I arrived at the exact time of store opening Angel was working alone, and there were many customers following me. Each of us had special issues to be addressed. Angel was quick, professional and polite the entire time. He resolved each of our issues and did not compromise service by handling things quickly.
I had a fantastic experience with Amber! We originally came into the store to pay off our phones and switch carriers but she was able to find us a better plan that saved us money and we ordered new phones. If you are in the area you want to come to this store all of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

I came here for a phone case, Left with a new phone. the staff here are friendly and super respectful, another customer came in while i was in the store and was having issues with their plan and the lack of help from verizons support line. BRAD was able to understand the customers frustration and answered all the questions he could. he gave the customer a number to call that will give direct support from verizon. i also want to mention that when i first came in the store brad straightaway asked what i needed, not even having to look through the racks of phone cases he was able to show me my options. he helped me make the (impulsive) upgrade to my phone easy and quick. he made sure i had all my files saved from previous phone, and was patient for me to make sure i have the phone in working order.i truly truly hope that whoever runs this store appreciates having such wonderful staff like brad, and a newbie who still was able to confidently help me even being 3 days new.
After receiving replacement phone and the quick switch feature didn’t work, we took old and new phones to store and Mike was able to help us quickly and efficiently. Super great customer service!!!

I had given this store 5 stars when I took my elderly mother in a few months ago based on the service we received that day. I would like to revise that review as come to find out this store is a COMPLETE scam. Do NOT go there for anything. My mom ordered a phone case and never received it and is still trying to get a refund for it. Additionally, the charges on her phone bill are NOT at all what was agreed upon and this particular store claims that this is out of their hands.. Long story short, They have no problem taking your money and upselling and they have a HUGE problem with customer service. I would compare my familys experience as buying a used car from a shady salesman. Dont waste your time or $$. I have filed a formal complaint with Verizon and the BBB.

I recently purchased open box Google Pixel 4XL online, brought it to this Verizon location to activate as a new client. I patiently waited 40 minutes for Brad to finish his business with another person. Finally, he connected my phone with his device to check for compatibility and with 100% confidence told me that it is not compatible. Very briefly he advised me to get my money back from the seller and buy used Verizon phone somewhere else. As a last resort he gave me customer service number to call from home. Minute before walking out of the store, he said he will do me a favor and gave me SIM card. At the end I was very upset with his bad news, came home and the customer service representative on the phone advised me that nothing is wrong with my phone (based on IMEI number ) and there is no issue with compatibility. My phone is activated with Verizon now and there is no issue at all. I didnt like this whole experience with Brad. I wish I spoke to another person who would explain this compatibility issue little better instead of rushing with his over-confident conclusions. I will not go back to this Verizon store. It was a terrible experience. I didnt come for Brad to do me any favors in the beginning, he spent less than 10 minutes with me and I felt rushed out of the store. I dont care how informative and talkative Brad is but this is not the customer service I was hoping for.

Store manager James was extremely rude, mimicking me, making fun on my accent and was not trying to help explain why our bill was 2x higher than what he told us it would be when he pushed the sale of these 2 phones on me and my wife. I am appalled at this type of treatment especially coming from a manager. I will be canceling service with verizon due to this unprofessional, disgraceful attitude and blatant disrespect of us as new customers of Verizon.

My problem with this place, is that they charged me a set-up fee without telling. me first. In fact, I didnt find out until after I paid. You have to make it clear before you charge someone, but I guess thats their game. There were 2 men in there and neither said a word. Super disappointed.
I want to share what an amazing experience I had at this Verizon store! Jacob Miller was exceptional! He is very polite, respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable! He handled my upgrade from a Samsung S8 to an S10+ - making sure that everything transferred correctly and was working on the S10+! I have never experienced this level of service! He is very patient answering all my questions and making sure that I understood his answer! The tablet that was part of the promotion, was not in stock. When it arrived, he delivered it to my house and made sure that it was working! I have been to many Verizon stores over the years, but none can compare to this store! I feel very blessed that Jacob handled my upgrade! I strongly recommend this location!

Went in this location for the first time and had a great experience! Nick really helped out with my daughters phone upgrade. Was really funny, had my kids laughing! Really went out of his way to call customer service to try and fix an issue. Ron had also helped out. From now on we wont go to any other location. We received fast service. Not like most locations. Today I went into Verizon for an issue that I’m having with new S9. I was eagerly approached by Mychal. He knew what the issue was almost immediately and made an adjustment to my settings to ensure it never happens again. I usually don’t post reviews.. whether good or bad but this individual deserves to be recognized because he left such a lasting impression. Phenomenal customer service! And I almost always stop at whatever Verizon store I’m passing, but I felt so taken care of this location that I have to go back!
I hate going to cell phone service stores but I was pleasantly surprised last Sunday. The staff are very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, solved all my problems and stayed past closing time to do it! That is definitely my store of choice now!

Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Totally got BSd when I got new phones added to my lines. Brad Conveniently forget to tell me about all the activation fees. When I paid the start up fees and taxes in the store, he said that was it. Got my bill this month and there was an extra $300 on it. Called and he said he apologized he FORGOT to tell me. I have been to other Verizon stores and purchased many phones, accessories and services and was never mislead. I agree with the other review that says these people are SALES people and slick.WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER!

Slick is the best word to describe this place. Nice but slick. Go it to buy 2 phones and switch to Verizon. Get the BOGO deal, drop $950 that day, and then get 2 iPads with out being told they would be on a plan and $40/month until my first bill cycle (which was $440). Then... they won’t refund or help out when I don’t want them. Said I’m stuck with it for 2 years. I’ll make more phone calls to head office and get my refund, but lying in the beginning to make the sale is a lack of integrity. Be careful with promos and deals. Get the clarification of costs first. These guys are all sales people. Their job is sales. You are on your own after you walk out the door.

The 3 young co workers Gabby, Myke, and Jacob here are super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Im not currently a full customer. I stopped in for a charging cord but I think because of them Im switching from my carrier.
I came into this location after being treated very poorly and being told there was nothing that could be done to help me at a different Verizon. After explaining the issues with my phone to their salesman, they were extremely friendly and actually had options for me! He was able to get me a new phone and save me money! I was not even told about the Edge plans at the other store and this store explained them to me in detail. By switching to it, it kept my bill the same but yet got me my new phone without paying the huge 2yr price and they even gave me a deal that included a case, car charger, and screen protector for the new phone. Since I was switching from an iPhone (which I had for many years) to the new Galaxy S6 Edge, I was clueless to how it functioned. He took the time to explain the phone to me and show me how it works. I didnt feel like just another number or that they were just trying to get thru the waiting list as quickly as possible, like I did at the other store. I will definitely go back to this location with any future needs and send all of my friends and family here! Thank you for the amazing experience!!
One of the few Verizon stores Ive ever been to that showed me they truly cared about me as a customer. They took the time to find the right solution and make sure my bag had everything In it necessary to ensure a great experience with the products I was leaving with.
This was the best experience at any Version I ever been to. Jacob was very knowledgeable about my situation. I run over my phone with a 67000 pound truck. So you know what condition it was in. It was a IPhone and the find my phone was still on. I had no way to turn it off. Jacob got it turned off. I went in for a insurance situation with the deductible being too high 199.00 that sucks. So Jacob said I was eligible for a upgrade so I went from a damaged iPhone 7pluse to a IPhone XR. Very pleased so far.
