I honestly can’t believe an auto shop being a wonderful experience but when it comes to Quality Care Automotive they are absolutely the best I have ever experienced when it comes to having something fixed on 2 different vehicles of mine. 1 was a starter on one vehicle and the other was a water pump on a diesel. Normally you would have to take a diesel truck to a diesel repair shop but they took this job on with no hesitation. They also quoted me a price (which I happily accepted due to the work it took to complete the job) and when it was time to pay they charged me less both times. What place will actually charge you less than the original amount quoted? They could have charged the quote and pocketed the difference. But they don’t! Will continue to going back to this place! Lisa at the front desk is always great to speak with as well!

Excellent! Professional, timely and, most importantly, no games. Our two cars (with multi-problem repairs needed) were taken care of quickly. Very comfortable with Dustin, Lisa and the entire staff and would recommend them without hesitation.

On a recommendation from my neighbor, Ruel, we brought our car here. I knew it would be a good place after hearing a tow truck driver mention how far he brought a car here. Their fees are very reasonable, they could charge more and I would still go here. This is a business with truly honest and knowlegable mechanics at very reasonable repair cost, too.

Very honest, reputable, and fair! Went in with a starter issue and a few other concerns, they could have easily told me it was a bad starter and charged me to replace but they told me it was just loose and tightened it up for me. They also gave me their honest opinion on my other issues and helped me save money instead of gouge me like others would. Hard to find good honest mechanics these days but QCA earned my business for life. Highly recommended!!

This is the only mechanics I trust to do an alignment! Every time we have take our vehicles there the alignment job is perfect! They also sell tires at a way better rate than their local competitors! Any time somebody asks for a recommendation I say you need to go to Quality Care Auto! Weve been going there for almost 3 years at this point and they are honest and dependable! I have used Quality Care Automotive for many years. I have always gotten excellent service done in a timely manner. Many times they have diagnosed a problem and if it is a minor thing, they take care of it at no charge. Everyone is professional and will go the extra mile to ensure that you leave a satisfied customer.

The folks here are the most courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable automotive repair people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve used their services twice now and from the time I called until the time I picked up my vehicle, I felt like they were really concerned with me and my vehicle. I never felt the cold shoulder I get from my dealership . Going forward I will use them instead of my dealership .

We have been taking our vehicles to Quality Care for at least 10 years. They provide trustworthy service at the best price around. Extremely nice and helpful, if you need automotive service give them a try, you will be very happy you did.

I guess their business is so good that they dont want anymore. I called to make an appointment, no one answered the phone. I left a message and no one ever called me back. That was a week ago. Doesnt seem like customer service is their strong point. It worked out well for me though because I found another great local mechanic to support.

They have a new secretary, she is very rude and has no customer service skills. They have a fair price, but dealing with that girl is not worth the price. I won’t be going back there anymore. The guy who used to be the secretary was much better.

Sorry, you told me that my head gasket might be blown.I took it to the dealer and there was nothing wrong with it when I took it to the dealer.This is the second time where you have misdiagnosed my car so I’m out of $100 because of your mistake.The tech was not even sure what the problem really was but made it sound like that it was serious and that I either needed to “Order a part” or have the head gasket sealed according to his “Diagnostics tests” this place use to be good I don’t know why the lack of knowledge has gone down hill.

I have been using this shop since I moved to LOL 14 years ago. Jeff, Tom, Dustin (and previously - Felix) are the best team around. They are extremely honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldnt take any of my vehicles anywhere else.To the prior reviewer who never heard back from a message left - I can tell you from years of experience - that is an anomaly - they are very prompt in getting back if for some reason they cannot answer the call immediately.

These guys are honest mechanics! I would highly recommend. I had an issue with intermittent starting but no codes showing. They could have told me that the problem was some big, expensive issue. Instead, they changed out a simple fuse and said to try it and see if that solves the problem. I really appreciate that they went after the simplest and least expensive possibility first.

WOW!!! We brought our Dodge here for a tire replacement because we saw they had Kuhmo tires and had good reviews. I called a few other places, and while they were not the very least expensive, although up to $300 less than others, they were the most accommodating of my demanding and busy schedule.I travel all over FL for my job, and I desperately needed an alignment as my last one shakes my steering column so bad it thinks Im running or biking on a smart watch.I got both the alignment and the outstanding, quiet, good road wear, excellent on dry and rainy roads Ive been looking for. My alignment is so perfect that between that and the tires I literally have to constantly set my cruise because of the smooth, silent, perfect handling of my Journey.

After having the worst experience with the tow company, Quality Care Automotive Center was finally able to work on my car. They were very fast, efficient and couldnt have been nicer. After having such a hellish time with the tow company misplacing the key to my car and the problem with my car being the dealerships fault it was so nice to have someone treat like a human being and with respect. I recommend everyone to Quality Care. I always have a good experience with them.

These guys are FANTASTIC! As a female that knows very little about vehicles I always feel vulnerable of the ability to be taken advantage of; however, these guys are very honest and go out of their way to accommodate me. The manager Jeff is just awesome! He takes his time to address any questions or concerns that I have and often times takes my vehicle as a walk in for oil changes, even when they are very busy. Tracy and the technicians kept me updated, and were willing to answer any questions I had during the service process. Its a NAPA shop folks! Just as good as OEM, but a bit less out of pocket. This place is an old school car repair shop. The door to the back is open so you can hear the mechanics dropping F-bombs and smell their ciggarette smoke. The phone up front is ringing off the hook. The gal that sits at the desk is on the ball and knows whats going on but when she steps away it gets a little interesting.They get you in and out in a fairly good amount of time. Their prices are fair and the work is good. Also they definitely know what theyre doing as far as repair and maintenance.If you need a polished shop with a name brand over the door and squeaky clean mechanics, you probably dont want to pull your car in here. If you dont care what your grease monkey looks like and you dont mind a little shop talk then I recommend this joint.

Quick, informative, friendly and efficient. Bonus, my todlers love going there because there is a corner they can sit in and color,for the most part, quietly. Overall experience is great.

They did a great job. There was one small issue (back breaks began making a lot of noise when coming to a stop) after they completed replacing the front hub assemblies in my car and some other maintenance items. I took it in and they ended up replacing both back drum breaks for free since the issue began after they conducted a rear break inspection. I dont fault anyone for a small issue arising like the break noise and they did a stellar job addressing my concerns and doing the right thing. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for automotive repair.

I moved to Land O Lakes 4 years ago and was referred here by a friend. They have taken excellent care of me and my vehicles (Acura TL and Nissan Murano). They are very communicative and diligent with issues. I never feel like they are trying to sell me things I dont need, and they are honest about what issues need to be addressed immediately versus what can wait. I have first hand experience that they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Dustin and the whole crew at Quality Care Automotive!

I had car trouble on my way to work. I managed to get it to them around noon. They checked it out, found the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed before closing time. Its very difficult for me to be without my van because I can only drive with handcontrols. they had it back to me the same day, price was reasonble. Always friendly, having your car fixed is never cheap but they have always been honest and reasonable.

Called for emergency fix and they hooked us up quickly.

Excellent customer service and the prices are fair.

My car was already a little dirty but the mechanics that pushed it into their garage cared less about scratching my bumper all up. All the grime and oil they left with those fresh scratches were extremely obvious. Since I dont have full coverage on auto insurance, Im at a loss with damage done to my car. Its not even worth the hassle of taking them to small claims court and wasting my time. Sure they replaced my fuel pump and my car runs better. They didnt bother to put the part they replaced in my trunk that I requested. So I could verify that they actually replaced it. You would think a place that charges a $70 diagnostic (free from Auto Zone) from reading the check engine light, would also reset the check engine light that came on in the first place after replacing your part....um nope. I would of overlooked all of this if they hadnt scratched my bumper all over and wiped the grime and oil off from pushing it in.
