They are the worst we spent 500 dollars.on their phones to supposedly be in the largest 5g network. Its a joke we have virtually no service wherever we go and calls are constantly dropped. There phones are good but there service is the worst when we went to the store to get help they told us they are all privately owned and could not help us we are on vacation and our store is 300 miles away. What is the funniest thing is their all privately owned but they sure can take your money or sell you something bigger and better its a joke their remedy was from Nally after three hours on the phone was to credit me 50 dollars yet I pay $136 every month with virtually no service they are truly a customers worse choice their service claim is a hook to get you to buy buy and buy and get nothing except long waits to fix anything if even possible I will be looking for a new carrier this month even though I will be staying ck with 700 dollars in phones from them they make no effort too help me its sad
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Rafael and Danny got my phone going in no time at all. Very friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. Felt good to be in the store.Best experience I have had in a cell phone store.These two should be training other people on how to do customer service the right way.

Great service in the Lumberton store.
We had an excellent experience in this T-Mobile store in Lumberton thanks to Anthony! We were misguided in Washington where we had bought a wrong sim card for our hotspot, but Anthony was a great help and went out of his way to fix the problem. We are very thankful for this great service and friendliness, also from the rest of the staff.
Two male rude employees! Waited nearly an hour to be helped only to be passed over for someone that had come in after I had. The Hispanic employee even went out of his way to prolong the customer experience with the customer ahead of myself so he would not have to help me. Both employees then decide to help one customer set up her phone while others, including myself waited. Several people walked in and turned around due to the number of people in the store. If this is a representation of what TMobile customer service is, Im glad I decided on another carrier!
Michael Luck, the gentleman that helped me went ABOVE ANDROID BEYOND- NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT HELP! If it was up to me he should definitely have a raise by someone working at t mobile because not only is he knowledgeable but he is also a great guy and nice to talk to as well as extremely knowledgable!
The guy named Alfredo set us up and legit took his time explaning every thing we wanted to know and even took us to our vechical and showed us how to use the sync up and drive which made me purchase lol. every question me and the hubby had he had an excact answer for us. Service is excellent and i couldnt be happier
I love T-MOBILE. I get excellent service when I go see them. They are experience with cellphones, Tablets etc. and I get great coverage with my cellphone.

Customer service is okay. I was told I just had to pay tax on my iPhone and 2 weeks later I had another $33 charge on my purchase.
