I cant say enough good things about The Flower Box and services!I ordered Loving Blooms in Lenox White for my mother in law for Grandparents day. I was a bit skeptical because were 2000 miles away and sometimes deliveries arent the greatest being so far away.These were the MOST beautiful flowers weve ever seen, huge white roses and perfectly blooming lilies that were gorgeous when they bloomed.Grammy was so happy with them and it made her day even more special.I will definitely be ordering my flowers from your store in the future.

Ordered my wife flowers for her birthday on a whim. The lady on the phone was more than patient with me and was able to get the bouquet delivered the same day! The high end basket of plants ordered looked like a Walmart reject. The picture online did not resemble what was received, and product was not worth the exorbitant price paid. The only reason there are any stars is because the manager, Wendy, was accommodating and helpful and sent out a small blooming plant at no extra charge to be added to the arrangement. Look at the pics comparing what was ordered versus received.

Bought the Heavenly Half Dozen but actual arrangement does not look like the one depicted online. The description says this arrangement will include a half-dozen roses (check) with wax flower (nope) and curly willow (nope). The shape isnt even the same. I called the shop and they apologetically explained that the curly willow and wax flower were out of season (???) and they offered to deliver a new arrangement in a different shape later that day. While I appreciated that, they could not deliver them in the time frame I needed - which is why I ordered these online in advance to begin with. The flowers are pretty enough, but still, I would have expected a closer similarity for the $50+ I spent on them. Next time Ill just go to Costco and buy my own flowers and fillers and throw them in a vase because thats apparently all they did.

I called direct, very nice lady on the phone, asked for Blue & White arrangement with white lilies and there is not one lilly, total was $64, sorry, I would not recommend.

We live in Englewood yet wanted a local Wesley Chapel florist for our recent need. The event was my husband‘s sister‘s 70th birthday. I spoke with Bill who was very thoughtful in listening to the importance of the event. We ordered an arrangement of 18 red roses. To our surprise we received a call from his sister whose voice was filled with overwhelming joy. She said of all the arrangements she’s ever received this was by far one of the most beautiful. She described it as 18 absolutely beautiful roses full of baby breaths decorated with a huge red bow. The smile you put on my husbands face for what he did for his sister said it all! I had to call and tell them how their beautiful work contributed to in another’s life. Thank you and kudos to (owners) Wendy and Bill, with the help of Stephanie.

Am very disappointed with the flower shop this past valentines day. i have used them before. i paid $150 for an arrangement for to be delivered the day before on the 13th for my wife at valentines. all was good. the flowers came. upon looking at the arrangement, i noticed it was missing something. an entire other type of flower was missing. it was nothing like the picture as this is what caught my eye and made me decide to spend the extra money i normally would not. i wanted the colorful be mine arrangement and even paid an extra $20 for the selection of better on the web site. what was better than the standard arrangement? you got me. the blue flowers were completely missing and only two or three roses had that nice rosy smell. well, i could have done as well at walmart or winn dixie and avoided a $10 delivery fee. im sorry, but this arrangement was pitiful. i truly feel very ripped off. i will never use this florist again. the arrangement was just ok. not spectacular nor anything as advertised. it was missing another type of flower as my wife and i compared the picture on the web site and was disappointed. i had to apologize to my wife for the flower boxs mistake. man, did that ever hurt.

So the arrangement looks nothing like the photo on their site. I should’ve read the reviews. The site said, “as shown” for the purchase I made and not only is it lackluster, but they didn’t even have the same ribbon. If you can’t be consistent, then don’t advertise what something will look like. I’m happy with them delivering on time, but I could bought something identical from Publix for $12.99. I will not recommend this place.

I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers as a gift. There were lilies roses and all sorts of really fresh flowers in a simple glass vase. After 12 days it is still on the kitchen counter giving me joy.

My mother had flowers sent to me that she ordered through a third party, Avas Flowers, that were delivered through The Flower Box. I have bought better arrangements from Publix. The one I got has flowers that are old, petals practically falling off, and a lot of greenery for $75. Its a fine arrangement for $30, but not $75.I called The Flower Box to ask about the order. The owner took no accountability for the pathetic product that was delivered. She said she knows the third party overcharges, but still uses them to take her customers money and deliver garbage product, anyway. I asked how she planned to remedy the situation, and she offered absolutely nothing, saying I should take it up with the third party company. While I understand they are who initially took my money, Then Flower Box still gets their cut, provides, and delivers the product. Oh, and wrote on the card, as the message from my parents, We hope you heel very soon! Cant even spell elementary level words.I am all about small businesses, but this one KNOWINGLY allows a third party to take advantage of her customers and deliver trash to their front doors. Offered absolutely NO solution to the issue. Embarrassing product, embarrassing service, embarrassing sense of morality.

I have been using The Flower Box for years and have always been satisfied with their services. My mother always enjoys the arrangements and fresh flowers I send her. She has been given special care by them in describing how to care for some of the live plants I have sent her. Highly recommend them as providing that extra special touch in customer satisfaction.

Although I know this flower shop does great work, with beautiful quality flowers and have seen it first hand. Yet, I received a delivery today that was just not up to their best work. It happens I know, but I was rather dissatisfied with the quality of fresh flowers and the way my arrangement was put together.Sometimes it is just hit or miss.

Very unprofessional delivery. The Florist is the local delivery person for 1-800-FLOWERS but doesnt care about customer satisfaction.I ordered flowers & chocolates for my wife on Mothers day and the Florist left a note on our door that she missed us. When I called her and asked about my order she claimed she had delivered the order. When I questioned her for leaving a note and no flowers she then claimed she left my package at another house and marked it delivered to 1-800-FLOWERS. I then stated, then you didnt deliver it you gave it away to someone else. Her answer was a very abysmal, Well I guess they will be enjoying some flowers. My response was, Well then I guess I am owed a refund. She quickly cut me off by saying, Not from me! and she hung up.If you want an unprofessional delivery and 100% unhelpful and un apologetic attitude with your flower delivery, then this is the place for you. I will be ordering from someone else who appreciates their customers.

Worst flower experience ever. I was given one fee earlier in the week and closer to the event I was given a fee 3x more. My husband explained to me it’s called bait and switch. They wait till you’re desperate right before the event and raise the price until you have no choice but to order. The flowers I received were awful- many bouquets came closed. I had to run to a different florist an hour before my event and buy more flowers. They were overpriced, rude to work with and flowers were not even useable. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but here.

I sent birthday flowers to my sister. She loves black tulips (which are actually purple). I am a floral designer in Virginia, so I was unable to make her arrangement myself, but I made sure I was very clear that I wanted an arrangement of black tulips in a vase. I even ordered a month in advance to give them plenty of time to get the specific flowers. What my sister received really disappointed me. It looked like somebody had taken dark pink tulips and thrown them in a glass vase. They were flopping over the edge limply, and they were NOT the correct type of tulip. If that is what these florists call an arrangement, then Im Cleopatra. A HUGE waste of money and my sister was very disappointed on her birthday.

Very unprofessional. I ordered flowers for a new born and paid for next day express delivery. After 6 days and a few phone calls the flowers arrived. They reimburse the charge for express delivery and gave me a $50,- rebate for my next purchase (expires within 30 days). Sounded good at the beginning but after checking their website I noticed that everything is on sale ($40,-/rebate) every day. Which leaves me actual with a discount of $10,- that expires within 30 days. I came to the conclusion that this company is able to increase their sales by messing up previous orders.

Orderd flowers 3 days before delivery date,and include that my wife works till noon that day. talked to her coworkers around 11:45am and not there yet! 12pm not there yet! called thier shop and they couldnt tell what time they would get there. had to have coworkers stall her for almost an hour before they finaly arrived. oh yeah thier shop is in the same small town that my wife works in. for customer satifaction why couldnt they deliver hers first thing. JMO
