On Google it has the store open until 8pm, however they actually close their stores and start clean up closing at 6:30pm. I had 2 women trying to assist me, however one was being ride and made me feel really uncomfortable and rushed. The other young lady was very respectful, patient and kind!!!! Also with this last experience with Sallys I felt like they were very overpriced and a lot more expensive than what they were the last time I went which was almost a year ago in Arizona.

Asked the two associates about the color vibrancy and they told me I should google it.The older woman was chewing gum while her mask sat uselessly on her chin. Why bother wearing it?

I was a very loyal customer of Sally’s until today. With the pandemic and people struggling in this day and age…..I just made a purchase and was asked if I would like a bag for my merchandise, for an additional 15 cents. How petty and sad! I deserved a damn bag for my purchase!!!

I always always always go to this sallys and its great everytime. & trust me i’ve dyed my hair more times than i can count and they always have the supplies i need !! great selection of hair dyes and brands, after care supplies, nail care and more! the only reason i rated this store a 4/5 is because of their staff service, they are wonderful but ocasionally they can be a bit grumpy and have attitude. although, most of the time they are very helpful and kind,,great place!! 10/10 love it :)

Sally Beauty is a great store if you are looking for supplies for hhair, skin, nails for personal use and professional salon use.The service is excellent. They are always willing to assist in finding anything or give advice and/ or general information.

Like shopping at this site, very helpful associates. Some of the time they are low on supplies and have to go to the one on Bruce B Downs. Other than that, I like this one the most.

High prices hardly any stock...empty shelves.

I went looking for a hair dryer that you sit under, there were none in stock so they called another store but they didnt have it either. The coworker looked it up in their catalog and ordered it for me. I am so happy. 😁

Last time I was there employees were rude and just standing in the way just talking to each other and not helping when I asked and then when I was about to leave they just kept on trying to get me to buy more stuff and when I declined they just kept going.And today I I went there at 7:19 and they were already closed even though they’re supposed to close at seven.

The workers were very nice as patient the only bad part is they didn’t know any answers to my questions

Great professional supplies.

The store is run very well, employees are friendly and helpful. I have had a couple of issues with their hair dye but they have been more than helpful and understanding. They are not professionals and cant predict how products will work on your specific hair type but they ate great with refunds and help. Overall, very pleasant staff. I also wouldnt get hair extensions from anywhere other than this specific store. I couldnt tell you why their extensions are better than that of other stores but the fact still remains their theirs ate better. Dont know of anyone who had significant issues with this store. :)

I stop in here every few months when I get a good coupon. Sometimes I get a great sales person and sometimes not so much. I normally need to ask for help cause its sorta hard to find things in there. The prices are good and most products are good and they normally have what Im looking for.

I used to go here often but one of the ladies there is very rude and has an attitude just from me asking questions about products. Don’t waste your time going to this store unless you’re looking for snotty comments and a bad attitude. 🙃

Shelves are never stocked and the sales clerk was less than helpful-I asked if they had what I wanted in the back and was told she didnt know. A truck had just come in. I asked if it was possible to check and was told yes, if I wanted to go back and hunt through 600 boxes that were all mixed up. I truly just wanted to smack her!

I do not understand the service of some of these stores, apart from the products being very expensive they do not give you bags to throw them, where we are going to get I do not know if it was the cashier who did not want but it turns out that you have to buy it from part that bad service, I had to carry them in my hand regardless of everything it was rude, just look at the amount of negative comments below the customer service, I have no doubt that it was the same person

Sallys is a great place to get beauty supplies. Its even better if u have their discount card! They have everything from shampoo to nail polish and everything in between! Go on in and see if u find what u r looking for

I went to this store for the first time today and I dont come back it was like 5:50 pm when I entered as they closed at 6pm the elderly lady who was there and the other employee were nothing of costumer service

Always nice to go into this Sallys. I didnt find what I was looking for, but the sales lady, who just started there in November, is always very helpful to try and find what I need.

I love this store!! They are always very helpful and always offer suggestions and mention the deals that they have.

This location has hired staff that is rude, and less than helpful. Always on the phone, and always seeming like they cant be bothered.

Great variety for hair coloring

This is my favorite Sallys. The ladies here are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Let my hair turn green before going there again..drive further for a better Sally store.

Drove all the way here and they are not open on Saturday. Sat for 20 minutes past 8 and no one showed up
