This Walgreens has the best Pharmacy team. Specifically, Sara. She is always so kind and remembers me by name. Love that! 😁❤️

I went to get a covid test at this location. For some reason they had no record of me having an appointment and refused to test me even after I showed them the picture I took of the confirmation showing them that the address, date, and time were all correct. I dont know if it was a system error or something, but I know many people who have gone to walgreens without appointments and have still gotten tested.

My go-to Walgreens. In a good location, nice and convenient and the pharmacy staff is nice. Has the selection that I expect from a Walgreens and have never had any issues here despite coming here for years.

The pharmacy staff, and especially the Manager Sarah are extremely courteous and go above and beyond to be helpful, the way a neighborhood pharmacy should be, even though they are sometimes understaffed and overworked.

Those working in this pharmacy are way more involved in letting me know about my prescriptions than my previous Walgreens. I switched over to this one from the one located in Collier Commons and have seen a great improvement in services. Before I would rarely get any calls about updates on my prescriptions and be left in the dark if there was an issue. This pharmacy has reached out to update me so I could keep better track of what I need. Thank you; I really appreciate it. Gives me more peace of mind knowing my prescriptions are being watched and taken care of.

Minute clinic robs you of your money. Wasted $140 to be told to eat a bland diet and go to the hospital if I wasn’t better in 24 hrs. A joke. They didn’t do any type of test for anything and only gave me medicine for nausea which was only 1/10 symptoms I was having. I’ve going here for years I’ll never go back save your money and go to the med express down the street. Ridiculous they wouldn’t even refund me a cent. Thanks for wasting my time and not helping!

All the managers are friendly and helpful. David is the best in helping with photography needs. The pharmacy team is phenomenal. Keyla are Sarah would always go the extra mile to help. There are so many good deals and coupons all the time. And they offer bonus reward points so often.

Best experience I’ve EVER had with a pharmacy. The team there is super helpful, informative, patient, kind, and straightforward. The head pharmacist took her time to take care of me and my needs. They truly want to help and go out of their way to make sure you don’t over pay for prescriptions or shots. Went there for travel vaccines and was out the door with 4+ shots and $0 in fees. Thank you so much for being customer centric and genuine, I appreciate it. Truly.

Have been renewing a prescription for my dog for 2years. We ask and its noted on the file to use a particular manufacturer. On several occasions the pharmacist has ignored the request and filled the RX with another brand. After this happened again, they were to reorder with the correct manufacturer. When I went in again, they never reordered the correct one pills and substituted a brand of her choosing.

Love Walgreens as a whole for their payment options (Apple Pay specifically) and the rewards program. I even have a running app that is affiliated and get Walgreens points for my workouts. Extra motivation for health! MOST IMPORTANT this specific location has the best pharmacy staff around! Sarah, the pharmacist, is always so positive and accommodating. She consistently goes above and beyond.

The pharmacy department at this Walgreens is OUTSTANDING. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting my prescriptions at the lowest prices. With discounts and my insurance, I was able to walk out paying over 50% less than I otherwise would have. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, you have a customer for life!

I also began having bad experiences with Walgreens about 7 years ago, but the land o lakes on on collier and this store have so far been great and now are I feel are winning back their clients over all departments! The Wesley Chapel store this one has a great staff in the pharmacy, I dont believe I have ever experienced better service then they have given me and it really matters as I am part of the medical field in employment and it makes a difference even a smile can make a patients day! You never know what they are going through and these Walgreen employees treat everyone well!

I am very impressed with this Walgreens pharmacy department! Sarah, the pharmacist and another pharmacy worker named Jeanne were very helpful with my prescription orders. Very friendly and efficient.

I recently moved to Tampa and Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to my house. I decided to give them a try instead of my usually pharmacy, CVS. Initially, it took them about THREE WEEKS to get my prescription in (after multiple phone calls to both them and my doctor). The next month, it was out of stock. I was assured it would be in the next day (it wasnt). At this point, I told the pharmacist that I would be switching. She told me that it would not be an ongoing problem so I stayed. About 3 or 4 months went by without any hitch but today I called to ask about my refill status and theyre out of stock again. Im only giving them 2 stars because the people working in the pharmacy are always super nice. I will be switching to a dependable pharmacy.

Great costumer service

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacist would not speak to me about getting a prescription filled that I’ve had filled at Walgreens for many years simply because it was not my usual store. She sent her tech to tell me and wouldn’t explain herself. I had to drive across town to get it filled. I asked my normal pharmacist and she said any Walgreens or even other drug stores should have filled it. Ridiculous!

They are closed even tho the website says they are open. I drove here to use labcorp. They should update their website instead of yelling at people like they shouldve known (when the website STILL) says theyre open.

I have never had such an awesome pharmacist in my life. I think her name is Sarah? Or perhaps there is more than one that I have talked to. Every single time I call this woman is a delight to talk to. Friendly, bubbly and willing to take extra steps to help me! I learned this when I accidentally called the wrong Walgreens and was told I would have to do all this leg work to get my issue resolved. I was thinking “this is weird they’re usually so helpful.” Then I realized and called the correct store and got the same sweet lady and she handled everything the other location said they “couldn’t do.” No one likes dealing with insurance but when you feel like you have someone on your team it makes it so much easier. I hope we always live close or honestly I would drive to this store just for the excellent customer service!

I shop at this location often an usually have a good experience. Tonight I pull up at 9:57 an watched the store manager let a customer in but as I attempted to come in he turned his back on me an would open the door or look at me. As a store manager of a global retail business (cell Carrier) I would never treat a paying customer this way and Nor would I allow one of my employees

Had an issue in the pharmacy, but the store manager promptly addressed the issue and handled it professionally and courteously.

I have boycotted Walgreens for over 5 years now because of attitude, and service and policies. I stopped into this Walgreens just recently thinking there might be change. Being an advocate customer for years before my boycott, I decided to try a different store. I figured it couldnt hurt and I had plenty of points on their program so at least I would save money.To my demise the system recognized my phone number told me how many points I had available but it couldnt recognize my zip-code. When nothing worked, I asked to speak to a Manager. He promptly showed up and offered me a phone number that I could call to wait and correct the problem. He couldnt correct it at the store level, even with legal documentation, and I guess he was to busy to make the call for me to prompt their service.Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything and will continue my boycott.

No compassion...9:01pm pharmacy closed even if youre waiting 🙄...yikes...hope they know they sell medicine not toys!
