Just terrible service.. only 2 people working with several people waiting for service.. and 1 of the 2 was too busy on his computer to pay any attention.

I bought a bracelet and they can remove links with no problems. However, I came in today to add a link and the manager told me to go to a watch repair shop because she can’t do it.

Prices are the same as the normal stores with the only difference being they have some items the normal stores might not have like certain watches. The have a cellphone killer so the moment you walk through their glass doors your signal dies. This prevents you from doing research while there.
