Joe was who talked to me. Hes Very nice guy. Great with explaining. Has everything I need and also has a grid charger to charge my battery. I cant believe I didnt think about simply recharging my battery pack. It saved me thousands $$$$ of dollars. I brought both of my batteries and Im going to be bringing one more in. My family has bought 2 prius from here and I come back for regular maintenance. They are very nice. And most times Ive been in and out in a timely manner. There is a very comfortable lounge to wait in if it takes a while.

We spend summers away from our FL home. Our son drives our 2007 Prius once in awhile, but the traction battery died while we were away. Todd and Susan were incredibly helpful in getting the Prius transported to their location, giving us a Facetime tour of a Nissan Leaf that we were interested in and then dealing with all the paperwork back and forth via Express mail, emails and texts. They are incredibly knowledgeable about hybrids and EVs and were happy to answer all our questions bc EVs are new to us. Tampa Hybrids is the most trustworthy car repair shop I have ever been to. Todd always gives fair and easy to understand pricing. The mechanics are all super knowledgeable and professional.I went to Tampa Hybrids twice this month. The first time, I had to replace my regular car battery. Todd went out of his way to look up my past purchases, and saw that my battery was still under 50% warranty, so I only had to pay half of the price of the battery. He replaced it in less than half an hour and I was on my way.I drive an old Prius, and it has been consuming oil faster and faster. A few days ago, I checked my oil level and it was dry. I freaked out, thinking I had an oil leak. I brought the car in and one of Tampa Hybrids mechanics, Joe, took his time to top off my oil, give my car several test drives, and double, triple, and quadruple check that I didnt have any leaks. Joe and Todd gave me in depth instructions and advice for maintaining my car, all for free.I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service, knowledge level, and pricing is all above and beyond.

My journey to hybrid begins before Tampa Hybrids. I went to check some Prius in other lots and most of them didnt have a clue about this type of cars. Until I went to Tampa Hybrids and it completely blew my mind! Todd explained me difference about trims and the hybrid system. Needless to say, I knew I was in the right place. Never felt pressured, I stayed almost 2 days browsing cars, jumping from one to other but frankly it was because I couldnt make my mind! His inventory was hand picked and very meticulously checked. At the end, I went for a 2013 Prius Persona (same as TJ has). Im writing this review 7 months AFTER purchase was made and until today NO ISSUES! Great place, great persons, great cars!

Todd is really great to work with. My father originally purchased a prius from him. My father purchased it 110,000 miles on it. It was very little maintenance for him. I started a job where I was driving between 450-600 miles a week and the cost of gas was starting to add up. I purchased my fathers prius with 178000 miles on it. I drove it until 260,000-262,000 miles and the maintenance performed if I can recall correctly was air filters, 1 set of spark plugs, 2 set of tires, regular oil changes, and the inverter water pump. At first I wasnt very excited about owning a Prius from owning a couple sports cars, but I was so amazed by the reliability and efficiency that I purchased my second Prius from Todd. I recommended a few friends to him and one of the purchased from him and they love their car so much. If you want a reliable and affordable car, buy a Prius. If you want to buy a Prius without any frustrations or hassles see Todd at Tampa Hybrids.

Well I can only agree with everything that I have read in previous reviews. Todd is great to deal with. I came to look at a Model S and he took the time to explain every feature that the Tesla had. No pressure to have to buy right that minute, just inform me of the options that were available on the lot. With service like that I will be back to his car lot when the right used car is available.

Todd is very helpful. I had Some issues going on with my generation 2 prius. I called and he was able to help me diagnose a few issues and gave me a good price on a used battery.

Tell him what youre looking for and hell show the cars that match. My entire process was easy and fast. The cars were a little more expensive that I could have got elsewhere, but what I bought runs without a problem.2 weeks after the sale I wanted some changes to the computer (remove the seatbelt warning beeps, etc..) and he pulled out the tools and had it done in 5 minutes - no charge. Would buy here again.

This is the only place I would take my hybrid for repair. I trust them and feel confident that they are doing me right!

I was amazed that I had absolutely no waiting time today for service of my 2015 Prius. I usually have to wait a good while at the dealership even with a scheduled appointment. Mechanic and owner were very courteous and helpful in explaining the problem. They also have a comfortable waiting room with a T.V., couch chairs and seperate table. I will definitely be back.

Todd is amazing! I was broken down 615 miles from home and he was able to replace my hybrid battery and get me back on the road. He truly went out of his way to help me and was honest and fair in all of our dealings. His price was also much more reasonable than the dealership. I would recommend him to anyone.

They were awesome. Thought I needed a new hybrid battery but after he did the diagnostic it turned out my daughter had run out of gas! During the diagnostic it showed a couple of minor things that he took care of and didn’t charge me. They were kind and HONEST!!! Their prices are a lot cheaper than the Toyota dealership. Todd is honest and trustworthy, and has the best inventory.Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase my hybrid from Todd because of some financing issues on my end, but he was still gracious enough to help me out with further questions I had about upgrades and enhancements for the Prius I purchased from another dealer. I originally went to Todd with my 2004 Prius to look at a alarm that was going off. He told me it was the ABS pump alarm and that the dealership would fix it under warranty. He told me they would say it is not under warranty...yep...that is what they said...but to tell them to look deeper and the recall was good until December 2017. The dealership found the notes on the repair, repaired it for $3,500 and billed it to Toyota.Todd saved me the dollars...he is a man of absolute honesty. Honest pricing, honest approach to customers.So I ended up buying a 2008 Prius from him. I am so happy with the purchase. He recently replaced the head light bulbs. I was thinking about doing it myself. I am so glad I let him do it, since it is much more involved than I thought it would be. He saved my Saturday from a do it yourself headache. I would not hesitate to recommend a purchase or repair at Tampa Hybrids.

I came in for headlight problem which Todd quickly fixed at a cost much lower than the dealership. He also noticed my brake fluid was low, topped that off and cleaned up my headlight lenses without charge . I recommend Tampa hybrids without reservation.

No pressure sales. Todd will teach you to take the prius apart like a Lego set. Just picked up a 2005 price seemed fair. Car was showroom clean. He and Susan were very quick on completing the paperwork. To be continued as we will probably be buying a 2nd one in the near future...
