Scam artists, shady, crooked, and will try to charge you an arm and a leg if you LET THEM. Took my car & of course they conjured up a whirlwind of additional issues then i originally hired them for. Upon second opinion, their claims were clearly bogus & saved me $1000s IF I HAD NOT KNOWN BETTER. I would NOT recommend this ship to my worst enemy.
I had to tow my Mercedes Benz here because it was overheating rapidly. They took the car in, even though someone else had made a mess of the car in a failed attempt to fix the issue. Another thing I liked was their willingness to work with some parts I had brought for the fix and the frankness in which we communicated.I just picked up the car and so far it’s been great and I am honestly very happy with the outcome. They’ve won a client in me and I would certainly recommend them.
I used this firm for repairs on the air suspension for my X5. I liked dealing with David, he was honest about the repair and the process to handle it. I did not like that the parts only had to come from the dealer so I had to source from an alternate supplier (saved 1100 from dealer price). If you are held hostage by dealer part pricing it makes ownership that much more painful lol. They handled the remainder of the repair well.
I took my car for ac service after they finished they said you have a leak coming from the suspension and I told them to check it out they said it’s coming from a leaky strut and it should be replaced this service is $1800. I told them to do it so now I’m at $2700 for both services I take the car home and the steering started to make a sound I felt some ruffnes driving so I called the shop and they told to bring for diagnostic so after waiting to get a call from them 4 hours passed with nothing done then I went to the shop and picked my car up before something else happened to my Mercedes. I feel so disappointed and discussed and now I have to take it Mercedes to get it looked at
For two years now Autohaus has beyond impressed with personable professional service, car diagnostics, and referrals all much appreciated by me, and with my wallet for their non Porsche dealership prices
Engine light on my wifes Mercedes was on. I thought I would have to leave the car and come back later to pick it up, but the staff got on it right away and did a diagnostic test, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Job well done and I was on my way! Thank you! I Love European Autohaus!
I recently utilized European Autohaus to service my 2017 Porsche 718 Boxster S. This was my first visit to a non-dealer to service my car. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received from Autohaus. They took the time to assess my car’s needs and not push unneeded services on me. Their services were provided at a fraction of the cost of the local Porsche dealer.Management also took the time to print out the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals and give me advanced estimates of future costs. In the future I will forego the free cappuccino and biscotti offered at the dealer for the substantive savings at Autohaus.Rob & Katie P
I genuinely believe this shop took advantage of me. The diagnosis, fake fix and amount charged. Even said they did work that later I found was not done. Got car from shop Christmas Eve day and it wouldn’t start Christmas morning. They truly should be ashamed of how they do good people.I DO NOT RECOMMEND! *AUDI A8*
They did the diagnosis which they charge you for “joke rip off” wasn’t what I sent it there for in the 1st place. I wanted them to look at the transfer case .lol. They diagnosed right front drive axel was loose rubber boots gone I was willing to go with there recommendations .they call themselves European autohause .They recommended I should take the car back to the dealer .If I wanted to do that I would have gone there in the first place.Waisted $560What a con. I could never in good conscience recommend them.
Went there and a mechanic acted like he couldn’t help and had us waiting for the owner to come out to even help us(we had to find him) they wouldn’t even look into what was actually wrong because they were way past there “hour” okay that’s fine but when I got my car back every thing wasn’t even put back together correctly wires all unplugged hoses dismantled the tow truck guy had to put it back together just to get power to put it in neutral! You can tell there stuck up and are not people friendly they put up a front then once you sign that paper there whole attitude changes. Alternative to a dealer? Adleast I’m getting my car fixed and not for $10,000+ this guy told me to scare me off! Also EVEN if the car isn’t running I paid $120 PUT IT BACK THE WAY YOU FOUND IT! lazy people.
Always ready, always reliable: the team is dedicated and always has a disposition to help. I appreciate their commitment to quality.
Very nice people, very professional, Im glad I found them.Dave is a good guy, excellent work! Thanks.
The European Autohausto replaced the gears in my Porsche Boxster open/closer. It now works perfectly. I was very pleased at the price and the two year warrantee. They also keep me informed on delays caused by special order parts and kept my car inside while waiting on those parts. I am grateful to those that suggested the European Autohaus and I will definitely take my car there for repairs in the future.
Excellent, honest, prompt!I received excellent service on my BMW repairs at a reasonable cost. Any unnecessary service/repairs were avoided..very honest people. My car was ready in two days..wow! Who could ask for more?! Kwon helped me in person..he is so kind and patient. The other staff I spoke to over the phone were also polite. This is the best car repair place I have ever been to. Thank you all!
A very honest, reasonable and reliable mechanic shop for high-end European cars. My goal is to direct anyone who owns a European car to them because they deserve the business. They have very knowledgeable mechanics on staff. In my humble opinion; they are 10 times better than Reeves Porsche. I had a very good experience with them and going forward; I’ll always take our cars (my daughter has a BMW) to them.If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop; European Autohaus is it!!
Been coming for years... fully trust their expertise and leaving my vehicles in their hands.
My family has been using European Autohaus for a couple of years now. During this time, we have not had one poor experience! The workers are always polite and very helpful, taking time to check any issues I may be having with my car. My car runs amazing thanks to them.I love everyone at European Autohaus and refuse to go anywhere else!
My son has been taking his GTI here for quite some time; I drove into town for a visit (from Indy) and took my son to pick up his car. I asked if they could squeeze in my Volvo S60R to look at a squeak coming from the engine. They were able to fit me in and found a bad flame trap. Here I thought it was a belt or pulley. I didn’t want to risk driving around 1,000 miles back home. Thanks for the flexibility and for taking care of both our cars.
Brought my older model Porsche to them to diagnose and repair my air conditioning which was not working. After 2 weeks of no communication from them, I called to get an update. Was told they basically hadn’t started the diagnosis because there Porsche/A/C guy was out not working. Would have been nice for them to call me to let me know. After another week, I was notified that there was some electrical issues and they would need approval for another 3hrs labor time to continue the diagnosis. I was concerned but told they filled the system and weren’t showing any leaks and they felt the electrical repairs would likely get the AC running. So I approved the 3hrs. After another week +, I called for stopped by the shop and told there were issues that their guys couldn’t fix. They were unable to continue because they said the AC was aftermarket and someone had re-wired it differently from OEM specs and they couldn’t figure it out. They suggested another more knowledgeable Porsche mechanic at another shop locally. I picked the car up to bring it to the other mechanic’s shop but they still charged me $450 for their time spent and inability to fix the problem. Even though they cut down some of the labor, I was disappointed they didn’t take off all 3hrs of extra labor since they couldn’t fix the electrical issues they said it had. After getting it to the more experienced mechanic at the other shop, the new mechanic said it was only a minor issue and the main problem was with the Evaporator which he fixed easily and the system is running now. Bottom line is I don’t recommend taking an older model Porsche to European Autohaus and be prepared for them not to be good at communication if you do go there.
Little too expensive for fixing a bmw!
People please save your self an headache, these people put the wrong parts in my car and charged me hundreds of dollars, they misdiagnosed my card..they are not trust worthy, the dealership told me they put the wrong parts now I have to pay to get the same problem fixed.
Excellent service. Timing was good and health and safety procedures followed. My Jaguar repair was done and very happy. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I have found my go-to shop for repairs on my Audi. Ive been in a few times, they are patient, professional and prices are certainly better than the dealer and another foreign shop I initially took it to. These 1-star reviewers, really? Those are harsh ratings and judging by how packed his lot is the last 2 times I visited, there are many happy customers trusting them with their cars. I certainly trust them with mine.
I had my engine derated on BMW X5 driving to Tampa from Atlanta GA. I called this place after a Google search. Brought my car in and they charged my roughly $800.00 to replace the spark plugs and coil packs. I left and go about a mile down the road. Engine derated same code again. They reset the computer said they found a wire that wasnt plugged in well. Left again and got about 2 miles. Engine derated and same code. Went back again. They said they didnt know what was wrong. Did they refund any money? NO. Next day I took the car to a good shop. Replaced turbo actuator. No more problems. So they took an 800 dollar guess. Go somewhere else. Please
Honest, reliable, and great service. Thank you European Autohaus.
I took my 2007 BMW after a diagnosis of a transmission Solonoid from my shade tree mechanic. It was tested by European Autohaus andfound to be a Crank sensor they solved the problem for a timelyand reasonable fee.I found their shop clean, informative and fair.I would highly recommend this shop. David B.
Very helpful, I was quoted almost 1400 for repairs on my car and they did it for much less. I replay appreciate all their help, very nice people . (They worked on my Audi A4)
Dave was very responsive and communicative. Service was fast and well priced. Very happy to have found European Autohaus and thankful they squeezed my daughters VW in on a very busy day!
Extremely helpful. I’ve had the worst experience with dealers and personal mechanics. By FAR, this was the best service I’d received yet. Answers questions respectfully, very patient. Everything done in a timely manner, no fluffing or false diagnosing. Affordable!
Friday afternoon before Easter weekend, with no prior warning, my 2006 Mini Cooper S loses power in traffic and every warning light comes on. I had business trip with long drive starting Sunday. I called David at European Autohaus and asked for his help. He was great. Actually suggested a possible diagnosis of the main problem over the phone which proved correct. The logistics were very challenging as I needed my car for travel and had a very short window to figure it out before everything closed for holiday weekend. David advised me not to drive the car and suggested if I had AAA that I have it towed to him to not further increase damage, something I had not thought of in the stress of the moment. This was a great precaution and also allowed me to could also pick up rental car before they closed. I was able to make the work commitment without incident and European Autohaus had my car ready when I drove back through town on Tuesday. I recommend them. wholeheartedly and will be returning for future needs despite the almost 1 hour drive to do so. I also found it interesting and appreciate that the usual laundry list of small expensive things that pop up with dealer diagnostic were not pushed here.
That company not recommended to the other owner European cars for several things...With my 2015 BMW 740 Li this people absolutely not professional and do not know..., how to connect right compressor for air strut assemblies.. I bring two compressors for my car, and they say... two compressors.. is bad..! that cannot be...!Finally this people not finish job.., and I was have to live with my broken car. and charged fee for diagnostic 120$ ..Attention: Please be friendly to the your customer witch coming to your repair station for help!!!
Very honest and professional
Very good service and honest
We have brought in our 2012 S550 to European Autohouse for the first time about 6 months ago Re: front strut issue. They replaced both sides for thesame price the Dealer would have charged for 1. From that moment on they won our trust and confidence. Our S550 has been brought to them for all service intervals since. The car runs like new and the professionalism and communication of the staff is top notch!!!!
I had an alignment done on my bmv suv.It took a few hours but they notified me one hour before it was done, which is very much appreciated
Trusted repairs and not out to destroy your wallet like maintaining German luxury can tend to lead to. Have used these guys nearly exclusively for several years now for both my early/mid 2000s BMW and Audi that I still daily today. Willing to work with you on custom needs or requests and dont give you a hard time if deciding to hold off on a task or wanting to attempt certain aspects yourself. All repairs to this date completed successfully at fair price and without sudden inadvertent failures elsewhere. Cant ask for much else, recommended
We have always had great service at European Autohaus. The staff is always friendly and straight forward. Even when we need something done last minute they always work us in. I think the prices for the service are very fair compared to other european auto shops out there. They are the only shop I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to and I would absolutely refer others to take their vehicles there as well. I also love how they detail the car for you before you pick it up- I have never experienced that anywhere else.
Brought my wife’s BMW 325i in for a leaking oil pan which I was quoted $896.43. Upon the vehicle arriving there David kept contacting me with additional issues and the final bill was $1869. Upon picking up the car the oil light was flashing on. I went into the office and spoke with David about the light. He replied, “car has been sitting all morning. Oil needs to circulate”. 1.5 miles down the road the car began smoking and heating up. I called David and was told they did an extensive test drive before me picking up the car. I sent video and pictures of the engine and his reply was, “it’s not leaking oil anymore though”. They towed the car back in and told us it would be another $1200 that coolant lines under the intake were now leaking. Engine cover was cracked upon picking up the car as well. They did replace the engine voter and car was towed back to my home as we do NOT want the touching our vehicle ever again. They billed us for the labor for oil pan gasket, two motor mounts and oil filter tower gasket and O ring. Oil pan gasket labor involved removing everything to get to the engine mounts plus loosing the mounts to begin with. Bert Smith claimes we were over charged approximately 3 hours labor at $128 per hour. Big rip off and your car will have more issues once it goes there. Stay away!!!!!
Love, love, love this Auto shop!!!! I will never take my Volvo to the dealer or any other shop again !European Autohaus is the best Car Doctor!!!
Performed several oil changes here, they claim to be a full service shop. I asked if they could perform a replacement of my rod bearings and some bottom end engine work on my BMW, and they laughed and said they do not do that kind of work here. They are okay for regular routine maintenance but would not waste your time regarding in depth diagnostic repairs.
I have been going there for years ...First with and Audi A8L and presentlywith a Porsche Panamera S.......Good Mechanic a must ! with fine Autos,No worries here! they are much better than good, and the staff is outstanding....jmo sincerely.
Every time I go to European Autohaus they do a great job. I was recently in an accident and had my car repaired at another shop and the guys at EA helped me go over it inch by inch to make sure everything was taken care of the way it was supposed to be. My car is always returned clean and fresh and the customer service is wonderful. I would recommend them to my own friends and family.
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEM........I would never ever take my vehicle to this shop again. This place was the worst experience I have ever had @ an auto shop to start off when We took our vehicle to them we were given 1 price then a higher price after talking to someone else after we didnt want to pay the outrageous price of 1,800 for a job I clearly know doesnt cost that much they proceeded to fix the car but also break other things on our vehicle as well when I called to complain to the owner till this day I have never heard anything from the owner or anyone else there . We had to pay another 1,000 to correct what this place broke on our car...
I had a valve cover gasket leak that needed attention. They took a lot less time to work me in to their schedule and then to get the work done than I expected. Pricing is very fair and it’s helpful to have a mechanic close to home that knows what they’re doing.
Ive taken my 2010 328i 4 times over the last 10 mos. At first I thought I was getting very good service. The first time I brought the car in Sept. 2017 car was idling rough & needed spark plugs, ignition coil and needed rear brakes. I had to bring the car back on 10/14/17 because they did not reset the computer so instead I was charged to reset the computer. 5 mos. later in Feb 2018 the air was not cooling sufficiently and I brought the car in for diagnosis. It was found I also had an oil leak. Another expensive repair. The cars engineering sometimes warrants labor intensive repairs and I understand that however, a few days later I had to bring the car back AGAIN because they neglected to secure the cover in the engine and was missing a few bolts. I told them this was sloppy work. Now my air is not cooling sufficiently again and either the air issue was not corrected sufficiently or misdiagnosed. Either way I will NOT be bringing my BMW back to them.
Im not a mechanic but they fixed my issue quickly and seemed to be honest and straight forward with me. Labor rates were reasonable if on the high side. My only real complaint is lack of after hours parking.
Amazing shop! I was a stranded college student from out of town and they worked with me and were able to have my car up and running in no time so that I could be safe on the road. I will be forever grateful for their generosity. They are respectable and they truly care about their customers. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
I was in a pickle and these guys exceeded my expectations with speed and communication. They got me in that day and had my repairs done by the following afternoon. When I picked up the car it was clean- the wheels were even shined! Top notch and very proffessional service.
The only place I ever take my BMW, Porsche, etc. They do an outstanding job every time, and they do so swiftly! Theyre honest, and the free detail is pretty sweet :)
Came here to get some work done on my Mercedes C230. The owner was very nice to me, and he explained everything in a crystal clear way. He didnt try to give me any hidden fees or costs like another mechanic did. The work was done in 1 day and I got my car back and they even cleaned it for me! Now it runs and drives like a dream. Would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs work done on a European car.
Only place I will take my BMW for repair. Ladies, this is the one place where being a female doesnt feel like they will take advantage of you. Fair, honest, fast, efficient team and also do a great job detailing your car. Always excellent customer service!
Glad I found these guys! Great work, done quickly at fair price. New friends for my Minis!
These guys were great! I was stranded in Tampa had to levee my car over the weekend with keys in their dropbox. They got to me first thing Monday and did the repair timely and at a good price. I really feel I made great choice bringing my Mini there for repairs. So if your ever in a jam I highly recommend these fellows.
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND MUCH CHEAPER THAN MY AUDI DEALERSHIP. THANKS RUSS AND HIS TEAM FOR TREATING ME AND MY SON LIKE FAMILY .ps, my son own a 2016 audi Q7
Ask questions and got infomation, very helpful
I have been to many shops in Tampa and surrounding areas (general shops, European specific, and dealers) and this is one of the few that I actually trust 100%. Ive taken my VWs here for a variety of services including maintenance and major repairs over the years. Every single time it has been a positive experience, where the problem is actually fixed and my car and I are treated respectfully. These guys are truly skilled mechanics. I feel safe on the road knowing that theyve worked on my vehicle.
Ive been taking my vehicles there for 2 years now. Im a small business owner and they have always managed to detect the problem on multiple vehicles I own and they always been honest and reliable! I have all my maintenance done there as well.
These guys are professional, honest, reliable and hardworking. Very well run business.
Russ went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I was very impressed.
I am new to town and have high expectations when having work done on my Audi. European Autohaus is a place to trust. I love cars and want the people that work on my car to love cars too.John and his team…Dave, you know who you are….did a fantastic job at fixing a complicated fuel indicator problem. Theyve also done a timing belt replacement for me and I know that they did it right. My first visit to them was an oil change, and then I had to have my car towed in because of a fuel pump failure. They got my car in the garage and out the door in two days with no notice. Whatever price I paid, I wouldnt have second-guessed it.Theve also got a couple of talented, young future leaders of tomorrow that will gladly put a beautiful shine on your car before you drive off.If you love your car and want to find a place to trust, try them out.Michael
Repair prices are fair and much more affordable than the Jaguar dealership! Friendly service too! 😉
In January of this year I had a pump for my air ride in my suv and a malfunction light came on stating a problem so I stopped in and Dave had a mechanic hook up and diagnose the problem and said it is under warranty and immediately ordered a new air pump. He asked me to drop the car off the next day and they would get it done. I wasn’t able to do that but they wanted to repair it immediately so Dave had one his mechanics give me a ride home so there was no issue and they could start first thing in the morning. I never expected them to go out of their way to help me out but that is how they are. Service above and beyond what is expected and that is why I take my vehicles there and will always be there customer! It’s hard to find that service today. I appreciate them going the EXTRA MILE!!
These guys are great! I have been taking my car there for two years and highly recommend European Autohaus for anyone looking for a competent Volkswagen mechanic at a fair price. Please do yourself a favor and go here FIRST--you will be glad you made the right choice.
Very pleasant experience! I want to say Thank You to the crew and service manager for a quick and professional repair. Top notch Technicians, great customer service. They provided transportation from the shop to my work and back!
I had an ongoing electrical issue with my car that mechanics in the past failed to diagnose. I had been repeatedly told that the check engine light was on because of a faulty gas cap and to not worry about the check engine light being on.I ended up going to European Autohaus when my car broke down on I-275. I called the owner and he stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure my car was within the gate. He was able to avoid unnecessarily replacing a perceived fuel pump failure by finding a shorting of the electrical circuit that was causing the fuel pump to fail. He solved all of my previous problems as well and had my car running in two days.
I have a Land Rover and I have found after going to a few different repair shops that European Autohaus is, by far, the only one I fully trust. They are very honest and treat me like a valued customer. They provide excellent service. They know what they are doing in terms of repairs and they will try to provide you with the most cost effective options. The mechanic even came out and personally spoke to me. I was very impressed with how kind they were. The staff is always extremely polite. Kwon, the gentleman who works/runs the office, was especially helpful and kind when I had a issue with my air conditioning. He followed up with me and I was very impressed by his customer service. The owner is very knowledgable, helpful and also very kind. You can tell he cares about his customers. This is the only place where I will bring my vehicle.
Had to pay a 300$ diagnosis fee for them to tell me my key was bad so it took roughly 3 hours of them ripping my car apart for them to figure out something simple, not to mention after getting about 3k in transmission work they couldnt give me some kind of break when my master slave cylinder went and oh ya their labor rates rival dealer rates I really hoped they could of helped after being such a loyal customer but was treated like a blank check. As stated it was 300$ diagnosis plus the cost of the key.
This shop has top of the line work, with customer service like no other in the Bay area, I wouldn’t take make car anywhere else. It is great know that I don’t have to worry about being screwed by a repair shop finally. Thank you guys so much.
Always great service on family and friends cars.
Said they was going to call me back on a price to fix my jaguar. And it been over a week and no call.....Sad
This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them. They had my car in there possession for over 23 days. 3x they told me car was fixed with 0 error codes and all 3x I went to pick up the car it had issues different issue. Please beware this place will not fix the issue of your vehicle.
These guys know what they are doing, i wouldn’t take my Mercedes anywhere else.
They fixed my vehicle. CoolStaff will work to resolve issue.
Having taken my vehicle there for several years, for the most part, they have always solved the problem. However, as the bills began to increase I began checking costs. After reviewing past invoices I have found in all cases, highly inflated costs for parts. O.E.M. parts on line at retail were as much as half the cost. I recently had work done at another service dealer, which was approximately half the cost as the same work done by European Autohaus a year ago.
Good mechanics but it is going to cost you
Great work with exceptional service!
European Autohaus, They dont love cars they only love what they can get the best margin out of and now they pick and choose what cars they want to work on. .I one spoke wit the manager. I told him I wanted a relationship with a Lutz business. I own 3 Porsches, and two MB along with an old Ford Pick up. All high end and well cared for. I offered him all my service and he told me no problem any car you have...All I wanted was an oil change for my 87 911. Simple service right, not for them. They want to inspect my garage queen so they can spec more work...Smells like a rip off
Dont trust David ... This place cant diagnose a car $600 later they are still throwing parts at it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE.
Had to take my care there 3 times to get it fixed. They kept telling me the oil leak was fixed and it wasnt. When it was finally finished, they didnt tighten down some of the bolts holding parts in place. Also broke off some tabs holding the battery cable in place. Ill be looking for a new place next time.
I Do not want to write this review, when my work was done I was happy. Unfortunately sometimes bad workmanship takes a few years to show up. This professional shop did the AC on my wifes X5 a few years ago. They replace the compressor and I believed that they did it correctly. Wrong! The freon drained completely out of it a few weeks back and I started diagnosing the leak, I have been working on cars for 35 years and have an ac license, I noticed it was leaking at the o-rings on the compressor. So I figured it would be an easy fix, I bought o-rings and a dryer and planned a Sunday afternoon for the repair. As I tried to remove the high pressure line from the compressor the low torque bolt was stuck, long story short It was put in cross threaded and I broke the aluminum flange trying to get it out. It still had the original 12 year old o-rings to boot and the original dryer full of metal from the original compressor that failed. What a hack repair.
Very efficient and professional service. This is an excellent alternative for out of warranty service.
I brought my car here because of the good google reviews. However, my experience with this shop was not good and could have caused me and my sons life. Before starting on my car, I was told that I’d have to go to the dealership to get a new key for my car. (Okay, no problem ). I went to the dealership paid for the key there and had it shipped to European Autohaus. When I received my estimate, they tried to charge me $300 for a key that was already paid for. When they finished the “repairs”, I came to pick up the car and attempted to drive home. Not less than one mile down the road, the car cut off on me @ the bearss and 22nd intersection. Luckily, I was able to remain calm and get the vehicle off the road before me and my child got hurt. It cut off on me a 2nd time and I called the shop the next day to tell them what happened. The man in office chuckled and said that their responsibility is to get the car to start and not to ensure it’s drivability (excuse me, then why am I paying you to NOT fix my car). I asked was the car test driven and he said that it should have been. However, his condescending tone changed completely when I got my husband on the phone. These people are heartless and only care about your money. They let me and toddler son drive in a car that they knew was not drive-able. If you are considering this place please look elsewhere. Your life may depend on it.
Nice people but a little pricey. Over $100 for an oil change???
I would not allow this shop to work on my childs bicycle let alone my vehicle again. My first visit to the shop was to repair oil pan leak and Ujoint recommended by dealership. They called me after three days to say that my car needed 3500 in repairs, and other items were more critical than original request. I did 1900 in repairs, drove the car home, and had a three foot diameter oil leak on garage floor. Called them, towed the car back to their shop, only to be told that the issue was nothing they fixed, but the unrepaired items. Three foot diameter oil leak not an urgent item, remember? I go to pick up my car they say is ready, only to be given my car back witj NONE of the instruments on the dash working...no speed, no tac, not gas NOTHING. They didnt tell me...I return to shop, they now say that the leak will be another 1500, and the instrument panel another 350+...I decide not allowing them to touch my car again, and they understand. They agree since car isnt safe to drive to tow to my house...I catch an uber, and 30 minutes later owner of shop knocking on my door...he decided (without my permission) to drive the car the 35 miles to my house. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???If you do business with these jokers, you have noone to blame for your car being jacked up but you...they will rip you off, damage your car, and then say it is your fault.
Man on the phone was very polite.
Great service and friendly staff
Charged me $1,250 check out loss of power on 525i, 500 miles later problem was back.would not recommend this place for any mechanical problems, oil change at best.
Russ and his team always deliver when any repairs or basic maintenance are needed on our vehicles.
Either it was the owner or manager didnt want to touch my car after going through this massive puddle to get to his shop, which I ended up having more problems after with my car. Best was he told me i didnt have a timing belt cover as his excuse. He didnt want to take liablity for the overflowing pond to get to his shop. Really guy? Maybe it was the fact you didnt like to have a service animal in your office and are belligerent to people with disabilities. Most of all I told him all about my car over the phone and he then was comoftable with it. One day the ADA will visit you pal.
Excellent service by guys who really know their cars.
Great place for reasonable and thorough repairs! I will never go anywhere else!
These guys are awesome they fixed my porsche in only one daythey are very friendly and very well priced for excellent work. they also detailed and washed my car and it looked brand newi recomend everyone to european autohaus
Great service, and completely competent
