I had pictures and proof they never touched wheel and glass was still all over the inside of car. Called insurance took car to laslies auto body, 2 days I had car back and looked better than I could even imagine. The facts of this story is this place has no experienced help and no Procedures in place to follow-up on completed work. I have texted messages saved from manager saying we had a few hiccups along the way, time for us to regain. Although I feel he really tried, but the experience to complete the work is just not within this facility. I heard the moneta location does decent work. The graves mill location is horrible. Save you time, stress and money, pay the few extra bucks get the job done right.
Where do I start?First, my car was taken here in the middle of February, and I just got it back today. It sat there for over three weeks without them touching it because they were waiting on Geico-that statement was used frequently as an excuse. They had the check from Geico, but said they never got the estimate, so instead of calling me or Geico they let the car sit there for 3 weeks. I got the car back in late April, and the Wolfsburg badging had not been put back on, the air conditioner was not cooling properly, the traction control was triggering around turns on dry roads and they had broken the door trim removing the door panel and instead of fixing it they put the broken molding back on, so i had to take the car back to them for another two weeks. When it was finally ready, no one called me to tell me it was ready. Instead, i got an email confirming that my car had been picked up! So of course I am then wondering, is it ready? did they give my car to someone else? Their customer service is absolutely horrible. When i expressed my dissatisfaction to Jordan, he never once said Im sorry, or made any attempt at anything that resembles customer service. Instead, he continued to deflect blame and make excuses. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Find a good local company to work with, because these guys will disappoint you.
Great job on my 2016 Wrangler.
Professional and friendly.
My car was in the shop for a month after a T-bone accident. When I got the car back there was obviously something still wrong with the steering and suspension as well as something wrong with the door placement. They said they would not fix it because it was due to a prior repair. That is unacceptable. There was nothing wrong with that repair before the accident and if the accident caused the problem Craft should have to fix it. Additionally, the repairman claimed the door noises were because of something in the engine. How in the world does a door ricketing have anything to do with a fuel tank?
Horrible, just horrible. Consumer beware!Couldnt fit me in after getting rear ended for 3 weeks. Gives me one day over the phone, I come over 5 minutes later with the approval and now its a week later that they can take it because I must have misheard her. Once the car is in, there was more damage than thought (which I asked about, but Im guessing they just wanted to lowball the insurance,) they (jason my so call service advisor) reached out to my insurance but hadnt heard back. Told him to call me if he hadnt heard back, a day and a half later I call him to seer if my car is ready...nope he hadnt heard back. Called my insurance company, they havent been called yet. Now I have to car to transport my kids, because Jason was too busy catchng up, for four more days because they dont work on weekends. Sheesh, I wish I could go back in time and go somewhere else.....anywhere else. Watch out for a service bait and switch!!!!!
Excellent customer service & workmanshop.
Great place, and the crew are very professional.
Service was great and my car was fixed.
Pricey and a little slow but great end result!
Excellent bodywork and auto painting
Excellent service.
Friendly service
I was treated unfairly and they were not truthful about my situation or to fix it.I would never never ever do business with them again.
Great body shop
Knowledgeable and nice staff
Don’t go to this shop.
Dont like them at all
Expensive
