Amazing prices. The best part is the store sales person Stephanie. She is warm polite and patient. Always helpful in answering questions and giving the best suggestions. Stephanie is a welcoming person in contrast to one of the other girls and shows full respect to people of all colors. Need to mention this because I had a very bad experience with the other girl whose name I would prefer not to mention and I am sure it’s not hard to figure out for the staff who it is. I keep going back because I appreciate Stephanie’s suggestions when asked for. She deserves 5 ⭐️ and I am giving 4 overall for the store..

Lets start with the customer service.... EXCELLENT!!!! This place is a big bargain on beauty products. The sales are awesome. They also carry some fragrances, not a lot but some of the disconnected fragrances or fragrances that are leftover from big department stores. I saw brands like Estee Launder, GlamGlow, Smashbox, Becca, Urban Decay and a few more. They do hold the while line on these brands just a few items from each brand. If you looking for Mac lipstick 💄 at a cheaper price this is your store.

Awesome prices. Great product selection. Nice and clean store. Staff NOT so great!!! The lady Stephanie E. was arrogant and annoyed. If it weren’t for the products I’m collecting at its prices and the hour drive; I would have already walked out without buying anything. I’d rather drive 2 hours to get to another location next time.

I regularly shop the cosmetics Companystore. in Orlando. I phoned this Tampa location to see if they had particular items and they did. A few days later, I was getting off work earlier than expected so I thought I would drive over from Orlando to purchase the items. I called, spoke to a Stephanie and told her I was on my way over from Orlando. I arrived at the front door at 6:53 PM and the door was locked. I waited, lightly knocked on the glass Because I could see people in the back room. I also tried calling the store but the stores number had been forwarded to a mall general information recording.They finally emerged at 7 to make gestures at me that they were closed. One girl came to the door and shouted at me through the door that they were closed. I said, but I have been standing here for a little last eight minutes. I have something on hold I just have to pick it up. I asked if Stephanie was there. The other girl came to the door and said that she was Stephanie so I said I’m the guy that called earlier and told you I was on my way over you’re holding items for me, I’m just here to get them. She shouted at me through the door that she close the register and couldn’t do anything. I try to explain through the door, but I had driven over two hours to come and pick these items up today.She just shrugged her shoulders at me. I stood next to an SUV that was on display in front of their store and called the Orlando store to see if I could get a telephone number to report how rude they had been. The next thing I know a security guard walks up to escort them out of the store. As they were leaving I said there was no need for you to call security I was just out here making a phone call to tell someone how you treated me tonight. Stephanie put one hand in the air made an offensive, homophobic gesture at me and said good luck with that and walked away. The other employee was giggling and laughing about it.It’s hard to believe that Estee Lauder would hire such rude homophobic people to work in their stores. I’ll take this further and report it to a district manager. I wouldn’t shop here though ever again.

When I am over in Lutz, I always make a trip to The Cosmetics Store at the Tampa Premium Outlet. As soon as I walk in, Brandon is there to greet me with a friendly smile and always ready to help me pick out all of my Clinique favorites at discounted prices. Today was my lucky day as I got all of my products half off. Thank you for all of your help today Brandon. Youre the best!

I absolutely love everything about this store. From the moment I walk in, the cleanliness and appearance of the place instantly make me feel like I’m in some super high end department store. The employees, however, make me feel like I’m at my local corner store. That, by the way, is a great thing. I get the feeling that they genuinely appreciate my business and want me to return, and the customer service is unmatched. They go beyond just making a sale and they are always willing to help me, which can’t be easy all the time when you are dealing with an indecisive customer with massive anxiety, like myself lol. I’ve been there 4 or 5 times recently and every time I walk through the doors I swear they have to be thinking “oh no, not her again...” (anxiety, remember?!), but those thoughts are gone within seconds thanks to the always friendly greeting and instant offers of assistance.In a time where customer service is dead, it is refreshing to have a reliable place to go when I’m looking for my favorite kind of stuff, and I will continue to shop there as long as I have a face...

Out of the many stores I’ve visited in the past, this is bar far the best. They always have a very nice selection and helpful associates. I can’t say enough about the manager Jen; she makes this location a truly fun place to shop. If you’re in the Tampa area, definitely check the cosmetics company out!

Every store has good and bad employees. I don’t fault the store bc one person is more friendly than the others. Everyone is different. But one thing is for certain, you can’t beat these prices!! Keep in mind this is a OUTLET store so the employees are not required to walk you threw color matching. That is a department store feature. They have stations everywhere where you can color match yourself. You can apply a shade and walk around while it oxidizes. Then check it out in one of the many mirrors in the store and tweak if necessary. Definitely recommend.

This place is awesome! I would never buy my cosmetics anywhere else! The store is always very clean, organized and well stocked. Cant beat the prices! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Sabet. She always provides outstanding customer service and always offers to demonstrate the products on me.

Shopping around for a gift for my girlfriend, but obviously dont really know what the brands are. Heard from her friend that this store has Mac and stuff so I went in and asked whats recommended, all in all very quick visit. Very helpful people thanks

This store is my saving grace. I can get all my favorite Bobbi Brown cosmetics here without breaking the bank. But what makes this store so special is Sabet, the store manager. She always takes time to show me how to use the products, and get the right colors picked for me. I’ve learned so much from her. Today I brought my mother in law in as well, and she helped her too. Staff members were rude and racist!!They were chatting in a group while I walked in. No one said hello or at least acknowledged me as a customer that they are willing to help. They acted as if I dont ever exist! They ignored me....I was kind of put off by their arrogance. When I picked up a lipstick, they just yelled at me loud:Miss, you cannot put that directly on your mouth, you have to use a Q-tip for hygiene purpose! I mean, I AM NOT WHITE but I AM NO DUMMY! I wasnt going to put that ON MY MOUTH! I wouldnt want to catch any virus from their lipsticks!!! I have never been yelled at in a beauty store like this my whole life!I didnt realized that they were being racist until one white lady and her teenage daughter walked in. They came in to buy some make-up for the teenage daughter. The staff were so helpful to them, stopped their group chat and greeted them as soon as they walked in. They helped them trying on different make up products: foundation, lipsticks, this and that..... I was there browsing still, and I noticed the difference.....I am kind of shocked that such obvious difference in treatment, respect and service still varies by your skin color.If someone of management level can see my review, please train your staff properly. I will never step into that racist store any more. If you are a women of color, I suggest you avoid that store as well. Stepping into that store will only ruin your happy shopping spirit. I was happy and enjoying a peaceful Sunday afternoon, but the whole experience there made me really upset. I couldnt even finish my shopping trip and decided to drive home immediately.

Was there for the international women day celebration. Ambience was superb and so was the meal. Great event.

I purchased a bobbi brown palette and a TF lipstick on Oct 6 2019. When I went home I found out that the batch code shows they were manufactured on 2016. Final sale.

I went here today and service was horrible. I come to this store every couple of months to get a specific lipstick. So today, my sister entered the store, 2 associates were conversing around the register, neither one acknowledged us. We walked around the store for a couple minutes, we still werent acknowledged. I picked up the product that I had came for, and approached an associate and told her I wanted 6 of these. Another associate told me that 5 was the limit, Ive never been limited before, and I told her as much. She proceeded to tell me that shes the store manager, and the limit is posted by the door. I decided then that I would go to another outlet for my lipsticks. Poor customer service.

The discounts at this store are not what they used to be. I bought a Clinique item that was only $2 less than the Clinique price. At that rate, might as well buy from Clinique and get your bonus gift.

The blonde short haired white lady is racist! She was staring and my husband and I the whole time in the tiny store. She thinks I didnt notice, but this just made me upset. Its true what the other reviewer said. I purchased a lipstick and she gave me the wrong color, I went home and had to come back and return it. I didnt use it and the other lady working there asked the blonde haired old lady if it was ok for me to just keep it due to the inconvenience, she said no and kept it for herself! HA I noticed because I saw her wearing it the next day. I live across the street so I went there to check it out again since she made me mad the first day and the lady was still eyeing my husband and I the whole time. Plus she gave white women samples when they purchased something and I purchased something and I had to ask for them. The old lady working here keeps samples to herself. Lady, its not going to make a difference on your horrible attitude. When someone is horrible it makes them an ugly person.
