I made an appointment the day ahead to look at some cars here. Drive almost 2 hours and door was locked. I called and the guy was running late, no problem as he did try and call my job to tell me, however I was not there because of the long drive to get to the lot. The mechanic on site did speak to him to let me in. Heres where it really goes downhill. The cars are not accurately represented in the photos, were not in nearly as good of conditioning as described. The one I looked at was pretty ragged compared to the photos and description and had 13000 miles OVER the advertised mileage. Thats almost a years worth of driving. After about 15 minutes still waiting, I decided to leave. Why would anyone stick around. Just my personal experience.

Im Joyce Rogers. Though I live in Panama City, it was worth every mile (5.5 hour drive - 364 miles) that we drove Isaac, (our son) to pick up his 2002 Mustang covertible. Marcella is the owner of M&M And Sons Auto Sales. After the sales transaction, Isaac was ready to go with nothing else to do but wait for his title to be mailed to him from Tallahassee. Mr.Martinez showed us online where the entire process was instantly recorded on the DMV website. Isaac will not have to stand in any line at the DMV office for ANY thing whatsoever.This Mustang is in immaculate condition inside and out. Isaacs trip back was completely smooth and without incident. He experienced nothing but a huge enjoyment in Mustang driving. We just bought a car for our granddaughter. We just picked it up yesterday, so I cannot attest to its reliability this quick. But, we did take it to a mechanic we knew personally close by before purchasing it, and was told it looked good, and he didnt see any problems. As far as working with the owner and his son, they were very nice to deal with. Marcello went overboard to stay in touch with me during the process, and very detail oriented, and very concerned that we were happy about the whole process, and that our granddaughter was happy. We would go back there for future purchases, and we recommend them. Also, it was wonderful to be able to have all the DMV work handled right there on site. And, he has a mechanic there, too, to check things over, etc., which is helpful.

I haven’t been here yet but I found a 2007 Chrysler 300 touring all black with black rims and it has 149,000 miles for 3,500 that I want so bad ! I’m willing to drive from Texas to Florida to come get it because it’s so beautiful lol plus this business has nothing but 4 & 5 star reviews except from like one or two people that got upset about price negotiating which is not a reason to leave a bad review ! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at M&M and Sons Auto Sales. We’d been looking for cars for our teenaged sons but didn’t have a lot of money to spend. Marcello at M&M took the time to listen to our needs and budget, then showed us several vehicles that were in our price range. He’s not your typical used car salesman – no pressure, he doesn’t try to get you to spend more than you planned to and he knows his cars. Marcello spent time telling us what was good about each car in terms of reliability, cost of maintenance, crash safety ratings, etc., but he spent even more time telling us the little things that needed to be fixed on each one! He wants his customers to be happy with their purchase well after they leave the lot, so he’s more interested in selling you the right car instead of the most expensive car. We ended up buying both cars from M&M, and after driving them ourselves for two weeks, feel confident that we got a very fair deal and two cars that will be both fun and safe for our kids.

M&M and sons auto sales is just fantastic, I emailed them about a used car to get my for my wifes son because hes a new driver and needs to get his first car! They replied with all the information I needed in a timely manner and when I got to the dealership they went above and beyond to make me and my step son happy, needless to say we will be doing business again!

Drove about an hour to see a vehicle(2011 Ford Focus) to discover it was infested with roaches! Be cautious! I also find it hard to believe the owner wasnt aware of the infestation... Good luck
