Went in the Lumberton store because I broke my phone the associate went above and beyond to get me a new one. She was great and the other 2 associates were great as well they all helped each other and that helped me I was in and out in no time. The receipt says Toni J was the cashier so thank you so much for the awesome experience Toni J and also to the other guys that helped.

The experience at the store was great and the representative, Toni was very knowledgeable, patient and very professional. And the other gentleman in the store was very attentive and helpful with answering questions.

Very good experience at this store with customer service. I had no wait, and the service representative was knowledgeable, courteous and was able to upsell me on a couple of things (which means they are good at their job). 10/10 experience and I’m happy with my purchase.

I honestly never leave reviews but after my experience I had to. Shannon from the lumberton store was amazing. It started when I called in, she answered and started the process over the phone. Then I had to go in store to finish the process and she was able to meet all of our needs. I liked our AT&T service and she was friendly and helpful. I referred my mom and she helped her as well.

The only reason someone should consider AT&T internet is if nothing else is available. Would even choose satellite internet over them. What a joke for a supposed leader in technology

I got help from Zach and he was FANTASTIC. He was patient with me, helping me through many different obstacles. He spoke in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was the only person in the store and provided great customer service to me for over 2 hours while helping other customers !

The reason why I rate this so low is because it is privately owned meaning they charge what they want to charge. Deposits are too high, and the deals are not really deals. The only positive here is paying your bill on site
