This expensive glorified air mattress sank within the first hour. Now arguing to get a full refund. Used the bed for 4 hours. They use the NFL to get sales, well this company just got put on blast in our NFL wives group! Your sales are about to sink! This is a scam!
So I purchased this mattress along with the adjustable base. The two items cost over $6K. I was told that there is 100 day return policy. 4 days after the bed was delivered I called to return the bed. It was horrible. It feels like you are sleeping on a pool floaty. It doesn’t connect to the app since the bed is 3G and most phones are 5G. The light under the bed didn’t work and the technology is very outdated. After calling customers services about 5 times I was approved the returning of the mattress but not the base. It has been only 4 days and they won’t allow the return. The sales rep never mentioned this at the store. Instead I was reassured that I would be able to return it. Now I am stuck with an adjustable base that is designed specifically for sleep mattress and it cost me $3200. The customer rep told me to sell it on line. This store is a scam. They don’t disclose the details and make you sign a peace of paper telling you that this is for financing purposes. It turns out I signed the agreement which supposedly says that non adjustable bases are returnable but not the adjustable ones. None of it makes sense. Do NOT buy this mattress or the base. It is horrible and you will be stuck with it whether you like it or not.

Theyll tell you how much you need the base but fail to mention the base is final sale. Feel like i got trapped with a sleep number bed. Dont try it unless you are certain you want to keep it. Dont believe the whole try it out and return if you dont like it its a lie!
Unsatisfied with bed. They have a policy to exchange within 30 days but they never answer the phone during business hours & the text option doesnt get a response either. Shouldnt have to physically travel to the store for what can be taken care of over Brief a discussion.
I went to the store to try out the bed and I was comparing it to another one at famous Tate. I did like the bed however was also comparing the timeframe to receive it. I specifically told the salesman That I was experiencing a back issue flareup, and that I was looking to get to bed soon. He promised we would have it in 10 days. Two weeks in one day later I called to inquire when we can expect the mattress, and they never placed the order. My order went in September 26, and my mattress is expected to arrive November 12. They have very poor service and no communication with the customer.
Poor customer service, salesmen do not disclose the final sale portion of the purchase. Theres a reason you can only leave reviews per store. Because the corporate ranking would be very poor. Stay away from sleep number!
Do not make the mistake of buying an overpriced air mattress with terrible customer service after the fact from a company that does not care. They make you wait on hold forever, make you go through hoops, then do not follow up or fix your problem even when it is with their paid installers. Go buy a coleman air mattress instead.

Arguably, the worst customer service interaction I have ever experienced. My mother was scheduled to have a delivery made between the hours of 12 and 4. I arrived at the house at 12:20 and apologized for running a bit late, and explained to them that my mother had been hospitalized the night before, so I tried to get to the house as soon as I could. I turned around to open the garage door so they could unload the truck and be on their way, and just as I did so, they sped off without saying a word. I called the store, and they referred me to customer service, where I sat on hold for 10 minutes, was disconnected, and then sat on hold for another 20 minutes while waiting to speak with a supervisor. This was about the most disrespectful interaction with a company I have ever experienced. I would steer clear of this company at all costs.
The purchase of the bed was a smooth transition. The sale clerk was very friendly and not pushy at all. However the delivery was a different experience. Our delivery was set for today and the size was wrong. So not only did the delivery men take out the old mattress they had to bring it back in until the correct bed arrives next week. Not very happy, this is a huge inconvenience. There was no rush to get the new bed here and installed, they want us to wait another week. Poor customer service.
One of my worst experience😡 Customer service very unprofessional. We bought a bed didn’t like call to returned the third day and was informed that we have to wait 30 days for returned, call just right now 08/03/2019 and per Diandra at customer service which was horrible said that they only picking up the mattress and that we have to keep and pay the base and is nothing they can do. Excuse me what type of customer service is this one? Force to hold it for 30 days now forcing to keep something that we don’t need we don’t want and pay unnecessary just because they don’t really care about customers service. I will never recommended this store to no one and be careful because as soon you buy anything at the store they will never help you with anything else everything will be corporate and they are horrible.😡
This is a terrible location, providing terrible service at best. Id give it 0 stars if I couldId been researching sleep number beds for months. My husband and I finally decided on which one we wanted so I went in early on a Saturday morning and there was only one sales associate working during a holiday weekend sale. She was helping an older couple and barely glanced at me and my toddler as we entered the store. She was giving a demonstration to the couple so I patiently wandered around the store. At no point did she offer assistance or assure me shed be with me shortly so I left and came back an hour later. This time she was saying goodbye to the first customers in the doorway, made me squeeze between her and the customer to get in the door and again, glanced passed me with no acknowledgement. She made her way to the back of the store to help another guest who had come in and sat waiting. As she began speaking with them another sales associate came out and started clicking away on the register. I was sitting patiently with my son in a chair, waiting to be helped. After about 10 minutes the second associate, standing about 3 feet from me, never once said hello or offered assistance. I was prepared to make a large purchase and I did not because of the awful personnel in this store. We MIGHT order one online. The only satisfaction I got out of this experience was watching the sales associate tank two sales in a row while ignoring the one person who walked in knowing what they wanted and prepared to spend their money without hesitation.Beyond disappointed.
We ordered our bed one week ago and was told it will be delivered today. My husband took the day off of work with no pay for this. The delivery driver came up to the gate of the community then pulled to the exit and waited. Called once and hung up on us and wouldn’t answer the call back. They could have easily followed any number of cars in the gate, but they didn’t they just sat there then left. I called the support and was transferred to over 5 different people had to re explain everything every time, with no result. It was still in the time window but no one would redeliver. Now they are saying it’s going to be another week and half. It is ridiculous my husband is a delivery truck driver and this is not at all supposed to be the process. Horrible delivery I am about to cancel my order because it’s been that bad.
I had the worst possible experience with this company. We didnt like their glorified air mattress so we returned it. They assured us that we would be refunded for the bed which cost almost $10000. They took the bed and the adjustable bottom back but they refuse to refund us the adjustable bottom. They claim that the adjustable bottom is a final sale. Not once was this information disclosed to us while purchasing the bed. The salesman at this store said if we are not happy after the trial we would be refunded the cost of the bed minus a $200 fee for the pickup. I was happy to pay them for the removal, and they took back the entire bed including the bottom. Now they are still trying to charge me $3600 for the bottom which I no longer own.Beware of this scam, and think twice before you decide to make such a large purchase with this company its not really returnable
Great place and they take the time to explain everything. Love our sales person Christain very patient and pleasant. Recommend to stop in and check it out. Expensive beds but well worth it. This new mattress is amazing. Dont wait till your old to get it!!! Im 32 and it helps my back so much
At the time of purchase I was promised a delivery on 4/18 by the store manager. I sold my current bed, cleared out my room and prepared for delivery. I figured one night sleeping on the sofa wouldn’t be too bad.Today is 4/18 and I had not received a call about a delivery time window so I called customer service. I was told that I wasn’t even scheduled for delivery! The customer service rep did schedule me for six days out on 4/24. If I didn’t need the bed so badly I would have cancelled this $7,000 order. Very bad experience and I will NOT recommend this store to anyone. No excuse for incompetence!!

I had an amazing in-store experience. Rebecca made the process amazing because she was professional and knowledgeable but she also has a great personality. Sometimes dealing with sales people can be obnoxious but she made our visit and experience enjoyable.
I went into the store and dealt with Rebecca. My husband wasnt with me and he asked me to find out information prior to making a visit into the store himself. The visit was informative, the rep asked a lot of questions to determine my needs and resolved any concerns I had about Sleep Number. My husband and I went back into the store a week later and bought a bed. Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. She is a valuable asset to your company and we really appreciate her time and patience with us. Weve gone into other mattress stores before and none of them compare to our visit into the Wesley Chapel location. My husband and I are both sleeping better and thankful we made the decision to give it a shot!
