I have been with the Forest Hill Center in Lynchburg, Va for alot of years. They are the very best, honest, kind hearted, patient, hard working business I have seen. The employees that work on my car treats my car like they are working on their own. They do a fantastic job. I only trust them to work on my car. The prices are fantastic too.

My mother and I have been doing business with this shop for years. Very consistent in their work and always have the vehicle ready at the time they state. They stay in touch with their customers keeping them informed at all times. John is wonderful to deal with very knowledgable in all areas of the auto industry and very very honest about everything always upfront and straight forward. Great car shop!!! Been going here for 20+ years. Great service with knowledgeable mechanics. Definitely not the cheapest place but from my experience, with car repair, you get what you pay for and here you get top notch, quality service. I would not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Want to give a huge thank you to John. This past Wednesday, my wife and were on our way to Lynchburg to visit family. We got a flat tire, maybe 45 minutes outside of town and as there is no spare for the vehicle and the tire could not be repaired, we needed to replace it. Through AAA we were directed to Johns shop. He not only was able to get a tire to fit my wifes vehicle, but also able to get it put in the same within only a few hours left in the day before they closed. I cant thank John and his mechanic enough for all that they did.

Went here for a simple oil change and was driving down the interstate when oil started spilling out the bottom due to the filter not being screwed on properly. Filter was cross threaded and it caused the o ring to break

Extremely poor service . They will rummage through your car and provide no answers to my problems . I recommend you try any other place besides the tire place when you first get into Madison Heights
