Approximately 6 months ago, we purchased a used 2005 Maxima from Prestige Motors. It seemed like a great vehicle with low miles and in great shape. the price was decent and the customer service was very good. Unfortunately, within a month and a half, the vehicle started having overheating issues. We had to replace fan motors with upgraded fans to keep the car cool. We thought this was the fix but it kept happening. After about six months, our mechanic discovered what the problem was. The vehicle had a blown head gasket. I reached out to Prestige to see if they would be willing to help cover repair costs or even a portion of it and they said no. They were nice but still no help. The mechanic said there was evidence that someone put stop leak in the radiator to hide the leak. So even though they were very nice, buyer beware and check your vehicle thoroughly before buying with them. Otherwise, you might be paying thousands of dollars like me to replace the head gasket.

I really like the way these people do business. The office is clean and they don’t pressure you into doing anything. They don’t even need to be in the car when you test drive. *Most* cars come with a reasonable dealer warranty. Unfortunately I couldn’t make a deal with them because the brand of the car I was looking at was no longer in business and thus wouldn’t include a warranty, which I understand. However if I ever find myself in another situation where I need to buy a used car I will definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone else in the market.

However, even after telling them I no longer was interested, I have since received multiple emails, calls, and text messages per week from this company, asking if I had already bought a car from someone else. It got to the point I had to block them on my phone and email. Because of this pushy sales tactic, I would not do business or inquire on anything else from Prestige Motors in the future.

Found this place when I was looking through dealerships on Autotrader. I was just looking for a used car that looked safe and was in my budget, and they had one in their inventory that fit the bill and even looked nice!Called them up and spoke to Nick, he was very easy to talk to and answered my questions straight up, didnt pressure me to come in to get information or anything. I work long hours and didn’t have the time to car shop, I picked out the cars I liked, called and Andrew and he worked magic to find the car that fit my budget and was perfect for me. I came in on my day off the car was waiting for me out front with my name on it, I test drove it and signed papers and was out in about an hour. All the staff was super nice, friendly and very helpful. By the way this was my first time buying a car and they definitely made it a wonderful experience.

I usually dread car shopping... the slimy snake oil car salesman is what Im accustomed to, but let me tell you how amazing this place is! There was zero pressure, no hard sales tactics or price haggling. I first found them online. The car buyer there has a very good eye and only brings in super clean, accident free inventory (and doesnt run the auction circuits like other used car dealerships). When I went to see some cars in person and met Jim, I felt like I was talking to my cousin or family member. For the first time in my car-buying experiences, I actually felt like he was on my side and only wanted to put me in the vehicle that was best for me. If that wasnt enough, their financing guy, Andrew, took the time to actually shop my financing to several different banks and credit unions to get me the best loan rate (not like a new car dealership where they only offer dealership-based financing). This saved me a ton of time, but thats not the best part... anyone who has loan shopped before will tell you how it can ding your credit because each institution will do a separate credit check and every credit inquiry counts against you; but at Prestige, Andrew was able to shop my loan with a single credit check and got me a rate lower than expected. I love these guys. It was such a positive experience that I went back the following week and bought a second car from them for my daughter who just got her license. I cant give them a high enough rating: clean cars at value prices with excellent financing options and superior customer service. It doesnt get any better!

Experience was definitely a 5. We worked a decent deal out with my car. Got a full extended warranty that covers everything on my car for the next 100,000 miles. They were able to get me a better rate that the bank Ive banked with for the last 7 YEARS.I didnt write a review when i drove off the lot to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicle.After three days of having it, the light was flashing saying i needed oil and my windshield wiper fluid was (i immediately freaked out because i just got it) . I called them the next morning really upset and frantic. They immediately apologized. They had me bring it in and they fixed it with no hassles or gimmicks. And they offered a free detail with an oil change.They have been SUPER understanding. Nick and Andrew are great guys. They are professional and really try and get you into the car you want with unlimited financing options. Nick happened to be a Saab enthusiast and hooked me up with service, parts, etc. They are good on their word. I have recommended my boss go to Prestige as she needs an SUV. Their cars are the best used cars you are going to find at a used car dealer. My Saab is 9 years old and you would never know it didnt just roll off the showroom floor. All of their cars are amazing. Dont bother going to your bank, as they have all of the resources for financing. Definitely recommend this dealer.

I recently bought a 2006 Ford Mustang for my wife at Prestige Motors. They were extremely professional and made it easy. I have purchased a few used cars over the years but have never seen a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. There was an issue with the rear differential and they promptly had it repaired with no issues whatsoever. It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle. I am sure I will be doing business with them in the future. (posted with my daughter;s google acct.)

I found the best deal in Tampa and the transaction, financing, going through the car and test driving everything was so smooth. I have never seen anybody like this professional before. We bought here! The experience viewing their cars and test driving were superb. Their car options was varied and excellent. The prices were more than reasonable and the process of buying was straight forward and fair. Andrew was a huge help and is an excellent salesman who made me feel at ease. I didnt feel pushed to do anything more than I wanted and it was quite refreshing after visiting a lot of dealerships that week. They are a small store but they make up for it with heart and excellent product and service. Give them a shot!

I posted an earlier review though about a week or two later changed most of it. When I purchased my Prius I noticed a noise of which I was told was nothing.(Because they have an awesome team inspecting their vehicles).After about 3 weeks the check engine lights came on so I went to Toyota, where they told me I needed a 4,200 dollar fix to replace the brake actuator. The tech said this issue had been going on for a months by the looks of it. I spent 2 days and about 900 dollars fixing it myself (which isn’t what you expect when you purchase a car for this price, used or not).Let’s backtrack: when making this deal they told me they would cover the expenses of the registration/tags/taxes and whatnot. They started calling me every single day for 82 dollars to pay for the registration because they slipped it into the contract that I had to pay for it (without my knowledge). When I spoke with them, I mentioned the situation with the brake actuator when they said “Oh, we will take care of the taxes when you get the diagnostics” (big deal: maybe 35 bucks 😂). When I got to the mechanic they never received anything to cover the taxes so I tried to call them to no avail and paid for it myself. Once I paid their 82 dollars, it seemed they didn’t want to help me further.Now it’s been about 3 months since I’ve had this car and the tint job is so bad that it’s peeling on the passenger and driver side of the car and these dudes didn’t even put floor mats in the car when they sold it to me.Mind you, I never leave bad reviews. These guys were very sketchy with the whole deal, acting like they were giving me such a deal and helping me so much when they must have known about such a huge issue on this car. I personally wouldn’t recommend to anyone as the cracks began to show. But hey, who knows, my story might be an isolated case.I hope others don’t have to deal with the issues I did! I just wanted to share my story with this dealer.

Prestige Motors is where you want to go I have been shopping for a car over a month now. No other dealer was able to offer better deals that fit my needs or was willing to help approve a loan for me. The sales reps here are the best especially Andrew he has help me through my process and was always understanding. The cars are in great shape and great looking you wont want to go anywhere else. Just an overall great experience. I searched online for a specific car I was looking for and they had it. Wrote them that I was interested and got a call the next morning from Greg, a super nice guy, as he was driving to work! I drove to their car lot a couple hours later, test drove the car, and was driving home in it in no time at all. Greg was awesome, as was the rest of the team. No pressure sales and very easy to work with. Got financing with no issues and the car is in tip top condition according to my personal mechanic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Ask for Greg.

I never felt forced into making a decision or pressured. All the staff remembered my name when I called and were super friendly. We didnt come into this process thinking seriously about a trade in but they went over all our options and offered us a fair market value for our vehicle.
