I have been taking my car and my wife’s car to willow bend for all my auto repairs for the past year now. The price is reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting area is always super clean and nice. I have an older pickup truck with high miles that I’ve never really driven a long distance. I drove 1800 miles in a two day stretch and noticed the next day the oil was leaking. I took it into the shop to have it looked at and got a fair and honest evaluation of what was causing the problem. Great service, highly recommend them to anyone who is in town or anyone out of town.

Took my sons car to diagnose a problem that no one else could figure out. Most shops would just randomly suggest a repair but Larry was honest and told me nothing was wrong with the car. He took the time to check the car multiple times to make sure it was in good working condition. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I had a check engine light and I scheduled an appt online. The receptionist in the front Linda asked how she could help me. I told her I had an appt and she said okay. She checked and said she could not find me. I explained to her I made the appt through their site and she made a face. She continued to say did you speak to someone here, I told her no I made the appt online. She asked for my car information and I proceeded to her the information, then she said sorry I cant understand you, I have mask deficiency. I was stunned to hear that because I wear a mask because Im pregnant. I didnt know what to say and left. I then got a call from Larry who checked my car, he explained my car needed a purge valve and it would be 376. I asked if I could look for the part myself to save money and he agreed. After researching I could not find the part due to it being discontinued. I called the store and Linda picked up and I asked her if she tell Larry that I will pick up my car instead. Linda then told me she was sorry for the way she acted, she was not having a good morning. I told her I appreciate her apology. While I appreciate the apology, it does not give her the right to treat customers bad because she is not having a good day.

I am so happy that my neighborhood blog neighbors highly recommended this company to me. They were friendly, welcoming, and even though they were backed up with clients, checked out my car to make sure that there were no safety issues until I could get it in for repair. They went above and beyond my expectations and will definitely be my “go to” for all auto repairs in the future!

Worked with Donnie to rebuild my 1975 MGB over a couple month period. He was great, kept me informed on what was going on and his crew did a great literall rebuild the suspension, brakes, steering, and engine. I now have my dream car that is dependable. Quite a deal from this company to accomplish this.

Love this place. I dropped my car off and a short while later I got a call detailing the repairs my car needed, including the exact amount of padding left on my brakes. The price was very fair and the service was excellent.

My husband had a great experience with Willow Bend. He had them replace the starter but the problem ended up being with spillage from battery acid. They figured out the problem and fixed it free of charge. We were happy to find an honest mechanic since at the time we had just moved from NY. Recently when my brakes gave out on my Jeep Patriot, I knew the smartest thing I could do was take it to Willow Bend. They figured out the problem and fixed it for a very fair price that same day! Larry was great and I am relieved to have found an honest and skilled mechanic. I highly recommend.

Ive only been there once, so still tentative. The first visit fixed a problem, and the car has several, prices are on the high side as are most mechanics. They appear competent and honest. Which is worth a little extra cost. A steering pump and high-pressure hose plus diagnostics cost $600. But the problem is fixed. I need a couple more experiences before I can call them my auto repair place.

I only trust Willow Bend to take care of my car. Everyone is very professional and I have never felt like I was being sold more than what I needed like other big companies do. I’ve been coming here for years, and they have showed me every time that they are the most reliable car service business.

I love this place, I never feel like I’m paying too much for a service. I’ve called around and they are very well priced. Beyond that, they’ve always been kind, professional and reasonably non-judgemental when I forget to get my service done on time. I’ve used them for 4 years since I moved into the area and will continue to use them for all my car maintenance needs as long as I live here. This company is amazing! Called around to get my daughters car in and it completely stopped running. They got the car in fast kept me up to date on what was going on and always answered all my questions I had. They even knew my name just by the number calling in. I have not had to have a mechanic since moving here and you never know if some place will up charge you or add extra things in that you dont need and that can be scary. My check engine light is intermittent. When tested the light was not on but Donnie the owner told me if it comes on call and bring it in immediately so they can test it again for free. My tires needed rotating and it was half the price of my dealer.

Our whole family goes here! Friendly, straight forward service. No “beating around the bush” or “getting played.” I also really like how they make getting service easy - you can sit and wait or drop off, I feel more secure dropping off my car here than other places. This was my first time at Willow Bend. My daughter has used them and told me how professional and honest they were so I thought I would try them. First thing is that an oil change for synthetic blend is way less expensive then any other business in the Tampa Bay Area. They checked my suspension completely and found nothing wrong and charged nothing. This is the only place I will take my Ford Explorer for work to be done.

Best automotive repair facility around.

If you are looking for a trustworthy and HONEST auto repair shop, this is the place! We have taken our cars here several times and are always so thankful we did. During our most recent visit we suspected the water line needed to be replaced among a few other things and Willow Bend did as well, but once they started working on the car they realized the water line was fine and the repair that was needed for that issue was something very minor. Larry called me once the work was completed and told me they were able to save us $350 by not needing to replace the water line since it was perfectly fine and the leak was coming from something else. They could have replaced it or even charged us without us knowing there wasnt a problem but thats the difference between Willow Bend Automotive and other auto repair shops, they didnt, and thats why we will continue to come here for all of our auto repair needs. There is a reason why they are rated so high, they are wonderful, honest people and you cant help but share the great experience you have at this place!

The folks at Willow Bend automotive are awesome. They do great work and charge extremely fair prices. Completely reliable and trustworthy. I was referred to Willow Bend Automotive by 3 different people on Facebook when I had to find a new mechanic to work on my 05 PT Cruiser Convertible. My former mechanic worked on it once and said never again. Willow Bend was able to get me in right away and went over the car with a fine toothed comb. What I was told by AAA was a bad starter and possibly an alternator turned out to only be a negative battery cable! WBA could have fleeced me, but they didnt! They are honest and treat you like youre their best friend. I immediately brought my Chevy Blazer in for repairs and my mom brought her beloved Dreamcruiser in the same day. We are happy with the work, the prices and above all, the customer service! GOOD JOB!
