Very very sorry whoever hooked the phone up did not put it in either my name or my husband name so it is a bunch of mess I know its not in my grandson name because he is 5 yrs old. The phone was purchased for him. So when I and my husband gave our picture ID to the employee I wasnt aware I was suppose to go around the counter and make sure she put in the right information besides she is the employee and I was the customerAnyway

I called 25 times and I use another phone to called and noone picks the phone up it just go straight to voicemail they should be fire or talk to or something the manager needs to check in to that its just not right.

The two girls that were in there today are taking people information and putting them in their phones if I find out they hacked my Information from me getting service there today Im suing metro PCs stop hiring these broke theives in these stores

I was very dissatisfied bc of the service after I had been a loyal customer for many years. I thought your policy was satisfaction to their customers!!

There help was so professional and like some people youre to them as a zombie they was great but you know theres going to be some that says different but I was happy!!!

The employee Christina was lots of help and very patient with me when I was trying to decide on switching to metro pcs or stay with Verizon.

Assisted me in upgrading my phone and buying a new one for a new line the lady was very polite considering I walked in last minute as she was about to close..

Not at all helpful answering questions. Not sure representative knew the plans available.
