Purchased a Ram 2500. I am an out of state Purchaser. I was told the truck passed a safety inspection. The tires are pretty much bald. I was told there was no more room in the deal to put tires on my truck.I am not sure how the truck passed inspection with the rear park sensor not working. This dealership still refuse to make it right. I would expect this treatment from a small time dealer but not a dealership like this.I did call and email the General Manager. I received a reply from the sales manager saying they are sorry there is nothing they can do. They have no more room in the deal to replace tires and fix the issue with the park sensor they missed.

I brought my vehicle (RAM 3500) in for maintenance work, check engine light etc. The work was covered for the most part under warranty, it sat in the shop for almost 2 weeks, there was a lot of miscommunication, or “this works now, you should be good to go, but I will call you once we get done…” I would not get a call back at the end of the day, I would have to call them the following day to get status updates. A few times I called and I was told the technician “jumped” on another vehicle. Finally, I got the call that the truck was ready, I went and picked it up. Check engine was still on, at this point I had been without a vehicle for almost two weeks. I took it for one weekend, went out of town in it and it was overheating (which is the reason it had been taking it in to begin with), I went back the following Monday morning to let them know they issue had not been resolved, I called the next day to get a status update, and the response? “Oh the technician hasn’t even looked at it” I just went and picked it up again, I will be looking for another technician/dealership. This place seems incompetent, to resolve any issues.

I purchased two $63k+ Vehicles in a 10 month period and was at the dealership attempting to purchase a third vehicle. This one being a $85k diesel. While working with my previous salesman, Max, I was negotiating the value of my trade in. I was sitting two desk away from the New Trucks sales managers office where Victor (new truck manager) began yelling at my salesman and belittling me. I guess he didnt think everyone in the building could hear his griping about me looking at other dealerships and how he had no respect for me. First of all, I had not attempted to purchase a truck at another dealer. Secondly, if I had looked elsewhere I was sitting there at his dealership and before hearing him acting like he was above everyone, talking down to and yelling at my salesman and finally insulting me, I WAS GOING TO BUY THE TRUCK. Before Victors horrible treatment of me and my salesman I was going to leave this dealership with my third vehicle in 10 months. Now I will never return again. Max had contacted me and apologized for this but I unfortunately can not give this location another dollar. I would not recommend anyone shop here. If I was not a good enough customer I doubt they care about anyone.

Oil change dept.. The woman are great with people skills, the guys are sort of rude. Sabrina, great woman! She is very helpful. But the three stars go to time consumption, it will be up to at least a 2hr wait for an oil change. Waiting room could be cleaner, dead bugs and spiders on the floor and coffee is cold, *bring your own cup*

Service advisor Sabrina and technician Christian are a great team and set the pace for great customer service. Car was repaired faster than any shop I’ve ever been to and car was treated by the advisor and technician as if it was their own. Great feeling being confident in a dealership and there service and techs. I will use Christian and Sabrina for all my cars needs!!

Pretty painless experience, actually. The salesman, Zach, was so nice and didn’t pressure or harass me at all. The finance manager that I dealt with was so helpful and patient and worked hard to get my payment down. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and will use again when we’re in the market for another new car!

They did an oil change with multi point inspection but missed a screw in the tire and the light and sound that says LOW TIRE PRESSURE. After they patched that for free... they hit a pole with the side of the work van. They agreed to fix it tho. So thats good they agreed quickly.

We went to trade-in. Their cars on display were dirty, not detailed. I had to ask if the car we were considering would be cleaned and got told it could be arranged. They looked like they were fresh from the prev owner. One still smelled like it!! On top of the availability, we were specifically waiting for a car to come in to buy cash and the sales person never called us back to tell us the car had made it in. Guess they didnt need the sale as badly as we thought. We just never went back. I cant deal with people who have bad communication

Absolutely absurd. Brought my jeep in ( got my jeep here) for a safety recall and service shifter notice. Asked if they could fix my cracked windshield while they were there. 5 days later after calling 10-12x about the status of my car, nothing had been done, and the new windshield was going to cost $650. Once I got in contact with the service advisor the windshield they were going to replace it with was cracked too. I told them to forget it. It cost me over $800 to get the shifter replaced and over a week for my car to be fixed.

Here’s the thing. I have nothing but nice things to say about the new car department and Jered and his team in the new cars. As for the used cars. They are awful. We originally bought our truck from Frontier new. We had a wonderful experience with the new car people. We go to sell or trade our truck and the used car department offered us damn near 10,000 under what we owe and 6000 less that what every other lot has offered us in town. Not only that the manager was rude about the whole situation. Wouldn’t even take us seriously. And on top of that was rude to our salesman. Seriously will probably never buy or recommend the used department at frontier every again. I wish I could give the new cars side a 1,000 star review because they are awesome but the used car side is not with anyone’s time.

Went in to buy a pickup and tried looking at several trucks. Couldnt find the exact one I was looking for. Told the salesman what I was needing/ wanting. Told him I had to leave but to try to find something and call me that I would be able to come back the next day anytime after lunch. He never called or tried to find me a truck so I went to the other dodge lot on ave Q and bought a truck the very next day. Could of had a sale if they would have just tried.

Originally I was disappointed because when I called a couple of days before the appointment they showed no record of an appointment being made. I had a confirmation text from them when I made the appointment a couple of weeks earlier. John was able to get me in on the originally scheduled day. The leak under the truck turned out to be a loose oil filter left by the oil change business. The technician pulled it to check for gasket damage and replaced it. The bill was very reasonable and we got the truck back the same day.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP!!! Late Feb I took my dodge to get the oil cooler replaced. It took the service dept weeks to get my extended warranty confirmed. It took me calling my warranty and getting it set up. I was then told the part I needed was on a national back order and was going to take 3 weeks for it to come in. After 3 weeks I received a call that the part was in and would only be a couple of more days. 3 days later I was told that they accidentally forgot to order the actual oil cooler. THE ONE THING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ORDER! They only ordered the hoses and lining for it. So again I have to wait for them to figure out whats going on and get the oil cooler in. At this point I had spent $500+ on rental fees. It took me reaching out to Chrysler customer service to get a loaner car through the dealership. Finally I was called by the dealership and was confirmed to have a loaner car. I was picked up from my home and taken to the dealership. I waited 20mins to only find out they messed up and didnt have a loaner car for me. They had picked me up from my house to only tell me they had nothing for me. It was the most unprofessional experience I had ever encountered. Finally a week later they set me up with enterprise for a rental they were paying for. I was constantly called and told your car will be ready tomorrow. Well it took them another 2 weeks for everything together. This was the WORST experience I had ever encountered in my life. I go out of my way to let other people know that this dealership is absolute garbage and is in no way a professional establishment. Seriously, if your thinking about going here PLEASE run the other way and considered yourself lucky.

I took my vehicle into the shop because it had a few recalls on it. When I arrived, it was simple and quick to drop it off. However, I’m not sure when it was completed because I was told it would be done around noon, but no one called me. I tried to call a few times, but either got disconnected or was sent to voicemail. I finally just went in to pick it up. When I arrived, I said I was there to pickup my vehicle, and an employee pointed to a door without saying anything. I went in to the cashier’s desk and she greeted me with “pick up?” and told me how much I owed and where to wait for the vehicle. I waited, and when the vehicle was brought out, the “runner” who brings the cars was the kindest and most helpful person I encountered. I asked him if he could explain what was done on the vehicle and if all the recalls and inspections were completed. He walked me through it. And I left. This was the worst service I’ve ever received at a dealership.

I took my car in for two fixes and I guess because I have a lifetime warranty they needed to run a diagnostic. I was told it would take 2-4 days and it ended up taking over a week. Thankfully it was during a time I didnt need my car much, but the whole process was lackluster. Communication wasnt great - I had to initiate pretty much every contact. I ended up going out of town and left it with them over a weekend. I dont think they finally got it taken care of until about day 12. I had also asked if they would wash it for me as a courtesy for having to keep it so long and was told they would do it, and it definitely wasnt washed when I picked it up. Next time I have an issue I will try the Dodge dealership in Slaton as Ive heard they dont have the delay issues that Frontier seems to be experiencing.

Worst service department in my profession. I have a 2020 Ram 4500 and have had multiple minor issues as expected with any brand. Took it in to get them fixed and THREE WEEKS later, they said it was ready but only an hour after driving off their lot, I had the same issues, and they didnt even repair the recalls. This is one of our service trucks and dont really want it in their shop another 3 weeks. Cant even get a hold of the SERVICE MANAGER after several attempts.

My best friend bought a car from them she works from home and doesnt go anywhere. Well when we test drove the car tire pressure light was on. So she told them and they lied to her said they took care of it. Turns out they didnt. One day she checked her tires. On the passenger side the front one doesnt match the back one. So she inspected both and the back tire is sliced. Like the front one hit something and it went on to hot the back one causing a big slash. So we took it back up there they said it was nothing they could do. Smh. I will tell and encourage people not to buy from them!

Although my car was fixed, the Customer service, in the service department was terrible. From day one I felt like I was a burden or like I owed someone something. No one greeted me when I dropped my vehicle off, instead I was told it was too early. My appointment time was 0730, I arrived at 0726. So I instantly felt like I was an inconvenience. There was little to no communication in regards to the service of my vehicle. I had to call for them to tell me what needed to be fixed. Then when I picked up my vehicle, again no one greeted me! I then advance forward and asked where was I supposed to pick up my car. Then when I went to make my payment the lady at the cashiers desk never made eye contact and then told me to go to the west side of the building. I proceeded to the west side of the the building where I stood for an additional 10 to 15 until a guy approached me rudely and gave me the keys to my car. Needless to say I probably won’t go back there and I’m sure they won’t miss me, but I just think that whenever someone is spending a substantial amount of money there’s a little bit of respect and humility that goes along way.

•SERVICE DEPARTMENT KNOWS NO SERVICE•Very disappointed with the experience I had with the service department... And as much as I tried to be patient and see the positive in it all I couldnt even get the help from upper management...My children and I came into town for a local tournament when my 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 decided to breakdown on me and was no longer drivable. Lucky its still under warranty and I dropped it off that Thursday morning. I let my advisor know that I was from out of town hoping they could diagnose the issue and maybe do the necessary repairs before I leave back home on Sunday. They do not provide loaners at this location. She did notify her manager that this was a hot case. Heard nothing till Friday afternoon when I was finally able to get a hold of my advisor, as she let me know that they still hadnt had the chance to look at it. Saturday came around with no call with an update. Of course like all dealerships they are closed on Sundays so I needed an update that day. Finally got a hold of someone in the service department and I let her know of my situation and how I need an update on my vehicle since I leave tomorrow and I cant get a hold of my advisor. And her response, well your truck isnt the only truck we are checking you can come and pick up your truck if you want! This is no the response I was expecting. Finally got a hold of the service manager Andrew and I let him know of the whole situation (my on going one and my new one with the horrible response I just received). He let me know hed have my advisor call me with update today before they close. I literally got that call right before they closed to tell me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Do keep in mind this is a Dodge dealership with a Mopar service department and thats the response I got. So I left back home 300+ miles away without my truck nor a reassurance that my truck would get fixed. I called Tuesday with no luck of a call back and finally got a hold of my advisor on Wednesday with the same response of, they cant figure it out. Ask my advisor to please call me but Friday letting me know what Chrysler told them. That call never happened. Called Saturday and even had to ask to speak to a GM Rick and he seemed very understanding on the phone but was no help. Finally 2 weeks after dropping of my truck Andrew calls me and tells me that they finally figured it out and parts should be arriving within 2 days and ready for pick up in 3 days. I asked Andrew to please make sure everything is working 100% since Id be picking it up and driving it back home 300+ miles. For someone to call and let me know everything went well and that its ready to get picked up. I miraculously got a call from my advisor letting me know that they recommend I change some maintenance parts, my thought was 2 things; First why cant you call me like this for an update on my truck like Ive been begging for all this time, and Second really you guys cant be courteous and handle that for me at no cost after all this havoc and ridiculous customer service? ... I approved the maintenance they recommend and that was the last I heard. After another week of no update I called several times wanting to know if the truck was ready. No luck getting a hold of my advisor or her manager Andrew. Finally after several calls finally got someone from parts that looked into it for me and let me know my truck was ready.When I got there my advisor didnt bother to acknowledge me. The cashier asked them to bring me my truck and to my disbelief this is what I got. (See photos)I couldnt even get a courtesy wash, or for them to fill up my tank, or for Andrew to talk to me in person and assure me that Frontier doesnt do service like this.Oh but he did go out of his way to call and email my husband about a survey we recieved, asking and I quote we are giving free carwash when you fill the survey out. And if you cant give us a perfect score, let me know what we can do. ... he doesnt even know his own customers....

I am so impressed!!!! I called them cause I have a medically fragile child and I asked if they could pick up my van so I didn’t have to load all the things I needed just for an oil change and they did it with no questions asked !!! Very friendly I am so impressed I’m definitely recommending them

Why do we make appts for a recall fix, and then take time off work to bring the car in for said appt at 9am, only to have to call the dealership at 430pm to find out, we forgot to call you.....we had to order the part. It will be a few days. ??? It did not take 8 hours to find out that you didnt have the recall part to fix. VERY FRUSTRATING!! This is not good customer service.Edited to add: Frontier has now fixed the recall. We waited with the car and it took 2 hours. Customer Service was better on return visit.

John S took great care of our Jeep. It was our first time to use our mopar extended warranty and so glad we did. John S made it very easy. Also really liked having a shuttle to take us home and pick us up. Tom, the driver, was terrific. We will definitely use Frontier for our next Jeep service.

Went here since it was recommended. Biggest MISTAKE ever! Ran my credit through the roof without my approval or even asking if it was ok to even start that part of the process. To top it off no further communication afterwards to see where we stood. Called a few days later to speak to management and said he’d personally call back never heard back. What has me bothered about the whole thing is running my credit through so many banks with no sort of communication!!

Worst experience in purchasing a used 2020 vehicle. Sales person sent me photos of the vehicle prior to it coming in 4 days late. At the time of pick up (dusk) I did not see the passenger side window mirror housing was broken in one spot until I stopped at the light. I immediately test Sara F my sales person and she said she would get on it and get it repaired. 2 weeks later, I am still calling her and now she is saying it was never promised to be repaired. However I have her text messages stating she would get with the repair shop. Still nothing. This is the same service I receive from the repair shop on a prior Jeep. In the future, I will seek another dealer because they have no customer service.

Frontier service department was great for an old Jeep recall that was causing several warning lights. They communicated daily and ensured we knew the timeline for the repair. John Sanchez was our service manager who promptly notified me every step of the way. Thanks John and the mechanics who worked on getting the Jeep running again.

This is the worst customer service around. Dropped off my fiancé truck for a oil change and 23 point inspection. Clearly wrote it on the paper work in drop box. And left truck over night. They called us telling us the truck was ready and they never even did a oil change. When we asked they said there was sorry didn’t see that we wanted work done.... guess people just park up there for no reason at all. Will never use them again. Beware of this dealership.

Great communication and service once my truck was being attended to. I would leave five stars but they didn’t wash my vehicle after being repaired like I have received at other dealerships - minus one star. I also wasted a Saturday trying to figure out how my service contract works with tow service, car rental, etc. This part needs to be more consumer friendly, especially when a brand new vehicle breaks down on a weekend! Despite that, once my car was in at the dealership my repair adviser was awesome at communicating all the steps. I’d give him 5 stars but the overall experience a solid 3 stars.
