This is such a good store for bath and beauty products. I often get hand sanitizer, bubble bath and holiday candles here. The fragrances are so nice and staff are clean and helpful.

Bath and body works was amazing! My first time going to the annual candle sale, this location is by far my favorite store. Sean the manager is AWESOME, very knowledgeable and ready to help with a smile.

Excellent assortment of products. Covid conscious, as only a certain number of people can be in the stores. They just started their holiday scents which are not my cup of tea since theyre too overpowering, but they also have their usual scents plus new ones that are more fresh, clean smelling. Their lotions and body washes are really good and their current sale for wall fresheners is good.

The smell was overwhelming for me so i didnt stay long but the Halloween scents are out

This location is amazing! Never knew they had one at the outlet mall, so a good surprise. Great experience from the time I came in to the time I left. Connor was awesome in helping me with what I needed, suggesting the best scents and making sure I knew all the deals going on today. Tanja was just as awesome with getting me checked out quick while still being very personable. All the employees were super friendly and ready to assist with any questions I had! Definitely will be returning!

Different experience due to the social distancing but they have established a smooth process. I waited about 15 min in line outside because they could only have 17 people at a time inside the store. They have limits on the hand sanitizer and hand soaps. Its not a bad experience just different.

Amazing sale and staff was attentive, friendly and on point with covid procedures.

This location is absolutely stellar! During my visit I was assisted by Raisa and Tanja, they are so great! All of the associates there are so friendly and gracious. I can tell they enjoy their job and love helping people! The store is well kept, and they are taking all necessary precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19. The cashier even wiped the counter down in between every customer. I don’t usually come to this location as I don’t live in Lutz, but I may have to make the trip from now on just because of how great this store is. This location might as well be Bath & Body Works flagship store cause of how amazing it is! Thank you again to Raisa and Tanja for all of your help and hospitality keep up the amazing work!!!

Love,love,love it there. Its beautiful inside smells delicious and theyre candles last and last a long time. They carry some delicious smelling bath washes,body creams,and some fantastic glitter body sprays.

Still at a store capacity limit. You will probably have to wait outside for a bit before you can get in. Look for coupons there is always a sale.

Best bath and body works I’ve been to in a while. The employees were very helpful and nice. Because they were knowledgeable about the products I ended up getting a whole bunch of new things to try that I normally wouldn’t have even looked at. I really like this store.

Nice store, nice staff, like all Bath & Body Works its just hard to maneuver when a lot of people are visiting.

The workers were so kind and funny the entire time we shopped. Bath and Body Works has a lot of very artificial scents, so its not the best place for someone who is sensitive to that sort of thing. They have lots of nice candles and room sprays that are a bit less overwhelming though.

Love everything about this place! The body lotions, candles, hand lotions, spa creams, all the fragrances are terrific! Always a good gifts options.
