The customer service is wonderful. The representative took the time to answer my questions and even went further to let me know that there is no charge to look at my cell phone and perform a diagnostic test to determine the issue. I will go to her store today because first impressions are most lasting.

Arrogant and overpriced. The worker today thought she could sale me a new display even though mine was perfectly fine. She tried to make replacing the charging port seem like brain surgery. I even had the replacement port. In fact, she said it was too much work to change it out. I know you must remove the screen but with a hot plate to melt the glue the job is super easy and would take no more than an hour. No wonder they have little business with that type of unfriendly worker that attempts to take advantage of potential customers.

Messed up my front camera after fixing my screen and tried to blame me for it ! And then she walked off as I was talking . I will not do business here any more.

I had my battery changed by a girl named Sarah. She was so nice and so smart. She knew what she was doing. My phone was dying every second, - now it lasts all day. True life saver. Thankful for this place. I didnt pay much either considering other places I went wanted to charge me so much more. They also fixed my screen when it was cracked. Its like a brand new phone. Thank you!!!

I took my Motorola e5 plus in this store to be fixed the first day i took it she had the back off trying multiple tiny screwdrivers to fit the screw so she told me to come back tomoro because another employee that works there had the correct tool which meaning the correct size so I go back the next day and this lady said there is nothing I can do for your phone. So I locate a gentle that works at us cellular who repairs cell phones so he takes the back off and said theres a reason why they claim they cant fix it so the back had never been taken off until Sandy worked on it was a new phone I was just trying to get the screen replaced so when the gentlemen at us cellular opened up my phone he showed me the the problem they stripped my screws out so the gentlemen said it may not can be fixed due to Sandy stripping out the screws. So I go back to Sandy and explain the situation they told me they did nothing to that phone after it was taken there to be repaired but they tried multiple tiny screw drivers to try to get the screw out but they messed my phone up and there in denial they had to use screwdrivers to try to get the screws out to fix it so therefore they stripped them out could not fix it and done nothing but denied it I would never carry another phone there to be fixed and I would not recommend anyone taking there phone there to be fixed first of all u have to remove the screws to fix it she even told me they didnt have the right tool but at least be honest and take fault for what you did the back had never been off of my phone . These people will not take faults for there mistakes I do not even give them one star its a shame there work is awful they dont even have to worry about me going back in there to buy a phone case so customers be aware they will not take fault for there actions I wished I would of never taken my phone there now I have to buy a new one.

About two months ago, I decided to go get my IPhone 6s Plus screen fixed. It was cracked pretty badly but the touching was still accurate. about a week after getting my phone fixed I noticed that when I touched one part of the screen another section of my screen would react as if I was touching that part of the screen(ex: I touch the Q it would react R.). At one point it got so bad my phone would just press letters. Ive also noticed that in the center of my screen and around the edges you can see weird lighting, I dont know if that could be the issue. I called the lady after 2 weeks of dealing with this issue. She stated to me that all she could do is give me a $5 discount, and I told her that it simply is not right..... I spent $100 only for them to mess my screen up to the point I cannot type correctly, I cant even swipe. Id rather it be cracked than to the point where my phone cant even properly function. My friend stated that she had something similar happen to her mom(with a different company), and her screen had delayed issues as well. So now my last resolution is to buy a new phone, but I am a college student that cannot afford a cell phone at this time so now I am stuck. There aint no way that almost everyone that made reviews on iPhone repair is all lying about it. Ive been here multiple times for my cartilage piercings, and to buy phone cases. I loved this shop. And I am just making a report because turning my phone off and back on for a temporary fix wont even help anymore.

I guess if I could rate this at zero stars I would seeing that I wasnt actually provided a service by your store...but one will have to do.I called your store yesterday evening and talked to a very nice girl who stated the screen on my iPhone could be fixed in about 15 min and assured me that you would be open by 10am. I told her Id be there first thing this morning...well I got there as soon as the mall opened and nobody was there to help me. I actually sat there for almost 15 minutes before giving up and having to search elsewhere to have it fixed.It is very important that I had my phone fixed at a certain time bc my husband is military and overseas and the ONLY time I can talk with him and he see me and his son is in the mornings and obviously today that didnt happen. I think its very important for you, as a business to try to uphold your word especially as far as opening the doors go because not doing what you promise your customers is an awesome way to lose good, faithful business.

My phone (I phone 6) had water damage I dropped it off and spoke with her she stated she could fix it and it needed screen battery and charging port. After keeping the phone for one day she calls me says its fixed and I come in the store she is still messing with it she had the screen half way on it not screwed in and showing me that its coming on and there is a young teenage girl running register she points at the register and says phone is fixed pay and I will put screws back in. I pay 110 dollars and get my phone back the home button isnt working so I cannot use my phone and she says she cant fix it or return my money but I ask her before I dropped it off and she says there isnt anything her or her friend couldnt fix so basically she ripped me off and does bad business

I paid for a iPhone 6 Plus screen to be fixed for a young boy they charged $158.00 for battery and home button and screen to be replaced. Lasted 2 days then the phone gets hot and turns off. The boy carries the phone back to the store and they state it’s the motherboard and battery which the battery was just replaced.sandy told the young boy which is still in highschool that it would be another $85.00 dollars So almost $250 to replace a screen and battery. I think this is uncalled for. Highway robbery. Why did he wait 2 days He is in school in Saint Paul’s and I live in lumberton. That’s why
