We had an absolutely fantastic experience with MIghty Mattress. The owner was working the floor when we walked in and we immediately felt our stress from previous experiences go out the window. I went to almost 4 different stores to look for a great mattress at a reasonable price, this was my final destination! Not only did i feel welcomed but unlike other stores i was not pressured When i walked in, they let me take my time and try out each mattress .... andddd they delivered it the next day! My daughter just moved into her first place and wanted a firm memory foam mattress comparable to the one she has been sleeping on at our house. She found a great name brand memory foam mattress for an unbelievable price. The mattress was delivered to her second floor bedroom and set up the next day. A couple of months later she is still thrilled with the mattress. These folks know their mattresses and if you tell them what you want they will help you find it. We went back to Mighty Mattress yesterday and purchased a mattress for our son. We will always check out Mighty Mattress first before we go elsewhere:)

Did my research and went to a few other chain stores. At Mattress Firm down the street they had an employee sleeping on a bed and had hard time waking him up. Prices at MF here high too. Came to Mighty Mattresses and greeted right away and they were very knowledgeable. Prices the best around. Bought the Sterns and Foster firm from Might Mattress and couldnt be happier. May not look that fancy from the outside but can not beat their prices.

Great customer service. We had called ahead and knew exactly what we wanted. We were in and out in minutes. Nice friendly family run business. They offered to load our bedding for us. They seemed concerned that we offered to carry the box springs. Heck my wife loads mower and generators for our Mac Daddy Mowers repair shop so the box spring was light just bulky.Why shop a big box store when your can get awesome service locally from family run businesses? Company sells used mattresses. The mattresses that are on the floor for display if they dont have one in stock and the only one they have is the one on the floor they will bag it up and send it to your house like its brand new even though its been on the floor and God knows how many people have laid on it trying it out. Very shady people act nice at first but screw you over every opportunity they have.

Worst customer service experience in all my years. Having a problem with a mattress and we keep calling.... no response. .. try emailing and some texting and that cones with very limited response and lots of excuses. The website is not valid that they put customers above all else.Update how to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And as of June 8th 2016 company has failed.
