Purchased a truck. Seller provided me with a list of known problems which, I accepted. Truck broke down in the parking lot of the dealership. They were able to get it going. Broke down again after driving about 40 miles. Had to pay to have the truck towed to my house. I sent an email to Streetside telling them this. The truck was sold with no warranty. So, I don’t expect them to give me my money back or anything. A response from them would have been nice though.
Just purchased corvette from them and had it shipped to NY. When car arrived driver of truck informed us the clutch is not functional and car was not drivable. When I called Scott my salesman he said the car was fine when it left and not their problem. I asked for documentation the car was checked out and in working order prior to shipping and they could not produce anything. I am now looking at thousands in repair bills for this non functioning car they sold me. They do not stand behind what they sell, I would advise staying away from this place...
This was my first time buying a classic car. I found Streetside by chance, was searching for the year/model/make of a car I had wanted for many years. Brad Yach contacted me and was great to work with, he explained the entire process. Brad connected me with the right people for credit and car insurance on a classic car which I had no idea about. Brad also connected me with a shipper since I wanted to car shipped to me out of state. The entire process was much easier than I expected, and the best part is that I love the classic Oldsmobile that I purchased. Great experience and I would definitely recommend Streetside, and I will use them again for my next classic car!
My best experience ever selling a collector car. Pristine facility, great organization and company! Honest, extremely knowledgeable, excellent communications. Took great care of my vehicle and they know how to close the deal. I am very appreciative. Keep up the great work. All the employees deserve a lot of praise!Thank you,Mark Beverly Hills, Florida
Honesty is the quintessential reason car buying is painful. Although I did not make a purchase today I was impressed with my phone conversation with Sales MGR Justin Clark. He fully disclosed everything they found defective on the vehicle. I highly recommend any buyer in the market give them a try.
Really nice place with a good staff. Great selection of cars
First experience with Streetside Tampa & couldn’t be more impressed. Good & regular communication during the time they had my Corvette Pace Car. Car was handled with care while in their possession & was sold in a timely manner. Dave, Brian, Brad, & Beth were all professional & answered each of my questions & concerns. This was so much easier & better then trying to sell the car myself. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.
I brought my son here to look at all of the cars.I dont know who was more excited... him or me.
The 1978 Ford truck I viewed was definitely misrepresented. The salesman had zero background information on the truck. I asked over the phone before I drove to view said truck about rust in the common areas. Truck had exposed rust in drip rails and cab corners were definitely full of bondo. I asked before had about a test drive and it was not allowed. Against my instinct I drove out to view this truck. I was introduced to Ryan as my sales guide. I walked truck for few mins and expressed my disappointment to Ryan. His lack of concern was more disappointing than the condition of the truck. I then noticed a home made illegal lift on front of truck. I pointed such out and Ryan informed me he did not care truck is sold “as is” I explained it’s not DOT compliant and unsafe for the road. His response was this just isn’t the truck for you obviously. No regard for safety or well being of a potential customer or anyone else on the road. I will report this vehicle to the DOT as well as contact the DMV. His not my problem Attitude shows the quality of such vehicles. Definitely avoid this establishment till they care about the vehicles they are selling.
Clean and great selection. Awesome rides
I love old hotrods!! And Streetside has alot.....200+ on the day I went!! I took my grandson, we spent a couple of hours in the warehouse and enjoyed every minute!!!
John was a huge help very impressive showroom professional courteous great to do business with highly recommend
Sheesh Streetside, I know I gave you 5 stars, but I was going to write my review another day. Well, since you are on top of your ish and replied already Ill give it now 😂The staff members greeted my dad and I upon entry with smiles (bonus points for me), hell the one guy even said bye and wished us back (I just realized that!)... Okaaay Streetside Classics, come through with the customer niceties!!!Lets seeeeee, you can go into the showroom to view the cars and decide on your purchase(S). The facility was clean inside and out and they had a nice array of cars. My favorite one is pictured.I will be returning soon. Ill take more pics next time and update my review. #HappyLookingAndShopping
The place you want to go if youre looking for a classic car. Great selection of vehicles .Scott very professional and knows about classics.
Great selection of classic cars . Purchased a Corvette today. Brian Gulash was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great place to see classic cars.
Was a great buying experience. Justin was honest and up front. Very helpful . Cant say enough!! Great job!!!
Great place to view a.variety of qualiry classic.vehicles-just.dont get Scott.as.a.salesmanPerhaps he was off his game on the 27 of Feb but wont deal w him again. My requests on that date were not worthy of his attention. Jake
I have sold cars with both Streetside and Gateway. I guess I would compare Streetside to a Barrett Jackson and Gateway with Mecum. My experience with Streetside went very smoothly, at 45 days if car has not sold they adjust their price to generate more interest. The best part is they have a 3 hour goal from deal closure to notification of customer with check all prepared. The 3 hours is just terrific ! Now I also sold a car at same time with Gateway. The process is similiar but their reduction in price is asking customer to reduce the net to owner (NTO) amount. Streetside did not do this. Also, Gateway payment to Customer. I am being told they cut checks on Friday and even though the wire transfer occurred on Tuesday I will have to wait almost 2 weeks. They said corporate has to approve the paperwork and authorize check. That means they float my $60,000 for almost 2 weeks. So, even though Gateway is closer I would pick Streetside first. Not saying that Gateway does not have good employees but they are wrapped around the axle with corporate policy. Oh, I was selling 2 cars at the same time with each dealer so market conditions are exactly the same.
Nice selection of older cars and pick ups..some restored..some retro..some original..
I recently purchased a beautiful 1951 Chevy Bel Air from Streetside Classics on-line. This was my first time buying a vehicle via the web and I must admit that I was quite skeptical of the whole process. But thanks to Justin Clark, Sales Manager of Streetside my buying experience was incredibly amazing. Justin meticulously walked me step by step through the process including my independent vehicle inspection, negotiations, sales transaction, and transport. I am absolutely grateful to the Streetside Classic team for their honest, straight forward, No BS, and professionalism. This was the first purchase with Streetside but will most definitely not be my last.
Nice group of people who love what they do.
Found my 72 Triumph Spitfire, fastest transaction ever. By the time we oggled the beautiful cars there, us sucking on a coffee, paperwork was done. Knowledgeable staff, helped load the car onto our trailer, went smooth as silk. Recommend this place for any car junkie. Worth the trip just to see the inventory. Bring money, youll want one or three 🤣
Street side has some of the best hot rods on sale that I ever had the chance to visit great service great people love people there my best friend bought a car from street side
There are lots of classic cars in all types of conditions from project cars to mint condition. Excellent way to spend a day.
We drove over 100 miles and no one came out off the off limits office that the buying customers are not allowed in. Nothing like good customer service thanks for nothing
I did my homework prior to selecting someone to sell my hot rod and it sure paid off. I was always kept in the know as to what was transpiring on selling my car by multiple personalities at the Tampa Streetside Classics operation. These folks did me a very admirable job and I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting results and top $s for their vehicle.Great Job Guys and Girls!!
The staff are GREAT! The owner is a woman who built it from the ground up. Kudos to her for being a great boss that her employees love to work for/with.
Comment:Purchased1937 Ford Pickup from Brian at the Tampa Showroom. My Son who lives in Tampa went to check out the Vehicle. Brian took him for a test drive and answered all of my questions and some of his own. Transportation to Boerne Tx, was arraigned and vehicle arrived yesterday. Kudos to Brian and Streetside Classics. The Best Mike
Great Selection and no harassment as you browse!
Awesome cars totally professional. Going back every two weeks to see the turnover.
Streetside Classics did a great job in handling the sale of my classic car. They were very responsive, low pressure and professional. Selling a car privately is difficult and time consuming. Although there is a cost to consign a car the positives are definately worth it and their fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend contacting them if you want to sell a classic car.
Put my truck on consignment with Streetside Classics. They evaluated the truck and told me a realistic price I could expect for it. I accepted the terms, and there were no fees or hidden costs. My truck was on their webpage within a week. I assumed it would take a while to sell, but with the exposure this place has, virtually world wide, had my truck sold and a check waiting for the agreed amount within just a few weeks. No hassies of phone calls, showings, lowballers, advertising... all taken care of by them and they excel at it.Very satisfied with the results of dealing with Streetside Classics!
Big warehouse full of cars, only saw one guy with a customer, he showed no interest in connecting with us or the other two people who entered after we did...left with many unanswered questions after a 90 minute drive down to see the stock.
Its hard to review a company that doesnt allow you in the front door. Youre only allowed in if youre a paying customer. Youre not allowed in to look, just purchase.I was in the parking lot and called this place to try to get in to look at the cars. Well Im not sure if Im going to buy anything until I look at it, and looking online does not give you a good representation all the time. I have more than 40 cars and I was planning to possibly purchase 1 or 2 today but the guy named Brian said that we dont allow people in to browse only to buy. I will purchase from someone else. This place does not have the best business sense when you have someone right there in your parking lot. Way to bite the hand that feeds you streetside classics.
Sold us a beautiful’67 Chevelle with, at a minimum, blown head gaskets ( possibly more damage) after we had it inspected by the licensed “inspector “ they recommended. Spoke to salesman S and manager J and they blew me off. My mistake! Stay away!I am updating my response about 3 months after this original review and upgrading from 1 start to 3. We are fortunate to have an attorney in the family and we were able to work through her to resolve this issue. She worked directly with Mike, in their NC Office, and they were able to come to a resolution that we accepted. Mike was diligent and responsive and responded in the ways we had hoped the original Streetside employees we contacted would have.
Amazing cars and knowledgeable staff!
Loved all the cars. Supportive sales staff. Brad was very helpful.
Great place, cars well taken care of and great quality and selection. Service was perfect, friendly, honest, professional and no pressure. Great overall experience, nicely done Streetside Classics
Love classic cars? A must see place. You might find your next toy..Or new addition to the family..
Ive sold 5 of my collector cars with Justin and his team at Streetside. Each time its been a great experience and get me what I need out of the cars while handling the entire sales process. Look forward to working with them again in the near future.
Great place to buy or sell a classic carA must visitSold my classic in no time!!’
I dealt with Justin and Scott. They handled the sale of my custom V8 powered Pontiac Solstice. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They put up a lot of great pictures and an extensive description of my car on their website and the car was sold in a very short time at a good price. All the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Justin and his people. Dealing with Justin, Scott and Streetside Classic was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a classic or unique car.
Great people, perfect facility. If you want to sell your car or truck this is the place.
Awesome selection. Friendly staff and always helpful with your questions. Highly recommended.
Very professional group. They did everything they said they would.
Very nice place, with huge inventory. I will your customer definitely. Greetings from United Kingdom even this hard time.
The place has vintage and classic cars on display for every one to see.
They made selling my car easy and its sold in 2 months
I had a 1979 MGB that was listed by Streetside Classics and I am sorry to say that after 3 months, they lost my 2 tops, the Boot & Tonneau. Worse yet, they refused to replace them. Be very careful with any property that you entrust to Streetside. I was told that I would need a photo of the missing property, in the car, with a newspaper to establish the date. Very unprofessional.
Great place to buy or sell a classic car.You have to stop in and look at what’s on the floor an amazing car show!Cool staff that knows their stuff!!
I bought a car from them. Dave Pfister was the salesman who helped me. He answers questions fast and is always available.Good communication. They are a class organization with nice cars and a beautiful showroom.I thought their prices were reasonable too!So if your in the market for a classic, dont hesitate. All in all a positive experience.
Great experience buying a classic car from these guys. For me it really took the worry out of buying a 40+ year old car.First of all, the place is amazing! Over a 100 classic cars on display for you to check out. They should charge admission, its that cool.Scott, my salesman, was the opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. Not pushy, quick to point out potential issues as we found them on cars we looked at and really seemed to love his job. Finally I was in and out in quickly and they were happy to take care of all the paperwork.I would recommend this place to anyone.
Scott handled the actual sale of my 1959 Ford Galaxie, but over the course of my engagement with Streetside Classics, I spoke with many members of the team (Justin, Carolyn and others)...I call it a team because that’s exactly how they acted. There was seamless communication from one team member to the next and I was never left searching for the right person to talk to. They also provided the right balance between patience and reality (in terms of adjusting the price) in order to get a fair price. Even at the very beginning of my engagement, I had some logistical problems getting my car to their shop and they extended their network of towing services and mechanics to make sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. These guys did a fantastic job and provide a model for a well-run and teamwork oriented business.
Justin arranged the consignment of our vehicle and Dave handled the sale. I had been acquainted with Streetside Classics for some time and the moment arrived where we had to sell our car. I can’t believe how quickly the transaction took place. They were honest and transparent with everything. I would also like to acknowledge Nancy and Matt for their assistance in the process. Thank you guys.
I had been searching for a replacement for a car I sold. I had a less than stellar experience with a competitor (2 locations). I had looked over the Streetside website a few times and decided to take the 2 hour drive to check out a car in person. The website description exactly fit the actual condition of the car. No surprises. They have a lighted drive on lift to view undercarriages and test drive was welcomed. All of the employees were cheerful and knowledgeable car guys. I dealt directly with Scott Remington and he was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job getting the deal put together. Scotts after-sale follow up also has been great. Im a completely satisfied customer
Streetside Classics made everything easy. Justin and Dave sold my first car. I thought to myself, this was too easy, so I sold my other car through them. I started looking for my next car and found it online at another Streetside Classics in Nashville. Matthew helped me make that happen. I cant say enough about them. They know their cars, they market the cars to reach potential buyers, and on the buying side, they worked hard to get me my new classic Vette. Carolyn completed the paperwork for all three making it simple and smooth. I highly recommend Streetside Classics.
This is such a cool place. Its like your own personal car show and the staff are always eager to help and ask any questions you have. Some great deals there too. Just depends on what youre looking for.
Fun place to look at vintage cars, they are all for sale, if you are in the market :)
By far the easiest transaction for a vehicle Ive been a part of. Made me feel welcomed and they were excited to show me the car! I live two hours from the shop and by the time I got there Dave had the car on their lift ready for me to inspect. They truly are a transparent company not looking to hide something wrong with a vehicle. I needed to have the vehicle delievered and they even coordinated that for me. Cant say enough positive things about Streetside.
This place is THE BEST to sell your classic cars. Everyone is professional, so helpful & accommodating to make the sale of your classic cars very easy and enjoyable. I would give them more than a 5 star if I could!
Very cool place to see old classic cars and see if you want to actually purchase one. They have an immense showroom with soooo many cars.
This place has some historic automobiles! The last Saturday of the month they have a car show in the morning. Love spending time out there with my Son. If you are a car guy, you have to check this place out!
Top notch professionals. If you are selling they will take care of your classic and make sure it gets sold. For buyers, a great selection and great sales people. Pleasure working with Scott.
Amazing selection of cars. Staff was friendly.
Love this place. Their cars are amazing. And the staff is professional.
Just stopped by for the first time today. I didnt even think A classic car showroom was a thing.. especially so close to home. They have any and every dream car you could ever imagine and the price tags are not ridiculous by any stretch. The staff was very courteous to let me take a few pictures and even pop the hood for me on a couple of them. Someday I will definitely be making a purchase here. 5 Stars hands down.
Like a classic and exotic car show... but all the cars are available for purchase!
What a place for vintage cars! If you like cars from yester year then this is a MUST see place. Not only can you reminiss but you can also buy a car from your past. So bring your check book and drive one home today. This place is very clean and large so take your time looking. Oh, did I mention it is free admission! There are about five or six other locations around the country so if you dont see something you are looking for, chances are one of their other stores might have it. So, this is the place to go if you like older cars. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!
What an incredible inventory of vehicles. If your looking for it, its there.
Ive sold 2 classic cars and purchased another in the past year. Everyone on the staff, and I mean everyone, is professional and courteous. Office Mgr. Nancy Valera makes the paperwork easy. Scott Remington & John Hayes handled all the negotiations with the buyers and all I had to do was come pick up my check.
Cars are super close together hard to get a good look. There are alot of over priced vehicles they dont match to condition.Building has nice lay out and is VERY clean. Staff VERY Nice and I like how they dont hover over you.
Simply awesome!
Streetside Classics in Tampa is amazing! Scott Remington helped guide me through the process of buying my first classic car (68 Chevelle) with a passion and professionalism that is second to none. Being a first time classic car buyer, I needed a ton of help and Scott was more than happy to help walk me through the process. Scott gave me great contacts for insurance, mechanical work and anything else I needed to be sure I was set up and ready to go.On the day of my actual purchase the whole team at Streetside was so welcoming and helpful, I felt like I was being invited into a very cool family of people who truly want to help and enjoy making their customers happy. Beth, Nancy, Brian, Dave, Scott and the entire crew were amazing in every way. I had to bring my dog with me that day and the ladies in the office even watched my pupper while was out on my test drive!Scott had many clients that day but I never felt rushed or in any way neglected even though I know he was really busy. Scott stayed as cool as the other side of the pillow and you could tell that he has a very detail oriented way of looking at the world and was able to balance the multiple tasks Im sure he was juggling. Scott even found the time to help me bring my multiple vehicles that I had with me over to Running Great Auto to give my new ride a checkup. The actual transaction was very clearly and thoroughly explained and any questions I had were answered honestly and directly. No b.s. or salesman tactics used at any point, just honest information to help guide my decision making process.I really cannot say enough about the whole team at Streetside Classics in Tampa and if/ when I am in the market for another classic, Streetside will be my first stop.
We just went to look at the cars. It 8s a consignment shop with some beautiful cars and fairly high prices. Definitely fun to look!
Great variety and selection. Prices are too high, but you pay extra when you buy from a trusted seller like this. Love cars and coffee events.
My kids love to go and take a look at the nice cars collection they have. The people there are always friendly, welcoming and allow us to go into the show room.
I cant afford anything here but I love to go see all the awesome cars.
Some beautiful cars. Gotta check it out!
First time to visit and was very impressed with the showroom, warehouse and with an inventory that will meet anyones wants and dreams. Awesome!
