Sales associate was amazing, Lindsey understood my needs and my facial structure. I was in and out in 15 minutes with exactly what I wanted. Nice that they also still carry American sunglass companies too.

Decent selection however its way over priced. Ray Bans that are virtually around 100 are sold for 211 e.t.c. Crazy pricing.

Tried to buy a pair of Rayban sunglasses. Sales person suggested ordering a fresh pair and it would ship to my home in 2 days. I agreed (BIG MISTAKE). In 2 days I received a cancellation due to being out of stock. No info on receiving a credit. I go back to the store and they say they cant issue the credit. It comes from the main office. Should received credit within 7 days. Doesnt happen. I call Sunglass Hut. After many prompts, I finally get a human. She says they issue credits via PAPER CHECKS. WHAT?? Who does that? Not only that, it takes 4 weeks. So basically, I will get a check in the mail in about 6 weeks after they charge my card for something I have never received. When I spoke to the rep, she said she would process the request which also means, they hadnt even done it yet. This means that Sunglass Hut has over $200 of my money for 6+ weeks. Completely unacceptable!

Dominique was amazing! I came in looking for a very specific pair of sunglasses that neither associate had ever seen before but Dominique didn’t stop looking on the manufacturer’s website until she found them. Ultimately I ended up going with another pair because of Dominique and her patients. She is an asset to your company.

Dominique was amazing she helped me out and even order a replacement lenses for me her manager was super helpful great experience.

Bought new lenses on March 12th. I was told they would be in within 14 business days. I was home on leave for 21 days and they were not ready by the time I left and I just got a call today on the 28th of April over a month and a half later saying they have arrived.I called multiple times and the employee Jose told me they would be in within the next work week back at the end of March.

Horrible customer service! I was in the store for 10 minutes with no assistance. There were four employees grouped together talking about a NYC trip. I made sure I positioned myself so that they could see me and still no acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable and I am taking it to the next level.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. I’ve always been skeptical about buying designer sunglasses at the outlets. I bought a pair of Versace sunglasses and they weren’t even on sale. I was gifted the pair from my husband and decided I didn’t like them after trying them on once and they REFUSED the return. Everything was unused- boxes and all. Will never buy from them again- stick with your Bloomingdales or Nordstrom if you are going to buy designer.

Horrible customer service. Dismissive staff when online product was ordered they cancelled once I entered the store and claimed they had already cancelled the order earlier in the day. Will not be back.

I dont remember the ladys name, however she helped me pick out the glasses and they happened to be the ones Patrick mahomes is rocking how cool!

I walked into Sunglass Hut to replace my Ray Bans that I recently broke. I walked out five minutes later due to the sales womans poor customer service with out making my purchase. Way over attentive, made poor conversation by misreading our tattoos, and was overall obnoxious.

Bought a pair of Oakley four months ago paid extra for a warranty and now they wont warranty the glasses. Dont buy here not worth it. new manager will not honor what old manager sold. Ill never buy glasses from sunglass hut again.
