When searching for a mattress it’s important to have an honest and transparent sales representative and he did exactly that. The saleswoman walked us all around the store telling us how great all the mattress and bases she had us trying are, just to end up telling us none of them are in stock and the only things we could possibly have delivered in the next 4-8 weeks would be the generic boxed stuff you could buy cheaper online or at Walmart. Why would you waist someone’s time showing them stuff you don’t even have in stock?

Jeremy at this store is the best! He went above and beyond in helping us choose the right mattresses. Also, he never asked us for our contact info. to bug us while we were shopping around. Wed highly recommend him.

The sales person Rachael was way too aggressive. We told her from the get go we needed a good not overly expensive mattress for our guest room. We came to the store to look at the Sealy foxtrot. She however continued to basically push us to the higher end Tempurpedic mattresses even after we told her we were not interested. She kept bringing us price quotes and financing breakdowns for everything but what we wanted. We finally decided to go to a different store and got something we wanted delivered the next day.

We loved Dakota! He hung out with us for hours trying to make the best decision. He even kept our kids occupied while we looked around. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make us feel like we were taking up his time. I highly reccomend him to everyone who wants to have an easy time finding your dream bed.

The best I can say is mediocre. The store visit was ok while we were there. Rachael, although polite, really didnt seem to want to make a recommendation other than the Temperpedic line of mattresses. As explained when we entered the store we were looking at a budget of around $1000. The bed recommended to us was nearly 3 times that cost. We began walking around looking and it seemed every mattress we looked at was always a great one. We decided on a nectar mattress at this point to since I had seen them online already. The order process went through just fine and Rachael even helped us after our daughter needed a quick diaper change. We were told the mattress would be delivered on 1/4/20. We ordered the mattress on 12/27/19.Friday 1/3/20. I called to confirm we would be delivered the on the 4th. I spoke to Rachael again who said the order was on track.Saturday 1/4/20, I get a call from Rachael at 10:15am saying that she called me yesterday on the 3rd and said the mattress was out of stock and wouldnt be delivered. NEVER HAPPENED. Then, she proceeds to tell me that she would recommend just canceling the order so I can get my money back and proceeds to give me another number to call to cancel the order.It is ridiculous that not only was this order placed when stock was out, but that I was lied to about receiving a call saying it was not going to be delivered. Then I have to cancel the order myself due to poor service from Rachael and Mattress one. So now I have to wait another 5 business days to receive a refund over $1,000 from a company who couldnt render their services as promised.UPDATE: 1/10/2020We are after 5 full business days and I have yet to receive confirmation by email that my order has even been canceled from the corporate office in Orlando. I am now forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I am filing my BBB complaint as well.

This company is dishonest and full of lies and thieves. Ordered a mattress 6 weeks ago. Canceled the ordered after they changed the delivery date.They Never refunded our money!! $4500!!!!!We’ve been told lies 1-2 times per week since December and still no refund! We never received the mattress!I’ve never been though such horrible customer service. We will be hiring legal counsel and contacting the police this week!!!Also, Dakota pressured us into praising him on google to get a little bonus on our sale! Don’t believe any positive comments.
