Went back twice after we agreed on a deal. Came from Spring Hill twice. He ended up not being a man of his word. Beware!! How you can treat ppl the way he treated my disabled Husband and I, I’m amazed he is still in Buiz.

Was traveling for work and I needed a really quick turnaround on an alternator replacement. Thought I was going to be stranded. Mark and his team got me in right away! Had the opportunity to visit this location due to my daughters car had an issue. She called and set up an appointment and they did fix her car, Problem is the cost. It appears that all parts 4 spark plugs (dealer cost 3.49 sale price 8.98)and plug wires (Dealer cost 39.00 life time warranty sale price 94.23) purchased at a local part store were marked up over 100%, at a labor rate of 89.00 per hour plus the cost of 89.00 to be hooked up on an analyzer. While I understand the cost of running a business, taking advantage of customer (much less a 24 year old female) is not what keeps me in business. I was very disappointed when I called to try to get this corrected the owner wouldnt even let me talk, just got excuses. Bottom line another garage quoted the same work doing the exact same thing nearly 100.00 less. (Car Specialist 165.91 vs Sun-Mark 295.23 minus a whopping 20.00 off parts). 4 plugs and a set of wire costing nearly 300.00 for a 4 cly Toyota sure is a bit excessive. Should have fixed it myself for 75.00. Although the work was good the cost in my opinion was out of line. Oh yea forgot the call she received about black chunky stuff in her Transmission fluid, when I asked about this in person the fluid was dirty but no signs of black chunky or metal on the dip stick. a suggestion was I should get it changed before long. My bill was paid in full before I left and before reviewing the actual cost of what it should have been. I can not recommend this shop unless you watch very closely, and stay on top of the recommendations they offer you.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I took my car to two other shops that both told me I need a new alternator. After having it towed to sun marks turns out I just needed a new battery. Since then I have always taken make car to them! They do an awesome job, are very reliable and overall great experience!

Been going to Mark for years. He is the only one I trust to repair any of my vehicles, foreign or domestic. He is upfront about costs and has always gone the extra mile to make sure everything is fixed correctly. His prices are far lower than other shops and he stands by his work everytime.

This Mark Guy is an idiot. GEICO ins needs to stop doing business with this clown. he is either resist or lazy, or perhaps both. he didnt want to inspect my car today, because it was raining, when it wasnt, he stated that the documents could get wet and his fax would not work, really?......LOL ...wow, I couldnt believe it. so when I said, its not raining, he insisted that it was.....I even asked if he could use an umbrella for the RAIN and of coarse he said the documents could get wet......This guy is blind as a Bat. dont waste your time coming here, and you dare to go, make sure in on a sunny FL day........or maybe it would be too hot for this fat, lazy, and blind piece of man to come out of his office.
