Came here to purchase a ring. Drove over an hour after work for a special trip. Store closed an hour early. Manager and store associate were still in building but told me I was out of luck. They have been working 9 days straight because their other employees were out with Covid and so they were closing up an hour early. I asked why that was not posted on their website and they said it was too much work to change it temporarily. Meanwhile I’ve waisted over 2 + hours of my time. I had also called the day before to check if they had a ring and was told I had to come in person. No one mentioned the shortened hours when I was on the phone. I’m really upset as this could all have been easily avoided. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Won’t ever be back!

Worst experience of my life buying a ring from here. Had the ring 5 months 3 of the small diamonds already fell out. Thank God we bought the warranty. Took it back for repairs. Theyve had the ring for 3 weeks and mysteriously forgot to tell me that the jeweler has covid. No date now of when I will get my ring back

This place is awesome. I recently just bought my 14kt chain from them. The customer service is excellent, and they have a great selection of jewelry. Ive bought a few Tag Heuer watches from them also and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them. And since they are a outlet, their prices are much much more inexpensive than other typical jewelry stores.
If I’ve Could’ve Given no starts I would ! This place is terrible, very poor customer service and it’s employees. One employee stood out in particular, Linda was so unprofessional and rude when even just entering the establishment. Not once but TWICE have I walked In on two different days to give this place a opportunity or benefit of the doubt but I was Once again shown this place is very discrimination based against younger looking adults. If you want great quality and customer service go to Kays right across ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Especially if you have to deal with Linda .

Poor customer service. It’s almost as these employees do not know common human decency. Someone needs to properly train them in how to treat customers. The workers here are rude and disrespectful. For example, I was looking at some jewelry with my boyfriend and I heard to of the female employees in the back of the store talk badly about us about how we “couldn’t afford to shop in here”. And no one even bothered to help us. But alas, my boyfriend and I took our business to Tiffany & Co where we received the greatest customer service. Sometimes all it takes is customer service to change where you want to shop.
Linda was a hypocrite towards me. I was told to wear my mask as soon as I stepped in the door without a greeting which is understandable, but she continuously took her mask off while talking and near people. This is the second time it happened to me. Then they seemed as they didn’t know what they were doing, overthinking the process of giving me a refund. Need better staff.
If you are purchasing a ring or piece of jewelry that needs to be sized or modified and need it by a certain date definitely shop elsewhere. I purchased an engagement ring and needed it by a certain date since other arrangements had been made for my proposal. When i bought the ring I had taken it with me only to find out when I got home that her other rings were smaller so I needed it to be taken down one size. When I dropped off the ring to get it sized they said it would take 2 weeks and I said no thanks I’ll just go to a local Jewler and have it sized since it’s relatively inexpensive compared to the 9k I just spent. The salesperson said that they can expedite it for me and have it within a week and I’ve already purchased the protection plan and that’s included so no sense in spending the extra money. I told them that it was fine as long as they can have it to me when they promised. A week later I called before I went to pick it up and they apologized but said it did not come in and wouldn’t be in. My planned proposal was the next day! They over promised and under delivered and I will tell everyone I know and even people I don’t about my horrible experience. Bad news travels fast and further then good.
Poor Customer Service!Today my husband and I decided to purchase some additional Christmas presents at Prime Outlet. It is a rainy day and we dressed in athletic hoodies, sweaters and sneakers.We walked into this location and were greeted in a very condescending tone by the salesman who stated verbatim “Are you here to get dry or can I help you with something?” To you young man perhaps you should greet ALL customers in a welcoming manner. You lost my business and the ones of my sphere today and you’ve probably done this to others in the past and lost theirs as well. To management perhaps a class on ethics, diversity and inclusion would increase your ROI.
They are the absolute best here! My husband and I bought both of our wedding bands and he bought my engagement ring here as well. We are customers for life! Always so friendly and helpful!
You generally get what you pay for. Beware of that pretty smile. I bought nothing. What is living in the safe deposit is black better quality. No tierra, but I am happy.

Great customer service
I hate to do a negative review but this is not based off of just a one the thing.. Everytime I use this store there are issues. I wont be back this time. I had a watch to get repaired, it took over 4 months to get back. My wifes ring got a diamond repaired and within two weeks, three more are missing. Just to pay is a long process. They can never find our jewelry and seem undertrained and confused. It should be simple. We give thousands of dollars in jewelry for repair and get a tag number. When we bring it back, they get our peice. Some of it is irreplaceable due to sentimental value and they scare us with every call not being sure where it is. The last one was the last straw. I had my tag repaired because it stopped ticking. They sent it back and forth to tag three times before I got an estimate. Then I got it and had to laugh. They quoted me 1800$ to fix the spring. I called and told them I just want it to work, not a full refurbish. They charged me 800 for a spring. The quick date setting no longer works and now I have an heirloom that needs further repair that it didnt need before it was worked on. Way to screw it all up guys.. thanks. Ill make my payment and never return.

Overpriced
Awful experience. I bought a ring for my mother for christmas on December 14th, Pamela G and Dori D helped me pick it out, they were very nice the whole time, and they GAURUNTEED I wouldnt have any issues getting it before christmas. They outright lied to my face knowing it they were about to ring up a special order that would take 2 months to size and receive. They said I would get a call to go pick it up in store in about a week. Now sizing a ring takes a long time if its going up by more than 2 sizes, but they said they use a specific jeweler and he would have it dropped off in countryside by the 24th. After calling to check on it a few times they blew me off, were rude on the phone, they already had my money so I guess customer service went out the window. I went to my local helzberg and they told me there was no way that was possible, I had to cancel the order and will never be shopping here again. Also I got the exact same ring for $40 cheaper at the countryside location, along with good customer service. Dont buy from here.
They charge like it a highend store but the ring i paid over $600 for a ring that was so thin and cheap it bent when i close my truck door. Cut my finger on its thin edge...ya its gold but like gold foil. They prey on vacationers who cant return their crap jewlry.
