I liked it! :-) I have never been to one. I enjoyed looking around and I also enjoy books so that was good for me to look at 2. My granddaughter of 10 spend some money from her birthday and she was quite happy 😁 Go and check it out for yourself and you never know what youre going to find!😀

You can find some good deals for a variety of products.

The store itself has a okay selection but the experience was unpleasant when you could hear an employee yelling every minute telling everyone the store is closing in twenty minutes and so on. That’s totally unnecessary and not appropriate to-do that I mean I think customers get that the store closes at a certain time but the employee was yelling so loud it was hard to concentrate to know what you are getting in the store. I think it’s very rude as well making a customer feel rushed like that when you first thing walk in the store. Another thing that wasn’t pleasant was the store had very large fans was blowing so strong you get hit with it was very powerful. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

The kids love this place, and it wont break the bank. Great candy selection too!

The selection isnt the best and the quality is obviously low considering the prices. There were a few items I saw listed for over $8 so that threw me considering its named Five Below. We purchased a headphone set for my son and its obviously very cheap but it does the job well. I was happy with the purchase but wish they had a wider selection of headphone styles and colors...it was pretty basic.

Good selection of BTS dolls, wish they carried more merch like Tshirts and posters though

Not sure why i’m being yelled at that the store is closing in 20 minutes. it’s ridiculous u close at 8pm everyday and 7pm on sunday but to be YELLED AT by an hourly employee is ridiculous. do better i’ll take my business to your sister location 10 minutes away and i’m sure others will follow after being yelled at

Really enjoyed this store. Never been to a few or heard of a Five Below, so my expectations were tempered. I had expected the store offerings to be focused on cold weather accessories and clothes, based on the signage.However, the store offering focuses on budget friendly items that are $5 and less. The items range from candies to clean thing to electronics to games to knick knacks and much more. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well lit, and the bathrooms are decent.

Love love this place. Had no idea it was kids stuff. Everytime I drove by I thought it was a bar lol. Have a ton of cool little things for kids.

I called the store I think in Brooksville and the gentleman was outstanding and amazing he went and checked on the item for me to see if it was in stock I called the land of lakes one and the lady on the phone was rude she automatically said no they were out of stock yet she was on the register you could hear her bringing up customers at least she could have put me on hold and then came back and say no we dont have it but just a flat-out say no like she knows all the inventory in the store just seemed silly. Land o lakes is a lot closer to me its right down the road but I ended up driving to the other location because the guy was outstanding and did his job I just did not want to drive to the stores for them to be out I will continue to go to the Brooksville store now

They have a large variety of different things to buy. Still most stuff and there is very cheaply made. when I shopped there recently there was only two people working in the store. The gentleman that rang me out in the front register was not talkative whatsoever. He did not ask me if I found everything okay he did not even say hello he did not say have a good day or anything like that. I May go there again to find a cheap gift for someone. But definitely NOT a place I would visit often.

Very clean neat store and friendly African American female cashier. I didnt get her name but she was very nice. We left smiling because of her.

Was here 5/29/21 at 3³⁰ ish and it was crazy busy....was going to buy a few things but the line was back up all the way to the back of the store it zigzagged thru candy section and down main aisle all the way back to shirt wall (there was no social distancing in the line to make it so long either). I put my stuff on shelf and left Im not wait in line 30 minutes for a couple of Tee shirt, socks and drink. Good thing was i walked down to craft store and came back 45 minutes later and no line.

😎😃 I was like a giddy school kid walking into a candy store when I accidentally stumbled upon the physical store (while on vacation). The store has so much more than the website. Its like a dramatic dollar tree!! Please, Five Below, bring 1 to South Ga. We need you and all of your glorious shelves of nothing I need and EVERYTHING I WANT!!!

Just kind of a glorified dollar tree. My kids like it so I go there but usually not a fun trip. Store if very tightly packed so its hard to get around with a cart.

Its like some bought a Dollar General but actually cared about the way it looked and felt inside. You know, like brightly lit, clean, organized, well stocked, sensible options.

This store is cute and fun. Stuff is okay quality for the price. Some name brand stuff. Some things are still cheaper at dollar tree, but the items in 5 below are more aesthetically pleasing. Employees are FANTASTIC. super helpful and polite. 👍

This is a pretty cool little store! I found some neat things, like a color changing led bulb and some other “tech” items, and all for $5! There are also many other great finds here for five bucks or less. Staff was also friendly!

The store was clean and the staff was great. The product price was clearly marked. The store seems to be geared towards children and women. These was a small local team gear, UCF and Rays. Alot of yoga gear. Make up and kids items. It is a good place to get gifts for kids birthdays.

Love love love this place. Its kind of like the older sister of the dollar store - nicer products, bigger selection, and more fun. Weve bought tons of stuff in here from Halloween makeup to pool floats and bluetooth headphones. We love stopping in just to see what they have since the selection changes all the time

If you are over the age of 25, you will not like this store. Dont waste your time. Its all junk that is made in China and most merchandise is geared towards a 12-year old.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with items just wanting to receive credit still current merchandise in store all tags in tact. I go to pay for my stuff the “manger” ERIC had an attitude Because I had a return also I explained to him I just wanted credit for my current purchase he then goes to raise his voice at me and tell me YOU NEED TO CHILL OUT! I CAN ONLY DO ONE THING AT A TIME! Then calls another associate to finish up my transaction. He didn’t even finish his job. My husband goes to confront him about the matter he spoke to me and he had nothing to say for it. I call the store to ask for the corporate number ERIC tells me to hold on and then proceeds to tell me he can’t give me that information at that time he can give me his store managers full name and number I said okay. I asked him for his name he tells me ERIC then hangs up. I call back I spoke with the associate that finish my transaction I ask her for his last name since he didn’t give it to me and she tells me hold on I can hear him in the background telling her not to give it to me he’s the only ERIC that works at the store and that should be good enough. I told her well he gave me the store mangers first and last name and phone number and I want to know his first and last name and she’s was telling him I want it and he refused he said he didn’t feel like giving his personal information out even though he gave someone else’s that I had no interaction with I wanted his after he disrespected me he’s not even man enough to deal with his actions. So I hope you never have a run in with ERIC NO LAST NAME. I will never be going to this store again.

This store has a huge variety of items all at great prices, even clothes!! I was able to buy a lot of art supplies for my daughter, Star Wars items for my son, and beauty items for myself. Did I mention the RAYS and PS4 GAMES they have?!?! Nothing in the store costs more than $5!!!!

Are you kidding me? This place is quite awesome. They have all kinds of stuff for kids from toys to art supplies to sports and candy. For me I liked that I could get an HDMI or charging cord for $5 or less. Even type c USB.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The store was bright, welcoming and organized.

First time in any five below store. It was nice. Some things overpriced, but then some things were under priced.

One of the most beautifully organized five below Ive visited. Only thing that caught my attention was we werent greeted when we came in, but the customer right behind us was (I think the cashier was occupied) while checking out the cashier (different person) was friendly and helpful.

Better offerings than a dollar store at way lower prices than your typical department store.

Staff is always friendly and even going 2 days before Christmas I was able to get in and out quickly!
